Our experience working with Heather was truly great. She brought so much experience and provided excellent service at a great value, all while helping us stay within our budget. Her professionalism stood out from the very beginning, and her positive, easygoing attitude made the entire process stress-free.

Meeting her at the venue the day before for a rehearsal was especially helpful, it ensured everything for the ceremony was organized, clear, and smooth.

We were so grateful to have Heather (and Madi and Alysse) there for us on our wedding day - and the month prior! She was organized, knowledgeable, and engaging. To be honest, after meeting her the first time we actually partially planned our wedding date around when she was available. I knew I wanted to trust our vendors and feel like they brought the best of vibes- and Heather does just that. She had snacks and drinks for us, a fan to cool us down, some updates but never felt overloaded with details, and always always told us how much everyone was enjoying themselves. I’ve heard from many friends and family members that she was “excellent.” It’s sad when your event is over for a lot of reasons, but one of them is not getting to have Heather in our corner anymore. She is also very well connected in the SB wedding industry, which made my vendor team just feel like a fun and cohesive family. We highly recommend!!

As a type-A gal who plans events professionally, I was dreading wedding planning before I even started. Heather set me at ease with her calm energy, local knowledge, and practical guidance. She really understood our vision for the day, and what I personally needed to feel comfortable handing off the details.

She and daughter Madi anticipated all of our day-of needs to a T (thank you for making sure I ate our delicious food, had enough water, and could be in the moment, Heather!), and did a great job of communicating with our vendors.

Now I just need to find an excuse to throw another party so we can work with Lucky Penny again soon!!
