Spreafico Farms is a farm-style wedding venue located in San Luis Obispo, California. The venue site currently has family-owned cattle and a vegetable ranch. Their property is located where the vineyards, city and farms meet, making this venue quite idyllic for the rustic couple.
Facilities and Capacity
This venue can host up to 200 guests. With five event spaces, couples may choose from a beautiful hilltop with a 360-degree panoramic view, a historical barn featuring modern concrete floors or a large barn back patio featuring decomposed granite. This venue also features a large wooden barn bar, and outdoor bar, lovely string canopy lights in the barn and the patio, natural wooden chairs and eight-foot rectangular tables.

This venue also features a modern and rustic lodging for up to two guests. Their studio cottage is the most charming getaway, only minutes from the nearby vineyards. This cottage feature hardwood floors and a private patio.
History
One of the oldest existing milking barns in the region, Spreafico Farms was once a part of the Rancho Corral de Piedra. This was a Mexican land grant consisting of 30,911 acres of land given by Governor Juan B. Alvarado in 1841 to José María Villavicencio. An expansive extension was given by Governor Pio Pico in 1846.

The Most Perfect, Beautiful Venue
Brandon, his assistant Rachel, and the entire family were incredibly kind and thoughtful, making the planning process such a pleasure--even during the more stressful moments.
Our guests couldn't stop raving about the stunning rustic views and charming buildings. Every vendor we worked with had experience at the venue, which made everything run seamlessly.
Oh, and I can't forget to mention how stunning the photos are! Brandons wonderful assistant Rachel was kind enough to chauffeur us and our photographer around the venue to capture the most beautiful wedding photos l've ever seen.
Our only complaint? That it's over! My husband and I wish we had an excuse to go there, just to hangout :) Thank you Spreafico Family! A day we will never forget, courtesy of your kindness and generosity.

That's because Brandon and Jim both work so hard to make you and your guests feel welcome and relaxed. They truly care and it shows at every event.
