This is a late review for our wedding in August because I wanted to photos to showcase Selina wonderful work. As a project manager and event planner, I am always organizing something and my wedding was the last thing I wanted to plan. Selina is not only highly organized but she is very creative and a great problem solver. I remember sitting in our walkthrough meeting and she caught things that I didn’t even think about. We were also blessed to have the additional support of her planner team to assist us with our venue’s event team. We basically had support for our support and they worked as a well oiled machine. I made it known that Selina was in charge because I completely trusted her with everything. Thank you again, Selina for everything! We are so grateful for you.

We worked with Dina over the course of 8 months leading up to our August wedding in Santa Barbara. She displayed a consistently high level of professionalism, skill, organization, and communication over that time. We found her to be particularly responsive and thoughtful when questions--big and small--arose over the planning process, and our work with her left us feeling confident about the coordination and facilitation of events on our big day. On the day of our wedding, Dina worked hard to make sure everything went according to plan. She ensured that vendors were appropriately prepared, she problem-solved, and she checked in with us to see if we had everything we needed. We had an absolutely amazing wedding, which was due in no small part to Dina's efforts. I also want to mention that Dina has a warm demeanor, and is generally a pleasure to work with. We couldn't recommend her more highly.

We just had the wedding of our dreams with Teal, Courtney, Kelly and the team at TH Inc. They put up with all our crazy ideas, indecisiveness, and general insanity for nearly a year and helped us pull off the most incredible wedding. Our venue required us to bring everything in and the logistics were tricky, but it all came together beautifully because of the hard work they put into it. They are all so patient, even tempered, and cool under pressure and we are so thankful for everything they did to bring our vision to life and make our day go smoothly.

Amy and her team were incredible. Amy guided us through the planning process and made everything so easy. The stress of planning can be immense but I would love forward to my calls with Amy as she is so kind and fun and had a way of making me feel relaxed and enjoy the process. But also she's just so organized and on top of it that it alleviated much of the stress I had. Onsite, her team was amazing. All I really wanted was to enjoy the day and not have to worry about ANYTHING. I didn't think that was possible.... turns it out is! I have NO IDEA what happened behind the scenes but I know that I had such a great day and that all of our guests said everything ran so smoothly. One guest commented that ours was in the "top 10% of weddings" she's attended just based on how well executed it was. We cannot thank Amy and her team enough for allowing us to sit back, relax, and enjoy this one-day-in-our lives event!

I don't even know where to begin... Jaime and her team at WHE blew us away AND our guests. Jaime not only understood the assignment, she went above and beyond. She somehow managed to pull of the most perfectly planned, coordinated and designed indian/american fusion wedding in Puerto Vallarta Mexico with an entire hotel buy out and with a hotel that wasn't always the greatest/easiest to communicate with. Despite the chaos that came with working with the resort, Jaime made the final production seem absolutely flawless. Jaime was super easy to work with from day 1 and made us so confident every step of the way that we had nothing to worry about. If Jaime says she's got it, she's got it. I had a hard time trusting the process and feeling like it was going to all come together (as a very type A hands on person), but once it did I was mad at myself for ever stressing. Jaime is a true professional and knows exactly what she's doing. She's worked with all types and kinds and knows how to handle every situation, and not just handle, but handle it in a way that's always looking out and beneficial for her clients. I could go on forever, but I will say we knew we threw a good party when one of my husband's Uncle's (who's Indian) said it was the "best and most beautiful Sangeet he's ever been to" which if you know Indian weddings, you know that's saying a lot. Another super important piece was that Jaime knew Indian food was a HUGE thing for us. Not just any Indian food, it had to be good. She worked so hard with the local Indian restaurant (the ONLY one in PV - India Gate) to make sure the food was up to our standards and of course, it exceeded it. All of Deepak's family could not believe how incredible it was, especially since we were in Mexico. However, if it wasn't for Jaime and her endless meetings/organization, it would've never worked out that way. Overall, if you're even considering Jaime, do NOT hesitate. Book her and her team immediately. Is a full service wedding planner pricey? Yes, of course but there's a reason for that. WHE will take away so much stress and will also give you a wedding that you, your partner, and ALL your guests will talk about for years to come and truly never forget.

Having Coastal Rose behind our wedding day was truly the best investment we could have made - it was worth EVERY penny. We could not recommend them more and cannot imagine our wedding without them leading the charge. Tara led our month-of coordination, but we often interacted with both her and Emily. They rose above and beyond all expectations, swooping in when you need it most, thinking of reminding us of details we hadn't even thought of and planning out every second to perfection. We often found ourselves saying things like "that was worth every penny" and "I'm not worried Tara has it handled." Beyond that, both Tara and Emily were people we looked forward to chatting with throughout the process, as they truly radiate with positive energy and peace. Genuine, warm and never judgmental or pretentious. Even when there were bumps in the road with vendors given a venue that presented some big logistical challenges, Tara had it immediately handled with creativity and professionalism. You wouldn't have even known at the time of the event. They are truly the best of the best!

Merryl Brown is a genius. We hired her based on the recommendation of every wedding venue we visited in Santa Barbara. From the Four Seasons Biltmore to San Ysidro Ranch to Santa Barbara Polo Club: they all urged us to use Merryl Brown Events, and we are so happy we did. From day 1, Merryl was incredibly passionate about our wedding, keeping in close contact, brainstorming ideas, and working tirelessly. A quick glance at the stunning photos from events she's produced assured us that Merryl would be good; but after working with her, we realized that she's the BEST. No detail was too small. When we did our food tasting, Merryl helped us bring the menu together and ensured everything would be up to snuff. Her staff spent hours hand-crafting Chanel-inspired paper flowers made out of maps to use as our napkin holders. She was as invested as we were in the decision between a seafoam green, Tiffany blue, and Robin's egg blue (a discussion that might have bored others, but Merryl understood why it was important!). On the day of, Merryl and her staff provided us with a military-precision schedule that made sure each detail was carried out to perfection, yet they were still warm, attentive, complimentary and excited: the best of both worlds! When we walked into the venue and saw the wonderland that Merryl had brought to life from our dreams, my husband and I both literally gasped. And the day after the wedding, when we realized we'd left a jacket behind (of course, Merryl's team had already found), Merryl dropped it by the hotel personally and congratulated us. Many of our friends married this year, and we lost track of the number of guests who told us it was the best wedding they'd ever gone to. We have Merryl, her dedication, her passion, and her talent to thank for giving us a wedding that not only met our expectations but surpassed them. You will be in the absolute best hands with Merryl Brown. We cannot recommend her more enthusiastically.

Hiring Shawna Andrade from Dulce Dia Events was one of the best decisions I made for our wedding! Shawna is an incredibly pleasant, positive, and professional coordinator who brought so much calm and clarity to the planning process and, most importantly, to our wedding day. Leading up to the wedding, I had several calls with Shawna where she walked me through every step, helped organize vendor logistics, and created a detailed timeline for the big day. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable, especially since I was planning the wedding myself. She even recommended several vendors—all of whom were fantastic, especially our officiant. Her suggestions were clearly curated with care and experience. On the wedding day, Shawna and her assistant worked seamlessly behind the scenes to keep everything on track. From a bride’s perspective, the day felt like beautiful chaos, but I found so much comfort in knowing Shawna was quietly coordinating everything with precision. She even checked in on my husband and me during dinner to make sure we were doing okay—those small, thoughtful moments meant the world. Shawna was also instrumental during our ceremony rehearsal. She guided everyone with ease and ensured the processional and recessional flowed beautifully. I especially appreciated how she arranged seating so that both of our families had a clear view of us during the ceremony—such a thoughtful touch. What really stood out was Shawna’s responsiveness and calm presence. Whether through emails, texts, or phone calls, she was always there to answer questions and provide support. On the wedding day itself, when the inevitable little mishaps popped up, she handled them with grace and helped me stay grounded. Shawna truly goes above and beyond for her couples. From organizing timelines and managing vendors to packing up our personal items at the end of the night, she was there for every detail. I wholeheartedly recommend Dulce Dia Events to anyone getting married in the Santa Barbara area—you’ll be in the best hands with Shawna.

I was referred to Jess after needing to change my wedding date and my original coordinator was no longer available. I am so glad this change led me to Jess! I live in the Bay Area and when my then fiancé and I chose to have our wedding in Santa Barbara, we knew we needed someone local to help assist us. Jess was phenomenal from start to finish! She had great recommendations for other local vendors, she was communicative (both with me and all of our vendors), and did an amazing job of taking the stress and load off of the bride/groom throughout the planning process and through our wedding day. When unexpected rain came on the forecast, she helped us problem solve and pivot where necessary. And the best part of all.....our wedding was AMAZING. Every detail was perfect, the day went smoothly and without a hitch, and our guests have been raving about how much fun they had. It truly was the most special day and we could not have done it without Jess. We are so thankful!

My mother hired Dalina for the day of coordinating and she was amazing. It took so much stress off of me and my mother. I can not recommend her more highly.
