This 8,000-square-foot memorable event venue can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests.
Facilities and Capacity
When the big day finally arrives, your wedding party will receive exclusive access to two get-ready rooms. These private facilities feature an array of useful items to help make preparations for the wedding feel fun and straightforward. From here, it’s just a few minutes walk from an idyllic ceremony site down on the beach. Here, you and your partner can exchange vows with warm sand beneath your feet and the gentle lapping of water on the shore. A spacious and elegant banquet hall provides the perfect place for your reception. Courtney at RBC planned our wedding and was nothing short of amazing. She guided us through the entire process from start to finish, relieving so much stress and providing invaluable guidance every step of the way. As a bride, she made the day seamless, allowing us to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment.
The food at Rincon Beach Club is some of the best wedding food I've ever had, from appetizers, dinner, and dessert (we went with the cupcake bar). We got married in the garden, and thanks to the venue’s stunning location, we were able to take all of our photos on the beach during cocktail hour.
Rincon Beach Club takes care of all the details, offering decorations like signs, welcome table decor, chairs, tables, chandeliers – the whole nine yards! Our wedding was truly stress-free because of this, which is unheard of. We couldn't recommend Rincon Beach Club enough!

We had the pleasure of working with Courtney, who made the whole process super easy for us. She's professional, very knowledgeable and always answered our many questions with a smile. She coordinated with all our vendors and made sure our vision come to life! We can't thank you enough Courtney!!
RBC has the BEST food! We, and our guests, are still talking about the food from our wedding (almost a month later!). RBC has amazing food, amazing staff, just an amazing venue overall!! We LOVE RBC and highly recommend it to all future brides and grooms. 10/10

Which was so helpful! Having a built in planner was amazing! I was never stressed out and really felt I was taken care of throughout the entire planning process. The food was amazing! We loved our ice cream cookie sandwiches with McConnell’s ice cream- many guests still mention them and it’s been over a year since our wedding! The Beach ceremony was so lovely and felt so private- I don’t remember seeing anyone there besides my guests but if there were people I’m told the planner bribes them with cookies to scootch over a bit. I highly recommend this venue!

Rincon Beach Club is an amazing venue. By the beach with indoor and outdoor areas. Intimate by the fire coziness to their dining area with a dance floor the accent is on an aesthetic and inviting space. The outdoors is photogenic and gorgeous. I really loved how my pictures came out. They have a pinkish lighting up by the ceiling that glows down and makes your skin look younger and amazing. The beautiful attention to detail on the food stations with decorations and plants and flowers and just gorgeous presentation is wonderful. Then you eat their award winning food and you are just sated and smiling. They've got all the tables, chairs, dishes, cutlery. So no renting of stuff from a rental place. That saves you alot without you having to be at some big hotel. This is intimate and just wedding-tastic!
