We were lucky enough to rent the entire property for four days with our families for our wedding, and honestly, it was nothing short of magical. Between all the beautiful houses and the gorgeous barn, the venue blew us away. It was exactly what we dreamed of — a perfect place to celebrate, relax, and make unforgettable memories with everyone we love. Sarah deserves a special shoutout, from the moment we booked in March 2024 all the way to our wedding day in May 2025, she was an absolute dream to work with. So organized, kind, and always quick to respond, Sarah made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. We felt truly supported every step of the way. We absolutely loved everything about the venue and can’t wait to come back with our families every year to relive the magic of this incredible place! If you get the chance to book it, don’t think twice — it’s truly unforgettable!

McGraths was a dream come true. This is one of the more affordable venues in the area with the most spectacular garden. The team went out of their way to accommodate all of our COVID changes and helped to make our day a dream come true. We were excited to have a whimsical Garden reception here, but due to covid had to move our ceremony here instead. It ended up just perfect! Our first look in the garden made for amazing photos. The lights shining through the trees and the beautiful nature sounds were spectacular. The sparkler walk was so magical on their front drive. We couldn't have asked for a better venue! This venue and staff was the best to work with all the way from the first tour to the day after the wedding! As someone who is in the wine industry in Paso, it was so beyond great to see a staff with such extraordinary hospitality, professionalism and care in what they do. I honestly don’t have enough time to brag how this venue is raising the standard for all wedding venues and vendors in the county. We not only used the venue but we also used them for catering every night leading up to the wedding and the wedding itself! They did a fully custom menu and were the best with every detail and the selection process (because the option are endless and everything sound so amazing!). In the end not only Sam and I, but everyone that attended was blown away with the menu. To say this is THE best food we have ever had is an understatement. I still dream about those short rib empanadas! Overall everyone there made our experience one to remember. We truly feel like they added so much to our experience and Colin, Lisa, Chef, and their whole staff really knocked it out of the park. They are a must see when looking at venues and guarantee if you check them out you won’t be disappointed!!

We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding!! Everything was picture perfect throughout the entire wedding planning process! I knew it was the right venue as soon as I got there for my first tour. We were searching for a true dog friendly venue and Alicia was SO welcoming to me and my pups who just loved exploring the venue. She answered every possible question on my first visit. Alicia and her entire team were incredibly helpful with recommendations throughout the process and on the day of the wedding they were so attentive to details and helped make sure the day was absolutely perfect. The venue fit our ~150 guests perfectly and the guests are still raving about how beautiful it was. Having the houses on the property to say in was super convenient allow us to get ready so close to the venue with both of our families.

The Dana Powers House and Barn was an absolute dream for our wedding. From the moment we laid eyes on it, we knew it was the perfect place for our special day. The rustic elegance of the barn combined with its inherent charm was exactly what we had envisioned. Melanie, who managed the venue, was an absolute gem. Her responsiveness and willingness to answer all our queries made the planning process smoother. She truly helped bring our vision to life. The ceremony area, set on a patch of lush green grass with a wooden stage, was like something out of a fairytale. The backdrop of vibrant green trees added an ethereal touch that made our vows even more magical. The venue's details, like the beautiful rose bushes, added a picturesque quality to our photos that we'll cherish forever. And the presence of a fire pit allowed our guests to enjoy the sweet delight of s'mores—a thoughtful touch that added to the cozy, intimate atmosphere. Overall, the Dana Powers House and Barn encapsulated everything we desired in a venue. The blend of elegance, rustic charm, and natural beauty provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. Countless compliments poured in about how stunning the venue was, reaffirming that we had made the best choice for our wedding. It truly was a place where dreams came true.

Wow! Where do I begin!? This property is absolutely stunning, giving you lots of options for your ceremony and reception locations. We ended up choosing it as our venue over a few other top contenders because it has this beautiful barn that we could use in case it rained. Well, there was light rain all day on our wedding day and yet our hearts were still set on an outdoor ceremony, if at all possible. We made the final ceremony location decision hours before the ceremony and the venue was very accommodating and flexible. While guests sat holding umbrellas in the light misty rain, we said our vows under the beautiful fig tree and it felt magical, memorable and romantic. I was originally fearful of the nearby freeway being a distraction but the day of, no one seemed to notice it, including myself. The reception inside the barn was breathtaking and all our guests keep raving about how beautiful everything was! What is most special about this venue is the people who work there. Molly, the venue manager, was the absolute sweetest, most accommodating and flexible person to work with. She was a huge part in us deciding on this venue because she was so helpful from the start. The site rep, Lindee, was so supportive the day of, helping calm my nerves, helping us around the property and supporting us in all of our decisions and needs. Given the weather and our gamble to hold the ceremony outside anyways, my dress got a little muddy after the ceremony. After giving my husband and I a moment to ourselves, both Lindee and Molly, along with my husband, took wipes to the bottom of my dress to try and get some of the mud off. Honestly, that kind of service and dedication is unreal and speaks volumes about their commitment to making everything as perfect as possible! Everything turned out amazing and we are so thankful we chose Camarillo Ranch as our venue!

As a wedding planner, I jump at any opportunity to work at La Lomita Ranch. This venue is truly exceptional in every way. The staff are not only incredibly helpful and professional but also so friendly, making the entire planning process a breeze. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking—a perfect blend of natural beauty and refined charm. Whether it’s iconic shots by the pond, meadow, or winery, La Lomita provides a stunning backdrop that isn’t overly rustic. It offers a comfortable and elevated setting with a fantastic indoor option to keep guests cozy and happy, no matter the weather. Its central location in San Luis Obispo is another huge plus! Easy access to the airport, plenty of lodging options, and nearby restaurants make it ideal for couples looking to host a full weekend celebration. For anyone dreaming of an elevated California ranch wedding, La Lomita Ranch is a venue I wholeheartedly recommend. It’s always a joy to work here!

My wife and I just got married here last weekend, and truly could not be happier with our choice to have it at Oak and Ivy. First of all and most importantly, the venue is absolutely beautiful, and just really freaking cool. Secondly, having an Airbnb to stay in onsite is so convenient. Made the rehearsal and getting ready much, much easier. Last but certainly not least, the owner and venue manager, Channon and Kari, are some of the nicest people you will meet and were so generous throughout the whole process. They let us visit then venue multiple times for planning purposes, and were happy to give advice, vendor recommendations, and help us through every part of our wedding. As a bonus, their pricing is also super reasonable. I truly would recommend Oak and Ivy to anyone, it was the perfect venue for us.

My experience at this venue was more amazing than I ever could’ve imagined. The venue is gorgeous! The owners, coordinator, and security go above and beyond. I don’t plan on ever getting married again, but if I did, I would choose Spanish Oaks Ranch every time! 😂 Our wedding was in February… it was freezing and raining, but they have an indoor venue large enough to hold a good size party (130ish) AND the floors were heated! That made everything so much more comfortable. The waiting area upstairs was large enough for myself, my mom, and 7 bridesmaids to all get ready comfortably. I can’t say enough about how awesome it was!

We had the most magical, beautiful wedding day and weekend at the Heritage Estate. Martha was so flexible and responsive, and we were able to make our day exactly what we wanted it to be! The grounds are beautiful, and the house is large and spacious. We ended up having a wedding weekend with family, bridesmaids, and groomsmen and that added such a wonderful element to the days leading up to our wedding. We were also able to have the rehearsal dinner and a day after brunch on site as well, because of the capacity of the space! There was also lots of extra props and things available to use, including the arch we used to put flowers on for the altar! The grass was green, the gardens were maintained well, and the barn was a fun place for dancing.
