We did a lot of planning ahead of time but bringing her in was the best decision we could have made. She made all our hard work pay off more than we could ever hope for by going above and beyond our expectations.
She is great with time management and working with vendors and was able to get us all the answers we needed when we needed them. She had ideas and questions that we never thought of that made the day run as smoothly as possible.

When things needed to change because of the weather she was on top of it and didn’t let us stress about it or let it negatively affect the day in any way. Her communication was attentive, detailed, and never overbearing. Our families loved working with her and were effusive about what an amazing job she did and what a reassuring and calming presence she was. We had a special guest performer, and she coordinated everything with them to where the end result was so much more than we could have ever hoped for – It was a truly special moment for us and huge surprise for our guests.

The day was amazing, and if anything went wrong, we never heard about it or noticed it. She and her awesome assistant were on top of everything and when something needed to be adjusted at the last minute, she took care of while checking in to make sure everything was going the way we imagined.

Everything was absolutely perfect, and we could not have done it without her.

I was so nervous and lost on how to plan a wedding and my biggest fear was making sure everything on the day of would run smoothly and I can’t even begin to tell you all the things Bailee and her assistant handled and took care of. She made sure the ceremony ran smoothly and fed us appetizers and drinks in between events and photos that we desperately needed! She and her assistant took care of everything and made sure everyone else was taken care of and brought a calmness and confidence that was very much needed when I was panicking about what needed to be done. I would give her 10 out of 5 stars if I could! She was funny and kind and very professional. I would absolutely recommend Bae Events to any soon to be married couple that’s stressing out on trying to find the right coordinator.
