The ranch offers a unique wedding weekend getaway that hosts up to 200 guests and includes overnight accommodations for 20 guests in four historic homes.
The beautifully landscaped yard surrounding the historic Farmhouse is perfect for hosting cocktail hour, rehearsal dinner, or a ceremony under the Pepper Tree. A lush lawn offering breathtaking views of Islay Hill and Edna Valley wine country. This expansive space is perfect for the wedding ceremony of your dreams. A gorgeous 3,800 sq. ft. barn with reclaimed redwood walls, corrugated metal ceilings, & beautiful glass sliding doors. Features include ambient lighting, polished concrete floors, restrooms, and a catering area. The Barn Patio is the ultimate space to mix and mingle with your guests for cocktail hour. It is also a unique backdrop for your ceremony and al fresco dining. The space features overhead bistro lighting, a cozy fireplace lounge area, and a veranda with antique lanterns and cushioned benches. Nestled across from The Barn sit two beautiful oak trees and a grassy lawn, perfect for ceremonies or cocktail hours. The Oaks provide a shaded area, ideal for warm summer days.

Included in the wedding weekend package is the use of the property for your rehearsal dinner and farewell brunch if desired. Sarah deserves a special shoutout, from the moment we booked in March 2024 all the way to our wedding day in May 2025, she was an absolute dream to work with. So organized, kind, and always quick to respond, Sarah made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. We felt truly supported every step of the way.
We absolutely loved everything about the venue and can’t wait to come back with our families every year to relive the magic of this incredible place! If you get the chance to book it, don’t think twice — it’s truly unforgettable!
Perfect wedding weekend
Incredible venue - private and spacious
We booked the venue for the entire weekend ($24,000), and as part of their Valentine's day sale, they generously offered us an extra night for free, which was such a thoughtful bonus given that our wedding was held on a 3 day weekend.
In addition to the main venue, we had access to four other properties on the ranch, all of which were beautifully maintained and offered unique features. Our absolute favorite was the Honeymoon Suite, which was beyond perfect—charming and cozy. It was the ideal space for us to relax and unwind after the excitement of the wedding!
We also hosted a BBQ after the event in the Farmhouse backyard, which was the perfect casual, relaxed vibe for our guests to continue celebrating. The space was beautiful, and Sarah, the venue manager, was there every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and a true pleasure to work with—her support made all the difference in making our wedding day unforgettable.
Overall, Flying Caballos Ranch is a dream venue. The beautiful spaces, the exceptional service, and the extra special touches made our wedding weekend truly magical. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning location with amazing service and an unforgettable experience!
