Working with Coastal Rose Events was incredible. I was initially worried that our small wedding wouldn’t feel like a “real” wedding, but Emily and Tara made it so special. They coordinated everything flawlessly and guided us through the entire day, helping create a truly memorable celebration. We are so thankful for all of their hard work. If you’re getting married in Santa Barbara, they should be your absolute go-to for wedding planning!

Jamison and Tania are an amazing duo that make wedding planning so much easier and make the wedding day seamless. Not to mention they are both really kind, genuine and fun to work with! Our wedding was unique as we started with a blank slate, a property where the wedding party stays onsite but everything gets rented and brought in. They referred amazing vendors, were organized and helped make the day-of perfect! We can’t count the number of compliments we received on how well the wedding day was run! There isn’t a thing we would change! I would recommend Jamison and Tania over and over again!

Amber was amazing to work with. She’s super responsive and somehow turned my scattered thoughts into the exact wedding look I wanted (even when I couldn’t explain it well). If décor isn’t your thing, she’ll totally run with your ideas and make it happen. She breaks everything down so you’re not overwhelmed, keeps you on budget, and is always there when you need her. In the end, everything came together beautifully and felt effortless on my end. I’ve had so many people tell me, “This is the most beautiful wedding I’ve ever been to.” We had a mariachi, a live band, and a DJ — everything flowed seamlessly. We picked the mariachi and band, and Amber handled the rest of the vendors. For perspective, I had 160 people, no kids and my doggies where there. Her husband even helped with the fur babies! The day of the wedding, I didn’t lift a finger. Everything just happened, perfectly, and I got to fully enjoy my day. I’m still in awe of how beautiful it all was, and I’m so grateful I chose Amber to be part of it. On top of all that, she’s just a really cool person to work with — fun, easygoing, and someone you actually want around during the whole process.

Kimberly was a very valuable calm presence in the run up and on our wedding day. She thought of everything when we were emailing her with last minute questions in the lead-up to the big day, and made sure the day ran smoothly. She also brought a few of her own small items that supplemented the equipment and decorations we hired. So thoughtful! On the day itself Kimberly was an appropriate presence: running everything in the background, while we got to spend time with our guests. At times I barely even noticed she was there! We would strongly recommend Kimberly to anyone considering getting a month-of and/or day-of coordinator!

Goforth Events and Megan were amazing to work with for my January 2024 wedding. Megan is organized, professional, and will put your mind at ease about the wedding day. We used Megan’s wedding coordinating services for our wedding and welcome dinner the night before and everything went smoothly and was so fun. Even when there were hiccups along the way (which will happen at any wedding), Megan handled them amazingly and was so calm, cool, and collected. We highly recommend her services and cannot thank her enough!

Our experience working with Heather was truly great. She brought so much experience and provided excellent service at a great value, all while helping us stay within our budget. Her professionalism stood out from the very beginning, and her positive, easygoing attitude made the entire process stress-free. Meeting her at the venue the day before for a rehearsal was especially helpful, it ensured everything for the ceremony was organized, clear, and smooth. Overall, we would definitely recommend Heather and Lucky Penny Events to other couples.

Working with Ashley was truly a dream! She made our entire planning process so seamless and stress free! We aren’t from the area so she really helped us with all of our questions and gave incredible vendor recommendations. Anytime I had a question for her or a vendor she was right on top of it which really made the planning process a dream. She truly knows the wedding industry like the back of her hand!! Our wedding day ran absolutely so seamless and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without her and her team!

I cannot say enough about Jen Render and team!!!! WOW! from beginning to end she put our minds at ease and took care of EVERYTHING! She was professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable . Her communication and response time was perfect! She has an amazing eye for detail and created a mind blowing setting for a perfect wedding and reception. If I had more children she would be my absolute choice!

My wife and I were married in November of 2021, and hired Andi as a day of coordinator to help us with the final details leading up to the big day. Andi was incredible, and went so far above and beyond which helped us have a wonderful time at our wedding. She was quick to respond to messages, friendly and personable, and got exactly what we were going for with our Sun and Moon themed wedding. All of our decorations were DIY'ed and she was able to take everything we had and supplement it with some items of her own, we are still getting compliments from guests about the way our reception looked. We had a few issues with the venue, but she handled all of them in stride, and her family even stepped in to help the day of the wedding. My wife and I were both very happy with the decision to hire Andi, and are so happy that she ended up being a part of our big day!
