Oak & Vine is an expansive vineyard estate, and the consummate wedding venue for couples looking to get married in the Central Coast. There are two homes on the 44 acres, which comfortably accommodate up to 33 guests. With multiple locations for couples to unify their vows, as well as an in-house Chef and Mixologist to customize a farm to table experience, this is a have-it-all venue, surrounded by vineyards and Oak trees.
Our wedding package includes a 3 night rental of the elegant Vineyard House and the charming Garden House, allowing for the wedding party, family and friends to relax on the property and enjoy the celebration. The two homes each feature a chefs style kitchen, and a fully equipped bar. The wedding package also includes the use of our Event Barn, an amphitheater, Chef’s gardens, and a 15 acre vineyard. We also offer ample amounts of on site parking, and the option for a golf cart rental.
Oak & Vine offers an extensive variety of services for your memorable day. Our in-house Chef and team offer catering and bartending for welcome parties, Rehearsal dinners, and brunches, as well as a customized menu for the day of. Chef Justin Monson and mixologist Colin Pflugradt lead the culinary team, and the two passionate experts bring in seasonal flavors from local purveyors, farmers, and artisans. Their signature dishes and handcrafted cocktails feature fresh herbs and vegetables, grown in our own on-property garden. Their love for food and hospitality is evident in the exceptional food and drinks they create, and they bring a personal experience to your wedding. They are happy to accommodate requests for vegan and vegetarian preferences.

Colin Pflugradt is our award winning in-house Mixologist and Hospitality Director. He has been in the bar and restaurant industry since age 16, and specializing in his artistry of creating signature, craft cocktails for the last decade. Colin has successfully created and maintained beverage programs for multiple restaurant menus, and managed the drink program company wide in his role as Beverage Director at SOL Mexican Cocina for 10 years. His position with SOL gave him the opportunity to visit and explore the bar and restaurant industry in Mexico, where he discovered his particular passion for creating spirits featuring Tequila and Mezcal. Colin is excited to bring his enthusiasm for craft cocktails and love of food and wine to Oak & Vine.
Chef Justin Monson graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde park, New York in 1990, as well as obtaining his sommelier accreditation’s. After an apprenticeship at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel, Chef Justin worked for the renowned Auberge de Soleil Resort in Napa Valley. He then went on to open a fine dining restaurant, called The Vine, in San Clemente, California, and then to become the Executive Chef at Disney’s super exclusive Club 33. Chef Justin says he has fulfilled a lifelong dream of moving to the Paso Robles area, where he is proud to showcase his many talents as Executive Chef at Oak & Vine.
