Wedding Photography in Santa Barbara

We worked with Ryan for our wedding ceremony and reception in Santa Barbara, and he was the most wonderful photographer we could have asked for. We feel so lucky to have found him! From our very first call, he took the time to really understand what we wanted from our wedding photos and helped us plan every detail for the day. His experience shooting in Santa Barbara was such a bonus - he knew the best spots and lighting, and guided us through poses and ideas that felt natural and fun. We’re not exactly pros in front of the camera, but Ryan made everything feel effortless. He was communicative, professional, and organized from start to finish, so we always knew what to expect. And the photos themselves are absolutely stunning - exactly what we’d hoped for. Ryan has a fantastic eye for composition, lighting, and those candid moments that really captured the feeling of the day. We couldn’t be happier and are so grateful to have worked with him!

Taran and Ines were absolutely amazing, and we cannot recommend them enough! From the beginning, they were extremely thoughtful and professional, putting together a package for us based on our needs. As we got closer to our wedding day, they had excellent communication and helped us put together a timeline that balanced all the shots we wanted with all the little details we didn't even think about. On our wedding day, we had three separate ceremonies, and they were so professional and efficient throughout, keeping track of the timeline, making sure they got through our extensive shotlist, helping us pose, and suggesting nice scenic areas to take photos. They delivered photos ahead of their promised timeline, and we are blown away by how beautiful the photos are, and how the spirit of our day was captured throughout the photos. Neither I nor my husband are what we consider "photogenic" people but thanks to their expertise, our photos turned out better than we could have imagined!

We had a wonderful experience with Sofia! She was warm, kind, professional, and highly skilled. She had a calming aura that made us felt at ease from the moment we met her. Unfortunately the session was to re-take our wedding photos taken by a different photographer that we were unhappy with. Sofia took the time to listen to what we envisioned and went above & beyond to capture beautiful images we will treasure forever. She knew the Santa Barbara Courthouse very well, the shoot went smoothly we never felt rushed or posed. We received our sneak peaks within 24 hours and they were a dream come true. We are so grateful we found her and could not be happier with the entire experience. I worked with Claire for my nuptials in LA. She was available for sessions to work on my vision, offered great ideas and visual references, and was an absolute joy to work with on my wedding day. Claire captured so many beautiful moments, ones I love looking at and sharing with friends, when they see our wedding album on the coffee table.

Nick did an incredible job capturing our engagement photos. He was incredibly accommodating and willing to go above and beyond to make it a surprise. She has a great understanding of light in photos and is skilled in capturing the details, candid moments, and getting stunning backdrops while still ensuring that the subjects are the main focus. Josie was the best photographer to work with. From our first email and call, to the day of, she was so easy and fun to work with. On the day, she brought so much energy and made us feel really comfortable. All of our friends and family also felt great with her around. Our sneak peek photos came back while we were on our honeymoon, and it was so special to look through those first pictures right after. Josie did such an incredible job of capturing all of the emotions, from tears to laughter and silly moments. Even with just one photographer, she managed to be everywhere at once and capture so many moments throughout the day. The way she edited the photos stands out because the colors and emotions are so vibrant and warm. It’s hard to describe, but they just capture everything so well. We’re so happy we chose Josie and have these amazing photos to print out and look back on for years to come. Highly highly recommend.

Working with Candice as our wedding photographer was an absolute gift. From the moment we connected, she understood my vision completely and captured it with such grace and ease. Working with Emily was one of the BEST decisions we made during our wedding planning process. We booked Emily for four different events and not only did she deliver the most beautiful images, we were lucky to have made a dear friend. Emily is such a fun, talented, professional, and all-around amazing person. We first found Emily through the company that she owns, Anna Delores Photography and was immediately drawn towards her editorial style, and her familiarity with our venue. I was following her work for some time but was validated when she was independently recommended to us by our planner (she’s THAT good!). It was important for us to vibe with our photographer since we’d be spending a lot of time with them, and after our initial consultation on the phone, we could already feel Emily’s warmth, excitement, and energy.. Working with Emily was just so easy. She is very professional and responsive. Throughout the whole process—from consultation, up through the delivery of the final gallery, Emily gave periodic check-ins and even went above and beyond to provide planning resources outside of photography. Before the big day, she took the time to learn about us, our story, and understand what’s important to us. Emily has a way of creating dreamy images and is a master of playing with light. You could really tell how experienced she is through the way she works and the final product itself. Her photography style is timeless and the colors are true. She does a mix of natural poses, candids, and artistic shots, as well as the most stunning detailed shots. She guided us through some poses that look natural and never felt forced. Emily never missed an important moment and knew how to truly capture the joy and emotion that we felt. We received our wedding day sneak previews in less than a week and the full gallery covering 3 wedding events within 2 months. We booked Emily for an engagement session, tea ceremony, rehearsal dinner + welcome reception, and of course our wedding day. During all of our events, Emily consistently brought great vibes; she was so energetic and easy-going. The first time we met her in person was for our engagement shoot. My husband and I are on the camera shy side but Emily made us feel so comfortable and hyped us up the whole time... It was such a blast! The photos turned out so beautifully and ethereal. For our tea ceremony, Emily instantly blended in and felt like part of the family. She was professional and courteous, and even asked if there was anything she should be mindful about to respect our traditions. The actual wedding day went so smoothly, I can’t believe she remembered everyone’s names so quickly. Emily was joined by her second shooter, Alyssa who were both a dream to work with. They went with the flow, yet happened to capture every important moment. Emily took charge when needed in order to get the shots while never coming off too strong. To this day, our friends and family could not stop raving about how great our photographer was!
