This venue and staff was the best to work with all the way from the first tour to the day after the wedding! As someone who is in the wine industry in Paso, it was so beyond great to see a staff with such extraordinary hospitality, professionalism and care in what they do. I honestly don’t have enough time to brag how this venue is raising the standard for all wedding venues and vendors in the county. We not only used the venue but we also used them for catering every night leading up to the wedding and the wedding itself! They did a fully custom menu and were the best with every detail and the selection process (because the option are endless and everything sound so amazing!). In the end not only Sam and I, but everyone that attended was blown away with the menu. To say this is THE best food we have ever had is an understatement. I still dream about those short rib empanadas!

Overall everyone there made our experience one to remember. We truly feel like they added so much to our experience and Colin, Lisa, Chef, and their whole staff really knocked it out of the park.

Oak & Vine made our wedding weekend the best weekend of our lives! From the first moment we stepped foot on the property, it was clear that they stood out from the rest. Online and in photos, it can be hard to differentiate venues – they seem to offer similar services/views/amenities. In person, it becomes clear that while other places sometimes seem to offer a hands off, bare minimum approach, Colin, Rich, Chef Justin, and the whole Oak & Vine team really take pride in what they do, offering the best in their respective disciplines, but all the while cultivating a family-like atmosphere making you feel like they’re celebrating with you.

Coming up to the property for our tasting stands out as a particularly special memory. After careful back-and-forth deciding on what menu and cocktails would feel the most “us,” we visited almost exactly one year prior to our wedding day (so that we would be able to taste everything in-season) while Colin and Chef made everything right in front of us in their open-air kitchen overlooking the vineyard (an extra perk of the venue, everything can be cooked right next to the reception space and served fresh). Everything, from Colin’s hand-crafted cocktails to multiple courses of farm-fresh flavor explosions from Chef Justin, left us feeling like we wanted to have three weddings so that we could include everything we tried.

The wedding weekend was a dream start to finish. We rented out both houses on the property so that immediate family and wedding party members could stay onsite (a MAJOR plus over other venues), and not only were the houses big enough to accommodate that, but they’re also the most beautiful, well crafted homes we’ve ever stayed in. Hard to leave! We hosted our rehearsal dinner at the Vineyard house, and Colin was a miracle worker, putting on what felt like a wedding in itself, with delicious food and drink (accommodating all our wedding party’s dietary restrictions and offering non-alcoholic hand-crafted cocktails to the pregnant sister of the groom), while also feeling like our best friend.

The wedding day was a dream. Getting married under that Oak tree is nothing short of surreal (and it shades the guests, which was a major plus for us, having been sunburnt at other ceremonies). Sunset photos in the vineyard look like a movie, cocktail hour outside the barn, and reception and dancing all went off without a hitch. Food and cocktails were excellent, and the staff made sure that we didn’t miss tasting a single bite despite what we’d heard about not getting to eat on your wedding day. It was really cool to meet the rest of their staff, who definitely feel hand-picked to curate the same fun-loving family vibe that we felt from our first interactions (major shout out to Lloyd – he’s the man). Extra plus for Oak & Vine is that you get to provide the liquor and wine of your choosing for the events, vs. so many vineyard venues that require you to only buy their product.

Overall, it was the best. We and all our loved ones were seriously sad to leave, and kept repeating that we can’t wait to think of another excuse to return to Oak & Vine.

First off, staying on-site is an experience in itself. The homes are spacious, beautifully designed, and every detail has been thought of to make your stay spectacular. We received so many compliments from our guests who stayed at both houses. Also the views are ABSOLUTELY stunning.

Getting married at the amphitheater, with the beautiful tree and vines behind us, was a dream. Having the reception area just a short walk away made everything so easy for our guests. The event barn and cocktail area are stunning as well. We received a ton of compliments from guests about the entire venue.

But what truly set Oak & Vine apart—and what made our experience unforgettable—was the incredible team, led by Colin, and Chef Justin. I could write an entire novel about how special they made us feel, but I’ll keep it brief. From the moment we arrived, Colin and his team made sure every detail was perfect. Colin and Lisa were available for questions throughout the weekend, and the team went above and beyond at every event—from the rehearsal dinner to the farewell brunch—to make sure everyone was well taken care of, all with such warmth and kindness.

As for the food - give Chef Justin a Michelin Star. Seriously, the food all weekend was some of the best we’ve ever had. We’re still getting compliments from our guests about the Wagyu melon skewers and short rib. Chef Justin was also very thoughtful about my diet as a long-time vegan, making sure I had plenty of options. And a huge shout-out to Pastry Chef Laura. We didn’t want to have a cake, so she crafted four bite size desserts for us and they were absolutely delicious!

To sum things up, this is a fairytale wedding venue. We will most definitely be back to rent a house one weekend and cannot wait to see the crew again, who now feel like family.

My wife and I had our wedding at Oak & Vine Vineyard Estate in November. We booked out both rental houses on the property in addition to the ceremony & barn venue.

Prior to the weekend, there was always clear and professional communication with Rich and his team. Due to being a newer venue at the time, they were limited on formal information and processes (which they have now) but never ignored my many questions.

We planned everything from Tennessee so we had our concerns before but could not have asked for a better property to spend our wedding weekend.

Us and 30 friends stayed at the two houses. The Garden house was a perfect day-of-wedding home base for my wife, her bridal party, and family to get ready. Both houses were perfectly designed to host and fit as many people in there as possible without feeling cramped or forced. Both houses had the most incredible views to wake up to from nearly every room.

For the wedding ceremony, the small amphitheater was absolutely perfect for our 120 guests comfort, photos, and allowing my wife and I to feel the love from everyone. For the cocktail hour and reception, the barn area was perfectly designed for a night of drinks, dinner, and dancing. Nothing too far apart, but plenty of space for guests to enjoy the night in the way they prefer. The outdoor kitchen made for a cool guest experience. The bathrooms were regularly cleaned. We had 17 tables (16 8 person tables and a sweetheart) in the barn for dinner and did not feel cramped at all. Since it was about 55 degrees at night, we had 6 heaters placed around the dance floor and that allowed guests to stay warm and also near the fun.

Between the views, the staff, the organization of the property, and just being in beautiful wine country, we could not have asked for a better place to celebrate our love with family and friends. We continue to receive comments about this being the best wedding venue people have attended.

Their team goes above and beyond for your needs and making sure each wedding is unique and special to each couple. From the INCREDIBLE food, to the stunning views of the properties and the special wedding venue as itself, you truly couldn't go wrong with picking Oak & Vine as your wedding location. We were SO happy with how everything turned out and still have guests talking about out how much fun they had at our wedding and what a special spot we found to host it at. We have now had the pleasure of planning and managing several wedding weekends at the beautiful Oak & Vine Vineyard Estate. Each one has been even better than the last, thanks to the amazing staff at Oak & Vine. They really provide a top-notch experience for our clients and our fellow wedding professionals. The best decision I ever made was marrying my now husband, however the second best decision I ever made was having my wedding at Oak & Vine.

O&V was the first venue we toured together and quite literally our visit ruined the rest of the venues we ended up looking at because NOTHING came even close to O&V!

From the minute you step onto O&V's property, you can tell that everyone who works there cares immensely about the property and what they stand for. From their farm to table, sustainable sourcing approach, to their state of the art houses on property; they don't miss a single detail.

But what really sets O&V apart from everyone else is how personable each interaction is. From conversations with Colin regarding our menu and concerns we had with certain items, to Lisa supporting us with ensuring the houses were equipped with everything all our guests needed -- the staff at O&V truly cared about making our weekend as special as possible. Every one of my concerns or questions was listened to and they did everything in their power to find a solution that worked for us and made us comfortable.

There is nothing quite like having all of your closest friends and family spend your wedding weekend with you. We had our entire wedding party stay with us from Thursday - Sunday and when I saw we made some memories that we will treasure for the rest of our lives, I seriously mean it.

Since O&V is a catering company as well, we were able to host our favorite people at the Vineyard house for our rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding. Having that intimate moment with those who mean the absolute world to us, in our own private personal home, was priceless. The working staff that supported our rehearsal dinner were absolutely lovely - hyping us up as a couple, cracking jokes with us, but most of all - doing their jobs and doing them well. As someone who works in events for a living - working staff can be a make or break for an event and without a doubt, every single person who works at O&V is excelled at what they do and are just simply good people. (If you have your wedding here, make sure you request Lloyd! He is the GOAT!)

I could honestly write a novel about the food we had during our wedding weekend. I still dream about our wedding reception and the dinner we served. When you have your wedding at O&V you aren't forced to use them as a caterer -- but point blank: you are crazy if you do not use them. It was important to us that our food was not only delicious but also healthy and had a farm-to-table vibe. Lucky for us -- this is the norm at O&V. My husband and I spent the day after our weekend trying to figure out if we could fit Chef back in the car with us so that he could cook us dinner every night. Seriously -- best. food. ever.

What is really unique about O&V is that Colin is actually also a mixologist (he really does it all, O&V MVP). For our wedding, he curated 2 dangerously yummy signature drinks that our guests still talk about to this day (in a good way of course!). Prior to our tasting, I spoke with Colin about what kind of drinks we liked and what vibe we were going for and he just mixed it all together (quite literally). I could not recommend the watermelon margarita and lemon lavender spritz we had more! Bonus: O&V has you provide your own alcohol which saved us major $!

Though I never (EVER) want to plan another wedding again (brides: it gets better I promise), if I had the opportunity to do it again at O&V, I would do it in a heartbeat. We absolutely adore everyone who works there almost as much as we loved the venue (and we loved it a LOT). We are counting down the days until we can visit and have another meal + signature drink overlooking the vineyard. I could not recommend O&V more even if I tried; you will not be disappointed in this venue and overall experience - I promise!

If I could give more than five stars I would! We had an intimate wedding of 21 people at the Oak & Vine Vineyard House this weekend and it was above and beyond what we had imagined. The property was expertly crafted to host such an event and make a whole weekend getaway out of it, from the chef’s kitchen to the beautiful patio overlooking the vineyard where we held the ceremony. There are several gathering spaces indoor and outdoor to accommodate a group of this size, as well as gorgeous bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel at home. The photos online simply do not do this place justice. Having chef Justin and mixologist Colin cook and bartend for us was the cherry on top. Our patio ceremony easily flowed into a cocktail hour at the outdoor bar space next to the patio, followed by dinner at the stunning 20 foot dining table inside the house. There was also plenty of space for chef Justin and his team to serve their catered dinner which was incredible. Finally, we ended up in the multipurpose room dancing the night away. We would not change a single thing about our stay, and we hope to return many times in the future!
