Megan was AMAZING to work with and the entire Rincon Staff was incredible. Everything was perfectly run for our ceremony and wedding and the food and drinks were delish!

We got married in 2023 at Rincon. Courtney (our planner) was amazing at helping with all the decisions. She gave great advice and helped us have the perfect wedding. Rincon was very well organized and easy to work with. Our guests also still brag about the food at our wedding. They’ve said it’s the best wedding food they’ve ever had. I also appreciate that we gave a budget and Rincon did everything to meet our asks while staying within our budget.

My husband and I got married at RBC last weekend and all I can say is WOW. Every single thing exceeded our expectations. The beautiful venue, the staff, the food and drinks. Megan, our wedding coordinator, did an absolutely spectacular job of ensuring everything ran smoothly on our day. I can’t think of a single thing that went wrong and that was due to Megan’s professionalism and hard work! Majority of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to.

My wife and I got married at Rincon recently, and we were so happy with how it all went. Kinsey, the wedding coordinator, was extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process, which helped a ton with planning. RBC also has a set of vendors that they work with consistently, which made it very easy for us to find a photographer, DJ, etc. They were all great. The food, the service, the drinks, and the ambiance were all fantastic as well. We highly highly recommend recommend this place!

Courtney at RBC planned our wedding and was nothing short of amazing. She guided us through the entire process from start to finish, relieving so much stress and providing invaluable guidance every step of the way. As a bride, she made the day seamless, allowing us to be fully present and truly enjoy every moment.

The food at Rincon Beach Club is some of the best wedding food I've ever had, from appetizers, dinner, and dessert (we went with the cupcake bar). We got married in the garden, and thanks to the venue’s stunning location, we were able to take all of our photos on the beach during cocktail hour.

Rincon Beach Club takes care of all the details, offering decorations like signs, welcome table decor, chairs, tables, chandeliers – the whole nine yards! Our wedding was truly stress-free because of this, which is unheard of. We couldn't recommend Rincon Beach Club enough!

Booking our wedding at Rincon Beach Club was the BEST decision we ever made!! Our wedding day was better than we imagined. It truly felt magical! My husband and I got married at Rincon last weekend. Courtney was our coordinator, and she was phenomenal! We truly had the best day ever. I was not stressed or worried about anything leading up to the day, or even day of. Courtney was there for us every step along the way, we had complete trust in her. Aside from the many compliments on the delicious food and gorgeous venue, many of our guests also commented on how this was the most organized and well-ran wedding they’d ever been to. If you want a no fuss venue this is the one for you! The only things I had to research and hire was photographer, florist, and DJ. They had a list of vendors they have worked with before as well,
Which was so helpful! Having a built in planner was amazing! I was never stressed out and really felt I was taken care of throughout the entire planning process. The food was amazing! We loved our ice cream cookie sandwiches with McConnell’s ice cream- many guests still mention them and it’s been over a year since our wedding! The Beach ceremony was so lovely and felt so private- I don’t remember seeing anyone there besides my guests but if there were people I’m told the planner bribes them with cookies to scootch over a bit. I highly recommend this venue!

Our experience planning with Kinsey at Rincon Beach Club was truly the best! She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about everything regarding our wedding from start to finish! She was a key part in bringing our dream day to life and she did just that. We didn’t have to worry about anything day-of because she had it all covered and we felt confident knowing we had the incredible Rincon team behind us every step of the way. Not only was Kinsey amazing but everyone that helped us along the way was 10/10! Our food was incredible, the staff were so friendly and our signature drinks did not disappoint. We got married at the Rincon Beach Club on 8/27/2022 and it absolutely surpassed our expectations! Carol and her team were such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire experience. She thought about and took care of every single detail. I knew I didn’t have to worry about a thing with Carol as our planner. We did a beach ceremony and reception in the garden and it was all beyond perfect. The weather was great, we got a beautiful sunset, and the vibe we were going for was flawlessly executed. We had about 125 guests and so many people told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. The food was INCREDIBLE, and we partied until 1am. Love that there is no curfew at this venue! Thank you so much Carol and RBC team for making our dream wedding come true!! We will never get over this day :)

My husband and I got married two weeks ago and were lucky enough to host our reception at Rincon Beach Club!

Carol and her team at RBC are truly amazing. The early stages of touring and booking, planning the finer details, and the execution of the event were made so easy thanks to Carol. It was easy to contact her with any ideas, changes, or questions throughout the year and a half we were planning our wedding. RBC invited us to do a menu tasting and then again to plan our menu and create the reception timeline together. Carol incorporated all of our ideas into the evening and helped us schedule the night with our guests in mind. She has planned so many weddings and is an expert, so it was very reassuring to have her input on everything. In the weeks leading up to the event, Carol very easily accommodated last minute changes to the guest and meal count and answered all of our nervous questions.

When it came to the evening itself, Carol and the team at RBC worked tirelessly to make our reception an amazing night. We happened to be married in the middle of an unexpected heatwave And under the threat of rain. It ended up raining right before our scheduled start time and by looking at the photos, you never would have guessed it rained at all. When we arrived to our reception, all our guests (about 170 people) were eating, drinking, and having the best time. The team setting up the dinner area covered all the tables with plastic and were in the process of removing the plastic, changing seat covers, and fixing the lighting in order to seat the guests. Everything looked beautiful, even more beautiful than I had imagined it.

My husband and I were escorted to a separate room to change our shoes and bustle my dress. Carol brought us our signature drinks and some hor d’oeuvres to enjoy and unwind before we went to greet our guests. Carol even helped my mom bustle my dress which was so sweet.

The employees at RBC were so attentive to us and all of our guests. I don’t think anyone’s glass was empty once throughout the night. Even the kids were accommodated, as the staff passing the hor d’oeuvres helped them find the big hit of the night- Mac N Cheese. When it was time for dinner service, I was truly amazed (again!) by the service. All guests received their salad and entree quickly and the food was Hot. Every single dish and drink served throughout the night was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. Many of our guests told us that this was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. We are still receiving compliments from our guests about the beautiful venue, tasty food, and fantastic service from the waiters and bar staff.

From start to finish Rincon Beach club was amazing, Carol our day of coordinator/planner of the entire wedding made the whole thing go off without a hitch (Or if it didn't, we weren't aware of it). The food is amazing and I can't wait to find an excuse to get back down there to have more tri-tip! They are professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We had a 100-person wedding and it was an absolutely stunning setup executed to perfection thanks to carol and our lovely vendors. The team is so experienced and knows exactly what they are doing, if you are hesitant about doing the beach ceremony don't be they make it so easy! The best part was that we were able to actually enjoy our wedding and carol had the schedule down, she just told us when and where to be allowing us to enjoy and chat with our guests. Thank you Rincon for creating the most magical day for us, if only I could do this every year!!!!

We used Rincon for our family backyard wedding during the pandemic. Two other venues and plans had fallen through and Rincon made it easy to quickly transition to a local backyard elopement in less than three weeks- and within our budget! They helped us with our vision to rent a farm table, ceremony chairs for 12, and had every menu item we wanted for our taco bar - even a fresh out of our oven chocolate chip cookie skillet for dessert as requested by the bride & groom! Rentals were delivered well ahead of the event and they made two food drop offs for appetizers and then dinner right before the event! All delivery staff were masked, friendly, and SO helpful. Working with them made wedding planning on a short timeline a breeze!

What an amazing experience with Rincon Beach Club. Carol, our wedding planner/coordinator, was an absolute Godsend. Everything went so smoothly the day of the wedding and leading up, our day was stress free and enabled us to fully enjoy the beauty and fun of our wedding on the beach and reception at the RBC. I cannot express enough how amazing this venue is, with every detail thought of. Truly a one stop shop and made everything so easy. A million thanks would not be enough. It was the best day ever!

We did a beach ceremony and reception on the patio in August 2019. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend Rincon Beach Club.

We worked primarily with Carol, who was a pleasure to work with. Very organized and trustworthy. She and her husband Marc and their team have been doing this for a long time and they have it down. They clearly care and know how to throw a good party that runs smoothly. I was doing all the planning from the East Coast, and I felt really good that they were running the show.

What's included:
- Coordination and advice along the way from people who have been in the business of doing weddings for a long time, and full "day of" timeline running (no need to hire a separate planner or coordinator).
- Excellent food and desserts and a super fun tasting for you to try out all their amazing food and pick your menu.
- You're not getting a bare hall that you have to decorate and make feel like a wedding -- they have lots of things around so that you don't have to buy tons of decorations. And the patio has lots of plantings. The space has a lovely indoor/outdoor vibe and was truly magical with all the lighting and decorations. We provided minimal decorations -- mostly we used what the venue provided. I loved that I didn't have to stress too much over decor or spend a ton of money on wedding-y decor that I would never use again or time DIY-ing wedding decor. The space was gorgeous, but just note there is no view of the ocean from the reception space. I used Trader Joe's white orchids and eucalyptus sprigs as my centerpieces. I did hire a florist to do a floral decoration for the ceremony arch and bouquets. The staff took down the floral decoration on the arch after the ceremony and used part of it to decorate the head table, which was lovely.
- Nice tables, chairs, heaters, plenty of lounge furniture, and linens -- no dealing with a rental company for anything. And their "basics" are lovely -- I found no need to do upgrades.
- We did a beach ceremony and a choice of wooden arch was included as well as the set up/break down and several attendants to make sure everyone got settled. They also had nice signage and water and parasols for guests. The beach club is a 7-8 minute walk from the ceremony site on the Santa Claus lane public beach (we timed the walk at a moderate pace).
- Other nice extras: they provide snacks before the ceremony for the wedding party so that you don't pass out, send the couple off with some leftovers to have later that night/next day, and they send a little cake on your first anniversary.

After looking at tons of venues in Santa Barbara and beyond (we toured 11 venues in Santa Barbara and 10 in other places), we were torn between the beach club and the Santa Barbara Zoo for our wedding -- same company (Events by Rincon) behind both, same delicious food. We went with the beach club because a little more was included and we liked the idea of getting married on the sand. But the zoo was beautiful and has the benefit of lush foliage and you can interact with animals during cocktail hour.

If you are looking for a venue that has it ALL, look no further than Rincon Beach Club! We got married on July 13, 2019 in the garden and our day was everything we had imagined, and more. Rincon executed every detail of our event to a T. No detail was overlooked, and the quality was top notch in all areas. Here are some of the things that you have to look forward to when booking with Rincon:
1. A planner who comes with the venue and coordinates all vendors, catering, furniture, decor, and day-of logistics *Note: the only vendors you will need to source on your own are florist, band/DJ, hair/makeup, photo/video, and officiant (but Rincon has a preferred vendor list to help with this).
2. AMAZING food and drink - we did several food stations instead of a traditional buffet or plated dinner because we wanted to "mix it up" for our guests. Our guests are still raving about the slider station, taco station, meat carving station, and dessert spread of bananas foster, churros, skillet donuts, and McConnell's ice cream...not to mention the heavy passed appetizers during cocktail hour. No one left hungry :)
3. Premium cross back vineyard chairs, linens, high-tops, bar set-up, etc. *included* in the price.
4. Convenient location to reasonably priced hotels like the Holiday Inn Express and Best Western in Carpinteria.
5. Option to do a beach ceremony and come back to the venue after for the reception (while we did not choose this option, we definitely took advantage of the close location to the beach for gorgeous sunset photos!)
6. Transparent, reasonable pricing and "no surprise" costs - Carol sent us several revised estimates every time we made updates which included tax, gratuity, server fees, etc. We made a few installment payments leading up to the day which left no remaining balance or surprise bill at or after the wedding.

Rincon Beach Club was 100% the best choice for our wedding. If you are looking for a stress-free, no drama, top notch venue that will WOW your guests, be sure to check it out!!

Carol and her team were nothing short of spectacular from start to finish. From the moment we met Carol, it felt like she was a family member looking to help us in any way possible. Communication was seamless, and each interaction left us feeling more comfortable and excited about Rincon as a partner/venue.

We held our wedding ceremony at a different venue and Carol went out of her way to help coordinate the entire day. She managed all other vendor relationships and made sure that everything went according to plan and schedule.

Rincon food was AMAZING and all of our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. Everything is customizable in their menu which made it feel very authentic to us. The tasting event that occurred a few months prior to our wedding was incredible as well.

The venue itself was beautiful and ALSO very customizable. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor spaces and the flow of the overall layout.

We give Carol and Rincon our highest recommendation and could not have been more happy with how everything turned out. Thank you for everything Carol!

I cannot say enough how happy I am that we had our September wedding at Rincon! We chose to have our ceremony on the beach and the reception at Rincon's garden. We honestly fell in love with this venue right away and having Carol, the owner and planner, made wedding planning such an easy process for us. I was surprised at how relaxed I was as a bride because Carol provided so much direction reminded us on what needs to be done, so I didn't have to worry. Rincon also works with a lot of other vendors for photography, florals, etc. so the planning with other vendors was easy as well! All the food options provided by Rincon are amazing, however we chose to do different "stations" where we had a variety of pizza, tacos, and bao buns, which gave a lot of options for our guests. Our guests are still telling us that our venue was so beautiful and that the food was the best. Incredibly happy we chose Rincon!!

From the Mother of the Bride's perspective, Carol walks that delicate line between giving the Bride and Groom exactly what they want whilst taking the MOB’s wishes into consideration. She is extremely diplomatic, unflustered and full of great, creative ideas. She and her team put together a perfect afternoon beach wedding and evening reception that was even better than I had imagined. The venue is so pretty. Last minute changes and glitches (the band’s stage was way bigger than expected so the entire dance area had to be reconfigured) were handled effortlessly.

From the Bride and Groom’s perspective, we couldn’t have been happier with our decision to have our wedding at the Rincon Beach Club. Neither of us were super confident about the wedding planning process, so we were looking for a “one stop shop” venue that would make everything easy for us and provide linens, candles, chairs, sound system, the whole shebang. In addition to making everything easy for us, we loved the relaxed yet chic vibe of the club, and we were thrilled to be able to tie the knot on the sand!

Carol was absolutely incredible (so incredible that we definitely did not feel the need to hire a separate wedding planner!). She was so patient with us and our families, and guided us through each step of the process. Having been in the wedding business for several decades, Carol has the ability to anticipate problems and solve them before you even become aware of them. The week before our wedding, we found out our band couldn't provide power for our beach ceremony…Carol had kept a DJ on hold for us just in case (unbeknownst to us), and we averted a major disaster thanks to her foresight! Carol and her team were an absolute pleasure to work with, and Carol’s calming presence and confidence in every step of the process was invaluable.

Carol and the entire team at Rincon Beach Club are beyond amazing! We couldn't recommend them more! She is experienced, professional, attentive, genuinely cares about what you want/looking for, dedicates all her efforts to ensure your vision comes full circle, and worked with us to design our food/dessert menu, cake, decor, and every detail to our liking. We have received so many compliments from all of our guests (245), raving about the food, dessert, decor, and beauty of the venue itself. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out! Our reception was beyond anything we could have ever imagined and we truly owe it to her and the Rincon team! If you're looking for a venue that is absolutely stunning (all on it's own), serves amazing food (with tons of options), and also helps with the entire planning process, this is your place!

Wow, I cannot say enough about Marc and the team at Rincon Catering. We had our wedding offsite, not at the Beach Club itself, and they completely transformed the space! Marc was incredibly insightful and prepared, and was happy to take a few walkthroughs of the site with different vendors to make sure the DJ, photographer, and relevant family members were all filled in and on the same page. In the months leading up to the event we knew we were in good hands, and had very little stress about preparations.

On the day itself, Marc and his team had done a beautiful job preparing a landing space with hors d'oeuvres, a bar and gift table. The staff were friendly and attentive and gave my bride and I tons of ease and time to interact with the guests. I wandered down to the dinner area to check it out before dinner time, and realized my bride and I had missed something on the invoice and plans earlier, and had assigned our guests to tables using 1 extra table than we had initially agreed upon with Marc. I quickly informed him of the shortage and apologized for our miscommunication. Marc nodded, assured me he would take care of it and told me to go back and enjoy the party. An hour later, when we wandered down for dinner, the table was set and looked as beautiful as the others. The food was delicious, Marc and the team easily accommodated our vegetarian needs and also made some meat dishes for our guests.

We honestly could not be more happy with Rincon Catering, and especially Marc. If you're in the Santa Barbara area and looking for a very professional, thoughtful and helpful team, I highly recommend the crew at Rincon Catering. The Beach Club looks amazing, but they also do a wonderful job for offsite weddings.

The epitome of ‘Professional’! From the start we were amazed with the professionalism, kindness, and humble demeanor of Rincon Catering. We used Rincon for our Wedding/Reception, and couldn’t have been more pleased! From food to furniture, or lighting to clean-up, we used Rincon for all and it was perfection!

Marc was incredible, and after meeting with him, we were sold. He was gracious with his time, flexibility, and not only was quick to align to our vision but also was sensitive to the needs of our venue and family. Being married on a family member’s estate in Santa Barbara (though we live in San Francisco), we wanted to ensure that we were respectful of the the property. From start to finish Rincon was sensitive to the plant life, the structures, and to the property owners themselves. In fact, they loved Rincon so much they are now booking him for their New Year’s party too!

In the end, we were impressed with the adaptability that Marc offered, his gentle candor, and his humility. Coordinating with Rincon remotely couldn’t have gone any smoother, and his demeanor clearly sets the tone for Rincon. We never had any doubts in the trust we had placed in his hands, and Rincon never let us down - they exceeded our expectations in every facet!

If you want the best service and the most amazing place, Rincon is the way to go! Rincon is a hidden gem that all your guests will love. Both Carol and Eloise are marvelous to work with every step of the way. They both went above and beyond and were always willing to meet with us and answer any questions we had throughout the planning process. Their attention to detail and willingness to make our wedding unique for us was more than we could have asked for. We continue to look back and say that our wedding was perfect! We could not have been happier to have chosen such a phenomenal venue. They made our dream wedding a reality.

Not only was she calm, positive and professional but she helped execute my vision PERFECTLY and my breathe was taken away in awe at the perfection of the presentation of the venue. The food was delicious, most guests went for seconds and the strategic layout of the venue's space and flow were absolutely conducive to comfort and elegance. I don't have enough vocabulary words to express my gratitude to her and her team for helping make the day so relaxed and magical!

All of the vendors that you recommended were outstanding. The flowers were perfect, the DJ kept the party going and most of all the Cellist and Pianist were amazing. Several guests said they knew they had seen them somewhere before. I asked Sal and he told me the pianist used to work for Barry Manilow and the Cellist has performed on TV and other large media events. Wow, and to think they were playing at our little Wedding.

One of our guest is a Wedding Coordinator herself, and she was amazed at how smoothly and timely everything ran.

I cannot speak highly enough about Rincon Beach Club or Carol. The second we walked into the venue, we knew we found the place we wanted to get married. Carol has really thought of everything! The venue itself is gorgeous, and all of the decor and details just make it even more beautiful. The food is excellent! We heard from so many of our guests the food was amazing! Carol was so incredibly responsive to all of our emails and really put us at ease through the entire wedding planning process. She helped us to stay within our budget and gave us plenty of options along the way. She is incredibly organized and thorough. My husband commented that the wedding night was so well run and coordinated, that neither of us were ever bothered with any questions or issues - everything was just magically taken care of! - and we were truly able to enjoy the night. I cannot thank the team at Rincon Beach Club enough for helping us have the wedding of our dreams!

My fiance (now husband) and I were always a little worried about getting married. Not of being married, but of the actual wedding. Almost every wedding we've been to, the bride and groom seemed so stressed out that it kind of felt like, what's the point? But after 11 years, we finally decided to bite the bullet, and the first vendor we hired was Rincon Events and ARE WE GLAD WE DID! Everything went so smoothly, from the first meeting at the venue to the day of our wedding. All of the guests commented on how easy going and relaxed we seemed, and it's because we genuinely were! Carol (our point person) went out of her way to make us feel at ease and they took care of EVERYTHING. Which would be reason enough to get married here, but beyond that, the venue is gorgeous, we were able to have our ceremony on the beach, and the food was out-of-control great! People kept saying that usually wedding food is only meh, but ours was by far the best. And they were right! Carol and her team even took over little day off things, like contacting the florist to change the delivery of my flowers, setting up a guitar stand, even cutting our seating cards, that I had assumed would fall on me because I didn't hire a coordinator. It was amazing and I wouldn't change a single thing. How many brides can honestly say that? My husband and I are talking about divorce, only so we could get married all over again at Rincon. I've never been happier with a location or a staff in my life!

Rincon Beach Club was an absolute dream come true! Carol is so on top of it, easy to work with, and responsive - she seriously made the planning process so much easier for me and my husband. We just had our wedding at Rincon Beach Club in April and I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. The owner and our coordinator, Carol, was so helpful and responsive from start to finish and she made the process a breeze! This is a great all-inclusive venue so that you don't have to stress over having multiple vendors for everything from chairs to linens to decorations, you just get to choose from all of the great decor options that are available to you as part of the package. We had so many compliments from our guests on the beauty of the venue as well as the awesome food (we chose a buffet). An added bonus is the food tasting event that you get to attend with four other guests prior to to your wedding so that you have an opportunity to really check out all of the decoration options in detail and try as many options for food as you would like. I would highly recommend this venue!

We live in NYC and chose to be married in Santa Ynez, in Santa Barbara County. Rincon Beach Club did an amazing job guiding us every step of the way... From finding the right venue to choosing other vendors such as photographer, videographer, florist and more. They helped keep us on budget and make sure that everything ran just right. They were both our wedding planner and our caterer. The food was delicious! Most importantly Rincon was able to listen to us as we described our dream wedding and then help make sure that the event was just as magical as we imagined. We highly recommend Rincon!

We had a small family buffet dinner for our wedding reception. The service was outstanding and the food was fabulous!

Carol and her team created the most intimate, relaxed and perfect setting for our wedding. Every level of detail was taken care of and went above and beyond our expectations! The customer service and professionalism of the team is top notch! Even our guests were raving about the experience. Last, but certainly not least, the food was AMAZING! I am a self taught chef and foodie and I can say that most weddings I have attended the food was mediocre at best. At Rincon you will not be disappointed. In fact, at the tasting event it was hard to narrow down to our choices! I want to thank the entire staff at Rincon and also give a big hug to Carol for making our dream come true.

They provide the catering for the Santa Barbara Zoo and it was perfect to have them there. They knew how to run the event and were great. We coordinated with Angie and everything went smooth. They could not have been any better, knowing everything that we could possibly need or want and work with all the other vendors. Awesome Awesome Awesome.

Our Wedding was at the Santa Barbara Zoo. Angie Chaves was wonderful and helped us every step of the way. We were planning our wedding in Ca. while living in Va. A few hiccups with scheduling phone calls because of the holidays right before the wedding but we were able to text and email at any point with fairly immediate responses. OUr guests slacked in getting responses back to us and Angie was patient with our potentially needing to change numbers up until the week of the wedding. Unfortunately it decided to downpour the day of our wedding. First thing in the morning Angie was calling to let us know about the potential for rain and change up the location of our reception from outside to inside. Most of Our guests never new the entire thing was supposed to be outside. Our ceremony was outside on the beach which Angie helped with as well- the only time it was dry was during the ceremony. Angie had the forethought to bring a hairdryer to the reception so all the bridesmaids could dry their hair after it started raining while we were taking pictures. The food was delicious. Everyone commented on how professional the staff was. My Husband and I were taken care of the entire time- Angie and her staff kept tabs on us through the night to make sure we had enough to eat and drink at all times. Couldn't have asked for better service!

I LOVED my venue!! Angie was my coordinator and she was WONDERFUL!!! She was so great at helping me with all the little details and making sure the big day went smoothly. It was literally the perfect day. I can't even tell you how many compliments we got on our ceremony and venue, it was absolutely gorgeous and the attention to detail by the staff was astounding. The food is delicious and it was a great value for the price. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to hold an event, and definitely request Angie!!

Growing up in Santa Barbara, I had literally never thought about the Zoo as a wedding venue but it truly was the perfect location.

The Palm Garden and Hilltop's natural beauty and stunning vegetation was absolutely gorgeous to showcase Santa Barbara at its finest for our out-of-town guests. The weather was perfect and our guests were able to enjoy 360 degree views of the mountains and the ocean and as the bride, who wouldn't want to get married under majestic palm trees? The reception area is completely set up for large weddings with on-site bathrooms, power source, parking options, and is conveniently located so guests can easily stay Downtown, Waterfront, or in Montecito.

The great thing about having a blank canvas is that you can truly bring in any type of decor that you want and we had so much fun with all of Rincon's cabana, lighting, chandeliers and overhead and table fabric options. Rincon's food was absolutely delicious-we had so many guests come up to us to mention how good it was. You can also bring in all of your own liquor with no corkage fee which was a great bonus!

I had been involved with all of the planning but when I got to the hilltop that afternoon and saw everything set up, it truly took my breath away. Angie and her team captured our wedding vision so perfectly and made everything stunning. Angie was fantastic-she worked seamlessly to execute our requests and many changes along the way in conjunction with all of the other vendors and on the big day, even found my wedding vows which I had misplaced seconds before walking down the aisle.

I wanted all of our guests to have a fantastic weekend filled with great food, great drinks, dancing and tons of fun-thank you for making everything so perfect Team Rincon!

We chose Rincon Beach Club for our venue, because of their delicious food, intimate atmosphere on the coast, and because a lot of the work was done for us by Rincon, which helped manage the stress levels while planning a wedding. Our guests kept complimenting the food saying that it was "the best they've ever had at a wedding". We loved that there were several options that Rincon could provide for decor, table arrangements and settings, ceremony styles, as well as different options of food service (e.i. buffet, served dinners, passed hors d'ourves, specialty cocktails, cake, desserts, etc.). Caitlin and Carol were so wonderful in helping us create our dream wedding, and really let us put our personal touches on it. They worked hard to collaborate with our vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly on the big day. Everything was so professionally executed, and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly, making us feel so comfortable. And again, we can't say enough about the food; there were so many options at the tasting, and all of them delicious!

We got married on the beach on Santa Claus Lane and had our reception at the Rincon Beach Club a few weeks ago and it was incredible. The venue is amazing - it has lots of different spaces for guests to explore including indoor and outdoor fireplace, an awesome bar/patio area complete with wine barrel tables and a beautiful garden to eat dinner in. Angie, our coordinator was AMAZING the day of our wedding - getting us plates of food to eat for dinner, gathering up all our belongings at the end of the night and making sure everything went smoothly all night long. The food is incredible and this venue is a really fantastic value in the Santa Barbara area. We really wanted an outdoor venue, but for many of the houses and ranches in this area you have to bring in everything yourself from lights to generators to bathrooms, which gets really expensive. We opted for the beach ceremony set-up, and it was gorgeous - they set up all the chairs, benches for guests to remove their shoes, and even provided signs and parasols. I would highly recommend Rincon!!

From the moment we walked in Rincon Beach Club we were greeted by warmth and hospitality. After visiting numerous venues we accidentally came across Rincon Beach Club through Yelp. Right after dinner we drove there and knew that this was the place for us. We scheduled an appointment and after the first meeting we were in love! Every venue we had visited made us feel like an "appointment" but Carol and Marc made us feel like we were at home. It was all the little things...The way they had a box of desserts as a gift for us (and their desserts are BOMB), or the way they dressed up the venue for a mock wedding for us that brought me to tears. This couple is really such an inspiration because they are doing what they love. Every step of the way they strive to make your event so special. It's because of this passion they have helped us make our wedding a reality.

Guests could not stop talking about how great the food was and so many people told me they had 2-3 plates of food. All our desserts were gone at the end of the night! I love this catering company from the bottom of my heart! They host events at their venue and are also able to cater to the venue of your choice.

Also I LOOOOOVE Carol! She was also our wedding planner and she was so professional and calm throughout the process. We could seriously call her whenever we needed help....that included family problems, venue setup, wedding processional, wedding crashers and emotional freak outs. I had wedding OCD and she even gave me a time line so I wouldn't freak out. She was always the deciding factor when my fiance and I couldn't make a decision. Rincon Catering MADE our wedding!

Cait and Carol were so helpful with planning and coordinating our wedding. They were extremely organized and able to give us guidance the whole way through. They set up our ceremony site on the beach with decor and signage to make everything easy to find and had attendants there to help our guests. The reception was set up to hold 180 guests and it felt intimate, yet not crowded. Everyone had a wonderful time and thought the venue was amazing! The food was delicious and they were very helpful working with unique food requests. The event space was beautiful, the staff were attentive and professional. Everything turned out better than we imagined!

The engagement party was held in our backyard and Carol and her staff did an absolutely amazing job.
I wanted an upscale Safari theme and Carol brought everything down with her to turned my backyard into the perfect Safari. My guests were blown away by the superb food, wonderful service and of course the transformation of my backyard into a little bit of South Africa.
I relied on Carol and Rincon for the menu selection, décor, party rentals,timing for the party events, staffing and even the alcohol , and they did not disappoint me.
So many of my guests came up to me and raved about the food and service( and asked for Rincon's cards) that I knew the party was a huge success.

Our wedding was less than a week ago, and we have received nothing but rave reviews and compliments from our guests about the entire day, especially the Beach Club and its staff! The entire planning process leading up to the big day was completely seamless, thanks to wedding coordinator Melissa Younce. With her professionalism and guidance, we were able to create (and execute) the wedding of our dreams. The atmosphere and set up at the beach for our ceremony was beyond gorgeous, and the reception at the Beach Club was so everything that we wanted for a night of entertainment and dancing! The food was amazing, the layout was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our guests were well fed and hydrated! ;) The wedding day went off without a hitch and I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish Rincon Catering was great. The food was wonderful, help professional, friendly and easy to work with. This was a big wedding of 150 people. Mark, the manager of the event made sure everything went smoothly. Everything went without a hitch. (Or if it didn't, we weren't aware of it). He oversaw the whole wedding, not only the food and drink set up, but also the rehearsal and procession of the bridal party. You can tell he is very experienced. He made suggestions on how much time to spend with people as you walk around to visit. This might sound like a simple thing, but when you think of visiting all the guests at 20 tables, this is no small task. We felt very taken care of and because of this we were able to relax and really enjoy the event.
We are still getting comments on how wonderful the food was. Thank you Rincon Catering for all you did to make this day great.

The food and staff was amazing. I feel so grateful that I had Angie working with me in planning my wedding and also as my day-of coordinator. I know that my now-husband and I weren't always the easiest couple to work with but Angie could not have been more wonderful to work with. I couldn't have asked for a more incredible wedding venue. We had the beach ceremony and the reception in RBC. Melissa was my coordinator and made the planning experience fun and very easy. Once you book here, there is really little you have left to do because they take care of almost EVERYTHING. I would recommend this place to everyone..Oh yeah, and the food was PHENOMENAL

Rincon Beach Club was the perfect venue for our ceremony and reception. Melissa makes you feel like you have your own personal wedding coordinator and is so organized from the first meeting, it takes a huge weight off. The gorgeous patio, amazing food, and friendly staff really wowed our guests. As far as location, you can't mix the beautiful garden/beach setting. I especially loved when the twinkle lights all over the ivy came on at night, it was magical. We had guests that had been to 6-figure weddings and said this was the most beautiful wedding they've seen. I would recommend to anyone.

From the very first visit to the very last moment of the reception, the staff at Rincon Beach Club was amazing. Melissa and Jaime made our dream of a beach wedding and luau reception come true. We had many non-standard menu items as well as contract changes and they were both very responsive, and willing to help, anwswer questions and calm nerves. I had a very generic vision and they pulled it together with amazing results. The food was amazing, and the decorations beautiful! I am still getting compliments about it being the best wedding people have been to!

Melissa and Jaime were amazing. We really couldn't have pulled off the wedding we did without all of their help. The day we showed up for the rehearsal I got teary-eyed because everything looked so perfect. They were both very responsive and got back to me promptly, even through the multiple changes we made to our contract. The wedding was beautiful and everyone kept coming up to me to tell me it was the most fun they had ever had. Food was delicious, decor was beautiful and everything was just perfect.

Everything was PERFECT...and if it wasn't, I didn't know about it :) Everyone, literally, has commented on how beautiful and special our wedding was. Great job! We totally enjoyed working with them - so friendly, professional, and accomodating. We asked for a lot of items that were not on their catering menu, and they said "no problem" without any hesitation. We had 250 people, and everyone was served within 15 minutes, no problem, which is sometimes unusual for weddings. The food was great - perfect for the season, tasty, and lots of options for many different tastes. And the dessert bar was awesome!!! They aren't cheap but are well worth it, and are a great deal when compared to other vendors in the SB area.

This venue is what dreams are made of! It is absolutely stunning!!! We had our ceremony on the beach, which was so special! Getting married on the sand was a dream come true for us, and the venue provided signage and staff to help guests find the location. The garden space is just WOW- all of our guests were blown away by how beautiful and unique our venue was. The beams at the top are unbelievable and they offer a chandelier add-on which really brings it all together. We searched long and hard for a venue, and this truly was the most magical place to have our special day. The photos turned out beautiful and the space was such a great setting. Their in-house inventory is also great and all of it is so beautiful! The staff and team at Rincon are so sweet and wonderful to work with. Kinsey was so amazing on the day and really made us feel supported! The food was AMAZING- we had multiple people come up and tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever had- we did stations and it was so fun! I would highly recommend to any couple thinking of having their special day at Rincon Beach Club!

This is the first review I've ever written about a business, and it is 3.5 years after my wedding, but Rincon more than deserves the praise. I don't know where to begin - the service, the food, the meticulous preparation that Mark the owner took in making sure every decorative detail was perfect... Rincon did it ALL and we were beyond impressed! I got married in 2008 at the Santa Barbara Zoo, and had Rincon do our catering and most of our decor. Mark and his staff worked closely with us to make sure every detail was exactly as we wanted it! Both my husband and I were very picky about our food and how our guests were to be treated, and Rincon went way above and beyond to make things delicious and to throw an amazng party for our guests. Rincon provided gorgeous decorations. The food was phenomenal! Even now, 3.5 years later, I still have people telling me it was by far the best food they'v ever had at a wedding. And the service was also incredible. The staff were so friendly, something I noticed but also have heard from numerous guests at our wedding. Every detail showed the pride that Rincon takes in their quality. Overall, I would not hesitate to use Rincon again for ANY catered event I have in Santa Barbara, and would trust them fully to deliver uncompromising food and service. Their venue is amazing as well, we just had our heart set on the SB zoo. I would recommend them for both off-site catering and any events at their Beach Club!

The Rincon Beach Club was a fantastic venue for my wedding reception! The garden area is just beautiful and when its all lit up it takes your breath away! My coordinator there was so very pleasant and helpful every step of the way. The food was great and all the servers were super friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that we had problems with the audio system and no one there seems to know what was wrong. Finally my friend who happens to be a DJ stepped in and saved the day with an appropriate cable he luckily had in his car! If my friend wasn't there we wouldn't have had any music :(

I worked closely with Angie at Rincon Catering for my wedding at the Santa Barbara Zoo. They are the mandatory catering company which initially could feel like a compromise in going with the venue but they are actually awesome! I had a family friend who had heard great things and they definitely delivered. Angie was super helpful every step of the way. They did a large tasting event and it was a perfect way to choose appetizers and entrees as well as decor. We heard the food was some of the best most people had ever had at a wedding which is every bride's dream to hear:) I would highly recommend them!

There were one or two times we miscommunicated about something, but in the end, they were flexible and made me extremely pleased with the big day!

Had a wonderful wedding at Rincon. Their services were flexible, and though many things were done in-house, the quality was very high. In particular the food and drink options were loved by all who attended.

- I recently had my wedding at Rincon Beach Club this past August and it was a dream come true. I received sooo many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was. Carol owns the venue with her husband but Carol was my event coordinator and go-to person. She was extremely helpful during the process and the day of everything went fairly smoothly. I live in San Diego so a lot of our correspondence was through email. She’s an extremely busy woman so she didn’t get back to me right away all the time but in the end everything got squared away. The only snafus during the reception were my fault (forgetting to give some people seats). She coordinated all of the vendors beautifully. The day of, I really didn’t check on any of my vendors, I just let them do their thing and Carol looked after all of it. We had our ceremony on the beach and it was perfect. There were some people on the beach but it still felt private. Carol was attentive of my husband and I, bringing us food and refilling our drinks. We absolutely loved the food as well. I would highly recommend RBC to anyone!

My husband and I are so grateful to the Rincon Beach Club for giving us our dream wedding. It's difficult to accurately describe how great this place is but from the food to the details they were on top of it. Very high quality food. Service was slightly less attentive than advertised but in no way did that take away from our wedding.

Rincon Beach Club is completely inflexible regarding giving full or partial deposits back during COVID, even though weddings are legally prohibited in Santa Barbara right now. They refuse to budge. They provide the option to rebook at a later date, but are charging $5000 more to have the wedding at a later date. I would avoid Carol and this vendor at all costs.

I would highly suggest against booking your event with Rincon Beach Club. They have a very strict no refund on deposits policy despite weddings being prohibited in Santa Barbara county, and they charge a significant amount of extra money to rebook the event at a later date. Carol has all but stopped responding to us. I am all about supporting wedding vendors during this difficult time, but not Rincon Beach Club. Their customer service is atrocious.
