Swallow Creek Ranch voted "GOLD Wedding Venue - 2026 Best of the Central Coast", is an active cattle ranch and the only wedding venue on the Central Coast that offers spectacular ocean views and a historic barn. Couples will have access to our venue all weekend from Friday - Sunday for a relaxed affair. We will provide the blank canvas for the day and you will create your dream wedding image. We are located just off highway 1 near Cayucos, California, a popular beach town.
Facilities and Capacity
At Swallow Creek Ranch, we offer various wedding packages to accommodate different-sized events and budgets. Our "Deluxe Wedding Package" costs $12,850 and is available for weddings of up to 250 guests between May - October. Our "Intimate Wedding Package" costs $10,000 is available on a limited basis for up to 75 guests between June - August only. A $500 refundable damage deposit plus a $300 non-refundable cleaning fee will apply to either package.
Both packages allow couples to choose between two of our spectacular ocean-view ceremony sites. Sea View Meadow's magical creekside location sits alongside a eucalyptus grove and garden path that captures views of the sea. The Hilltop Amphitheatre overlooks the coastal terraces of Estero Bluffs State Park. Your reception space for the night is an enchanting, historic (built in the 1860's) blue dairy barn. The vintage creamery turned wedding suite and 1969 Airstream trailer provides two unique, charming spaces for our couples to prepare for their special day. Celebrate your special day with us, whether a small elopement or a grand affair.
Services Offered
Our amenities include the following:
- Indoor reception in the barn - w/ tables &chairs for 200 guests, drapery, lighting, bar, 4 heaters & 3 restrooms (1 ADA)
- Two "getting ready" spaces - A vintage wedding suite & 1969 Airstream trailer
- Choice of 2 ocean view ceremony sites - SeaView Meadow or Hilltop Amphitheatre
- Rustic bench seating available for Sea View Meadow or the barnyard
- Cocktail hour in the barnyard including - 5 wine barrels, 3 umbrellas, 2 patio heaters,a mobile bar & bistro lighting
- Two site managers and parking attendants
- Other miscellaneous ranch decor including - 1 farm table & 2 spool tables
- Portable arch ($300 set up fee)
- Onsite rehearsal dinner for up to 50 guests w/ use of table & chairs (add'l $400 fee)

Gorgeous Slice of Central Coast!!
Jonna and Reid were the BIGGEST help on our wedding day, you don't even know it, but they work their butts off to ensure everything is in place, guests know where to go for parking, to helping us clean up a bit. Jonna was so responsive during our planning process with all my questions and concerns, she put me at ease. They have the best vendor recommendations which makes vetting vendors so much easier, they are the professionals, so definitely take their advice.

Best of the coast
Truly a DREAM venue!
The day we got married, we were surrounded by nature’s best: endless wildflowers, eucalyptus and cypress trees, birds chirping, and the distant glow of the ocean in the background. The party continued in the magical blue barn, spacious yet intimate and perfectly suited for every moment of the reception. From first dances to dinner all the way through to an incredible dance party. The energy of this place is so special and we will cherish it forever. We can’t wait to visit whenever we are in town :)
Beyond the beauty of this venue, Jonna and Reid made us and our guests feel like family! We are so grateful for their kindness, generosity and support. They were so helpful in guiding us as we crafted a wedding that felt like us. Plus, they are a sustainable venue and the package provides so many benefits, including ceremony & reception chairs.
