We were fortunate enough to work with Ali Bowman of Bowman Nichols Events. Ali is so organized, responsive and talented at her profession. We were able to trust Ali to make our vision into reality, and that she sure did! She had every detail covered and made our wedding and reception truly an amazing day we will never forget!

Ali & Debbie were awesome - they handled everything beautifully on the day of the event and we didn't have to think about any logistics. They understood exactly what we were going for and dealt with all of our vendors. We didn't originally think we'd need wedding coordinators, but this turned out to be the best money we spent!

WHERE DO WE BEGIN- THEY WERE A HUGE PART OF THE BEST GROUP OF WEDDING VENDORS THAT WE WERE FORTUNATE TO WORK WITH!! WE STARTED PLANNING THREE MONTHS BEFORE OUR BIG DAY!! THEY MADE THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE SOOOOO EASY & OUR WEDDING DAY SOO MEMORABLE!! IF YOU ARE GETTING MARRIED IT IS A MUST THAT YOU HIRE THIS PAIR- WITHOUT A DOUBT-THE BEST!! THEY WERE SO INVOLVED AND HELPFUL WITH ALL ASPECTS FROM THE SIMPLE THINGS TO THE MOST DETAILED ITEMS! THEIR PERSONAL TOUCH MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE SMOOTHNESS OF OUR PLANNING!! ALL WAS PERFECT UNTIL A FAMILY MEMBER BAILED ON US FOR THE LIGHTING AND SERIOUSLY WITHIN MINUTES WE HAD HIRED A LIGHTING SPECIALIST THANKS TO THE LEAD FROM DEB & ALI!! THEY ALSO SAVED US LOTS OF MONEY WITH THE VENDORS THAT THEY KNEW AS WELL AS THEIR BRILL ANT IDEAS!! FROM THE SECOND I SPOKE WITH THEM ON THE PHONE I KNEW THEY WERE WHO WE WOULD GO WITH- THEN THEY JUST VALIDATED OUR WANTING TO HIRE THEM WHEN WE MET THEM IN PERSON-- KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, SMART, HONEST, FUN, & CONGENIAL. THEY MADE US FEEL SOOOO COMFORTABLE!! THE SECOND WE HIRED THEM THEY STARTED WORKING FOR US. WE LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA BUT GOT MARRIED IN THE CENTRAL COAST AND DEB & ALI WERE AVAILABLE TO MEET WHENEVER WE CAME INTO TOWN AND WERE ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE BY PHONE! THE ONLY BAD THING IS THAT I ALWAYS WANTED TO TALK TO BOTH OF THEM AND SINCE THEY ARE NOT QUITE ATTACHED AT THE HIP- I WOULD CALL ONE AND THEN THE OTHER WITH THE SAME MESSAGE- EVEN IF IT WAS TO JUST SAY HELLO! BECAUSE WE FELT COMFORTABLE WITH THEM EACH TIME WE MET WOULD HUG & KISS HELLO AND GOODBYE- ON THE PHONE, NO JOKE I WOULD SAY I LOVE YA BEFORE HANGING UP- AS IF THEY WERE FAMILY OR CLOSE FRIENDS!!

THEY MADE OUR DREAM WEDDING FLAWLESS AND WORKED THEIR BUTTS OFF TO MAKE SURE THAT THE REHEARSAL AND OUR WEDDING DAY WAS PERFECT!! AND BY GOLLY IT WAS THE BEST EVER!! 13 DAYS LATER WE ARE STILL LOOKING BACK ON THAT DAY AND FEELING ELATED AT HOW WELL IT WENT!!

ONE OF THE SADDEST PARTS OF OUR WEDDING DAY BEING OVER IS THAT WE DO NOT GET TO TALK TO THEM DAILY!

YES- THEY WERE OUR WEDDING COORDINATORS BUT THEY WILL REMAIN LIFE-LONG FRIENDS!!

FUTURE BRIDES & GROOMS- YOU WOULD BE LOSING OUT IF YOU FAIL TO HIRE THIS TEAM!!

Our experience with Bowman Nichols was absolutely amazing! They helped with finding vendors and with the day of planning. My life was made so much easier with all of the information about the vendor choices they offered and saved us so much money too! Our wedding day couldn't have gone more perfectly! Debbie & Ali were my "Day of Coordinators" for my wedding on 8/14/10 @ The Santa Margarita Barn. Saying that they were our "Day of Coordniators" does not do these two justice! From the moment I sat down with them to start talking about our wedding they were there for any little thing that came up!! They were SO helpful with everything leading up to the wedding, it made planning way less stressful! On the day of our wedding they couldn't have been more professional! It was such a beautiful Wedding and it wouldn't have been the same if we didn't have these two! Ali & Debbie were great to work with. My husband and I relied heavily on them to help with our planning efforts since we were planning the wedding from out of town. They were great about doing the research and presenting us with a few options based on our needs/requests. They were also great about looking for places to cut costs (like on rentals). They were always looking out for our best interests (especially when we booked a vendor that was very difficult to work with). All of our wedding attendants kept commenting on how nice they were. They were a lot of fun, and we were so happy they were there on our special day.

Bowman Nichols made our destination wedding easy for us, we truly couldn't have done it without them. They were friendly and professional and really listened to our desires. For instance, the vendor choices they presented to us were very much in line with what we were looking for; they made the effort to find what met our desires. I know what is involved in organizing an event, large or small, as I facilitate several large conferences for the Navy each year. Debbie and Ali know what to do, when to do it and how to do it.
