This pastoral estate can host events for up to 200 guests, with sites for outdoor and indoor celebrations. The Hilltop Location offers a panoramic view of the Creston Valley atop 6,000 square feet of lawn space and a 2,200 square foot rustic pole barn. The Lakeside Location features willow trees and 7,000 square feet of manicured grass by a serene lake. There is ample space by these waters to set up a tent for up to 200 guests. A 400-square-foot covered deck offers a site for your cocktail hour, while a 200-square-foot customized kitchen area is ready for your catering. Adelaide stone walls feature lighting and built-in electrical plugs. The Main House features 3,572 square feet of space, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open-plan main living area. This Spanish-style house is flanked by oak and willow trees, verdant gardens, and stone patios. A wood-burning stove and comfortable rooms are among the welcoming aspects of this property. Cort’s Cantina at the Barn features more than 2,500 square feet of space to prepare and relax on the big day.

Eternally Grateful!
The absolute dreamiest wedding venue a girl could ever dream of for her wedding day! Not only was it absolutely stunning, how special is it to have your closest friends and family all in once place for the most important weekend of your lives? My husband and I feel so blessed to have had our wedding at Willow and Oak! The most perfect day, an abundance of love, and gorgeous views. 🤍

The ultimate wedding venue
If you are looking for not only the most beautiful landscapes but somewhere your friends and family can gather for an entire wedding experience, look no further! I had my wedding weekend out at Willow & Oak and it was a DREAM. We had the rehearsal dinner/welcome party there Friday night. All of our guests continue to rave about how beautiful and fun the whole weekend was. Emily & Steven have the most incredible & unique space you can create your dream wedding with. Jamie & Hannah are a god sent to work with and Carlos, so helpful! The whole entire team is really there to help make your wedding come together flawlessly!

So beautiful!
I got married at this venue this past October and everything was so beautiful. You can really see how much love and attention goes into this property. We got so many compliments from guests on how perfect this place was. With the vast amount of space it really allows you to be creative with your wedding and provides a stunning backdrop. My husband and I also liked that we were able to stay on-site for two nights and host family traveling from far away. The owner, Emily, goes above and beyond, and we could not recommend this venue enough!

Amazing venue!
Willow and oak was an amazing wedding venue. We got married at Willow and oak in may and it was perfect! The property is huge and gorgeous. There are so many different areas to utilize for the weekend. We had both our rehearsal and the wedding on the property and it was so nice that we didn’t have to leave and could have our wedding parties stay with us. Emily was super communicative and helpful throughout the whole planning process and just super easy to work with! She gave us our space on the wedding weekend but was very quick to respond if we had any questions. This venue was amazing and we highly recommend! We were so happy they opened their property to us for our wedding.

Stunning Venue!
From the moment we stepped onto Willow & Oak's property we knew it was the venue for our June 2023 wedding. Owner Emily did an amazing job turning her childhood home into a top notch wedding venue. Not only did we love everything about it but so did all of our vendors. Emily created vendor friendly spaces including areas for large vehicles to unload easily, plenty of catering space (shielded by the elements), and a secluded glam/beauty room. We had access to all 3 houses which was great to host our wedding party and out of town guests! We never had to leave the property. We used the property for the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception which were all so gorgeous and lush. There wasn't a need to have excess florals since the property provided beauty. Our guests couldn't believe how stunning the property was, especially the weeping willows in the ceremony area, the views of the golden hills, and pond! Thank you to Emily, Jamie and Carlos for allowing us to share our special day on your beautiful property!! Highly recommend making Willow & Oak your wedding venue!

Would give 6 stars if I could
This place is magical. Everywhere you turn is picture perfect. The event space flows very well. I felt like a princess when we pulled into the venue for our wedding weekend.
The venue hosts have planned every detail and Willow and Oak Estate is an incredible place to hold a party. When you see it in person you’ll feel the same way. The venue staff were available by phone the entire weekend and very easy to reach. During the planning process they were responsive to my emails and answered all my random questions.
One of my favorite details is the giant window in the main house that overlooks the pond site. From the window I was able to watch all my guests arrive and get situated. I’m telling you, it was magic.
We got married in May. The hills were a little green from a recent rain. All the oak trees had their leaves back from winter and the willows were green and dreamy. It ended up being a hot 92 degrees during our ceremony but all the interior spaces are air conditioned and I didn’t feel overheated as the bride.

Absolutely Magical
Willow and oak was the most perfect venue we could have asked for. Walking down the aisle with the willow branches blowing in the breeze and the lake shimmering behind my groom was absolutely magical. It was perfect that my husband, myself, and our entire wedding party stayed at the venue for the whole weekend- Emily was absolutely wonderful to work with and she was able to offer help for our questions and vendor suggestions I would recommend this venue to anyone!

My Dream Wedding
Everything about the Willow and Oak venue is perfect! The accommodations were amazing, the location was breathtaking and Emily. the owner was great to work with. She added personal touches and really went above and beyond to make out special day perfect. You can see the amount of love and care that went into this place. We loved the fact that we could have our friends and family stay with us for the weekend and we could have all our wedding events like the welcome party and rehearsal dinner on location. This place has a special place in my heart and it truly was the wedding of my dreams

Breathtaking, private estate venue perfect for an intimate wedding weekend/multiple events
Willow and Oak is a dream venue if you're looking for an intimate, relaxed, retreat-style, GORGEOUS (the perfect backdrop for so many photo opps) full-wedding-weekend experience. My husband and I got married at Willow and Oak in May 2022 and couldn't have dreamt up a better place. We were looking for a private venue where our families could stay overnight on property and that allowed the space to host several events, family dinners, pool hangouts, etc, so our families could get to know each other and bond (we even booked an extra two nights to fully enjoy a long weekend). Willow and Oak delivered beyond our expectations. The property is absolutely breathtaking (we got so many compliments from our guests!) and we loved being able to host different events (rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) at different onsite locations and take full advantage of the large property. Emily and Steven, the venue owners/managers, are SO kind and wonderful. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and really went above and beyond to make the whole wedding weekend so special for us. They also own All About Events so they are experts in the events industry and know what they're doing!! Emily even delivered a bridal box surprise gift to me on the wedding day as I was getting ready in the glam room! - Oh, they have a glam room on property which was the perfect place for all my ladies and me to get our hair and makeup done. They also have a large "mancave" for the men to get ready which has a pool table, foosball, a bar area... a perfect hangout space. Emily grew up on the property and got married there too, which made it extra special as there's a loving, family energy throughout the place. Booking Willow and Oak was the best decision we made for our wedding, hands down. I wish I could go back and relive the wedding weekend over and over again. If you're looking for a wedding venue, don't look anymore, just book Willow and Oak and I promise you won't regret it!
