Wedding Planners in Paso Robles

Brigitte and her team were wonderful to work with and helped me pull my last-minute wedding together smoothly. Brigitte was able to provide some helpful advice in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding. She also was very communicative and always got back to me quickly. On the day of the wedding, her team came and helped us set up, served our food, and covered most of the cleanup. They also adapted quickly and helped us work through some unexpected kinks on the day of the wedding. It would have been so much harder to pull our wedding together without the Central Coast Party Helpers, and I’m so glad they were there to help!

I cannot say enough about Jen Render and team!!!! WOW! from beginning to end she put our minds at ease and took care of EVERYTHING! She was professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable . Her communication and response time was perfect! She has an amazing eye for detail and created a mind blowing setting for a perfect wedding and reception. If I had more children she would be my absolute choice!

Sarah has become more than just my wedding planner, she has become a dear friend and part of our family, considering she planned both mine and my sister's weddings! There are not enough words to describe how AWESOME she is. She literally gave us the wedding of our dreams, and I couldn't have asked for a better planner, friend and partner in crime! She is professional, easy to work with, reliable, and a wedding ROCK STAR in every way possible. She is based in the Paso Robles area and I was getting married in Lake Arrowhead (nowhere near there) and instead of shying away, she said HECK YES and took charge to plan a wedding in an unfamiliar area to her. She quickly made connections with vendors out there and has become the new "Lake Arrowhead Wedding Planner." Sarah takes charge when she needs to, she lets her bride and groom speak their minds and truths, and she runs that wedding so smoothly from start to finish. She's on top of every little detail and helps the bride and groom stay on top of their responsibilities. Oh and did I mention that there was a BEAR at the ceremony site which delayed our wedding, and Sarah took care of it so calmly and made sure to wait until telling me until AFTER the wedding. I could go on and on! Trust me when I say, hire Sarah to plan your wedding and you won't have to worry about a thing!

Alyssah was the best wedding coordinator we could have asked for!!! She did such an amazing job leading up to the wedding- she was always willing to answer questions and give us ideas, and she definitely helped keep me on track with what I was supposed to be doing. She has an eye for design, and she is so sweet and professional! The staff at our wedding location were a bit difficult, but she had no problem sorting plans out with them and making sure everything ran smoothly beforehand and on the day of. She set up all our tables and chairs the morning of the wedding, then spent the entire day running around making sure everything was perfect. She did an incredible job making sure the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception went as planned! I would HIGHLY recommend her for your wedding, as well as any other event you might need help with!

Ali and her team are beyond thoughtful and incredibly professional! They will leave you feeling worry free and totally cared for! We couldn't have done it without them!

Kristiana was the BEST DECISION we made for our wedding! If we could rate her 10 out of 5 stars, we would! Not only was she our Day of Coordinator, she was the captain that kept the ENTIRE wedding ship afloat during an EMERGENCY POWER OUTAGE caused by a FIRE! She knew exactly how to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort in a pitch black venue. From our first call, Kristiana's compassion and organization were evident. I knew when she talked about having a bathroom and emergency kit, having a toy prepared for any upset child, and having a full blown software to help design the wedding layouts - that she was the best. Her excitement and encouragement made planning stress-free, and she consistently reassured me that we would find solutions to any challenges AND bring any vision to life. On the wedding day, Kristiana excelled and was the best person to have by my side. She managed the vendors, kept the timeline on track, and was always there when I needed her. Whether it was safety pinning the entire inner layer of my wedding gown to prevent tripping, finishing petal toss cups last minute because the caterers forgot to do it, or comforting me before the ceremony because everyone else was too excited, she was a hero. AND THEN THERE WAS THE POWER OUTAGE! A nearby fire shut down all the power in the entire area - and the venue was completely dark. I was so afraid the wedding was over an hour early after all the money and time invested into the big day. Kristiana made sure everyone was safe, communicated effectively, and kept things moving. She even moved my card box to a safe location just because there were no more lights. She truly thought of every detail. Not only that, a week and a half after the wedding, she has been proactively seeking a partial refund from my venue for me because they did not have any back up lighting for an emergency situation that put all of the guests (especially elderly) at risk. And when I found out catering did not bring GF food for my GF guests, she took it upon herself to call them to get compensation for such a costly mistake. THINGS THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE TO DO AT ALL! All this to say, Kristiana is truly an ANGEL! She is the most caring and compassionate soul and without her, I truly don’t know what would have happened during the wedding. The wedding was a fairytale and I truly believe the majority of that credit goes to her. Her proactive and caring nature left a lasting impression on everyone. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you so much Kristiana for EVERYTHING!

Amanda and her assistant, Melia, were a complete and total DREAM TEAM!!!! They were class acts and handled themselves with such professional and poise from start to finish. The best decision we made for our wedding!! Genuinely sweet souls and their care was abundant and obvious! Thank you Amanda for making our dreams come true!!!!

I choose Lisa off of a vendor list provided by Terra Mia. I had only spoke with her over the phone many times before my wedding day due to living out of town to Paso Robles. Lisa was very professional and timely. She caught things I would’ve never noticed and knew exactly how to answer my questions and concerns. She was able to provide options through her experience. Through my time working with her I became very confident in her decisions and guidance! She is very organized! On wedding day she helped me not have a worry in the world. She kept us on track, set up everything for us and brought my vision to life. When the night was over she handled everything and I woke up to all of our items packed and with us! 10/10 experience :)

KATY IS THE BEST! Words cannot describe how absolutely amazing Katy is! She was essential to making our special day out of this world. She not only worked with us and supported us throughout the entire planning process, but on the day of our wedding she was absolutely incredible and ensured everything went smoothly, allowing us to enjoy our day absolutely stress free. Everything about our wedding day far exceeded our expectations. She was a calming voice and handled everything for us so we could enjoy every moment of our wedding. She coordinated all of our vendors, ensured everything looked absolutely stunning, accommodated last minute guests who we were not anticipating, accommodated all of our little detailed requests, took care of us throughout the day and so much more. All we had to do was show up and get ready and everything was taken care of and absolutely perfect. She made our wedding vision come to life (in fact, far exceeded our wildest dreams for our special day) and is a pleasure to work with and a genuinely amazing person. Please do yourself a favor and book Katy as your wedding planner, I promise you will be beyond happy with the results!!

Our experience with Events by K Ann (Kari) was top notch. It was so effortless I found myself wondering if I should be stressing more. Truly, Kari didn’t miss a thing and handled every detail start to finish. She was our wedding planner, coordinator, florist, AND she created a magical speakeasy experience for our guests. I couldn’t possibly say enough. Note to any bride who wants a beautiful memorable wedding for themselves and their guests, hire Kari for FULL SERVICE wedding planning. As one of three people in my group of friends to get married this year, I was the only one to have a full service coordinator. The difference in our stress level was apparent. The differences on our wedding days were even more apparent. I will never regret my decision to go with full service wedding planning, but they certainly regret their decision not to.
