Natalie is the best!!!

Natalie was invaluable to our wedding! She got all of our decor set up exactly how we envisioned it, kept our wedding running smoothly, was easy to communicate with, and a joy to work with. She helped manage all of our vendors and guests so we didn't notice any issues that may have arisen. Her rates were reasonable priced and worth every dollar. Can't recommend Natalie high enough!

Natalie is the best!!!

Let me just say that Natalie is THE Day-of Coordinator! She was absolutely wonderful to work with and flawlessly executed our timeline without ever making it feel rushed —it was all so seamless.

From the rehearsal to the reception, Natalie guided us every step of the way. She beautifully arranged our reception decor, coordinated with all the vendors to ensure everything ran smoothly, and even took care of other details, like ensuring visitors at the Santa Barbara Courthouse stayed clear of our reserved ceremony space. She truly went above and beyond!

As someone who is very detail-oriented, I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Natalie executed our vision perfectly, and I’m so grateful.

Natalie, you are amazing at what you do! Thank you for leading us through our big day and helping us stay calm throughout the process—you are the reason I was able to truly enjoy the day I had spent so long planning.

Fantastic Day-Of Wedding Coordinator!

Natalie came highly recommended from our wedding venue (Riviera Mansion) and we are so glad we worked with her on our special day! From finishing off the decor details to herding our family members, Natalie was fantastic. Her attention to detail, tasteful suggestions, and consistent advocacy on our behalf all helped make our special day a truly magical experience. We could not have had a better time and Natalie was a huge part of it all!

We were especially impressed how quickly Natalie ramped up on the details of our big day. After a quick 30-40 min review of our wedding schedule and planning documents, she was off to the races and knew our event as well as we did! On the big day, Natalie is especially focused on making sure the wedding couple is enjoying their day and not worried about details, which was a huge relief for my type-A personality. Throughout the planning process, Natalie also had great recommendations and all of our vendors were featured on her recommendations list.

The best Santa Barbara coordinator. She's all you need and more!

Natalie is hands-down, the best! You don't realize how much you need a day-of coordinator until you have a day-of coordinator. Natalie is everything and more than what I needed! My guests even commented on how much my coordinator was on top of it! If you're looking for a day-of coordinator for your wedding or event, hire Natalie!

Working with Natalie was fantastic

Natalie is an absolutely amazing coordinator! We keep saying that if we had not hired Natalie as our day of coordinator, our wedding literally would not have happened. Natalie’s can-do attitude and aura of positivity were instrumental in making our wedding the wonderful experience that it was.

In the weeks leading up to our wedding, we met several times to go over last minute questions and details. Two days before our wedding, our reception site needed to change due to rain, as it was outdoors. Natalie 100% stepped in and took care of all of the vendor communications in the last couple days so we could fully enjoy the time with our family and friends.

On the day of, she kept the flow of events moving, preventing things from getting delayed and ensuring that all the events happened as planned.

We would highly recommend Natalie to anyone seeking a day of wedding coordinator!

Incredible!

I don’t have enough good things to say about Natalie. I planned everything for my wedding but I knew I needed someone day of to help execute my vision and make sure we were sticking to the timeline. I don’t know what I would’ve done without Natalie. She made my vision come to life. She oversaw the vendors setting up, placed all the decor we brought, placed all the seating cards, made sure my husband and I had appetizers set aside for us while we were taking pictures, made sure our vegetarian guests got their special meals, packed up our car so we didn’t have to scramble at the end of the night, I could go on.

Your wedding day really is such a whirlwind, she made sure we were on track with the timeline while making sure I got the little breathing room moments I needed (it’s an exhausting day). I was able to relax because I had such confidence in Natalie knowing she had everything taken care of (including the things I didn’t even think of).

She has such a positive attitude, attention to detail, rolls with the punches and just truly cares that you have the perfect wedding. Thank you so much Natalie for being such a huge part of making my dream wedding a reality!!!!

Amazing Wedding Coordinator

Natalie was absolutely amazing in leading us through our wedding! She had the perfect balance of authoritative strength to keep everyone focused and stay on track, speaking loudly & confidently to make sure we always knew what to do, but was also super sweet and accommodating to the bride & me when we were frazzled. She told us from Day 1 that she would completely offload coordination from us and make sure everything gets done correctly & on time, and she totally delivered! I honestly could not imagine a better wedding planner!!

Natalie did an amazing job with my daughters wedding! She is a very upbeat and energetic person who is a delight to work with. She is detail oriented and knows just how to guide and facilitate every aspect of the day and also day before rehearsal. She had everything running smoothly so I could enjoy the day fully. Im so glad we had Natalie. I could relax, enjoy, and watch the day unfold beautifully to my daughter and son in law's delight! Thank you Natalie! Could not have done it without you! Natalie is amazing - would highly recommend

Natalie is a great day of coordinator - she was able to do everything I asked her in a very short amount of time, plus handle new things that came up. She made sure our wedding timeline moved along as we planned, which isn't an easy job. Would definitely recommend Natalie for your day of wedding coordinator.

Natalie is amazing!!

Natalie is simply the best. I was a COVID bride (original story, I know!), and she was with me every step of the way, through postponements, venue adjustments, and safety protocols. She checked in with me and so flexible with everything. The weeks leading up, we made a plan for the day and the day of, we worried about NOTHING. She had everything under control and executed everything with perfection, even all the little details which I had obsessed over that nobody noticed except for her and I. There was even a point where my groom asked her to turn off the twinkly light I had rented and she definitely looked at me for confirmation and turned them back on after just reading my slight facial expression. 😂 She made sure we were taken care of the entire night and made our day so magical. If you're looking for someone dependable, professional, and so enthusiastic to make you day flawless, Natalie is your gal.
