Here’s how we do it:
Step 1: ADMINISTRATION
This started as soon as you landed on our web page and continues past your event date. Included here is email correspondence between you and our office and assigned staff (DJs, production crew, etc), proposal/contract/invoice generation, event setup within our online planning portal, timeline creation and management, pre-event prep (music back-ups, gear prep, etc), post event recaps, post event follow up, final playlist generation, interaction with other wedding vendors, etc.
Avg 10-20 hrs per wedding
Step 2: DISCOVERY
This begins once we receive your inquiry and continues right up to the event date. It encompasses everything from site inspections, travel research, equipment procurement and management, music prep, announcement and show prep and staffing. This is critical to formulating your financial investment analysis for the proposal, the consultations we will have with you and pre-event prep.
Avg 5-10 hours per wedding
Step 3: CREATIVE PLANNING
This is the secret sauce to what we do! This includes our consultation meetings (which we offer unlimited to make sure we’ve got every detail perfect) that go up to the final consult we will do with you (approx 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding). This is the deep dive from an entertainment prospective into your wedding. We will go through the layout together, lighting, special effects, timeline and music curation (to name a few). This is truly a collaborative effort between creative partners, you and our staff. You will be contacted with what’s needed as we get closer to the event and to schedule these consultations. This is one of the most vital steps of ensuring success to your wedding!
Avg 2-4 hours per wedding
Step 4: EVENT DAY SERVICE
What we are providing as far as talent, gear and timewise for the event is outlined on the event agreement. The day of the wedding we go above and beyond to make sure that the setup, final checks, tear down etc are flawless and smooth.

Paul went way & beyond when my daughters wedding cake fell over & was totally demolished, Paul helped clean the mess up & made a call to The Madonna Inn's manager & had another cake like the one she had delivered. TOTALLY AMAZING !!!!

We trusted a great referral from our venue with Chris and Epic Entertainment and glad that we did. Price was reasonable enough that we didn't need to haggle and with how easy our experience was, the value can't be beat. Great communication leading up to the event prepping our playlist and taking notes of our hard no's for guest requests. He worked seamlessly with all our vendors and had phenomenal execution with the itinerary of the night even though we were behind schedule for things out of control. Definitely kept the party going all night and was super attentive to myself and the bride without being obtrusive (he asked her for permission to play one of our hard no's a guest requested instead of just telling them no which was great). They guide you the process of what it takes to have a successful and fun wedding in regards to music and emceeing. They easily walk you through the steps up until your Big Day. Not only have we worked with them several times and they get 5+ stars for their collaboration, cooperation, coordination and teamwork.
