We had our wedding at Rincon Beach Club, and Kinsey was an absolute rockstar from start to finish! She was hands-on from the very beginning, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure every detail was perfect. On our wedding day, everything flowed so smoothly thanks to her careful planning and attention to detail. She even had deodorant on hand for me when the dance floor got a little sweaty—a true lifesaver!

Kinsey seamlessly managed all the external vendors we were using, ensuring everything ran without a hitch. She was professional, thorough, and incredibly organized, all while keeping a smile on her face. Her calm and cheerful demeanor made the entire planning process so much easier.

Working with Kinsey was one of the biggest highlights of our wedding. Working in the industry myself I knew I wanted to work with Kinsey from the beginning. Her reputation was glowing, and she far surpassed it with her dedication and performance. I'm a big believer that booking big vendors should feel like building friendships, and we were so grateful to find that with Kinsey. After each phone call or meeting my now husband and I couldn't stop saying how happy we were to have booked her. She took charge was professional, and offered advice that steered us in the right direction countless times. We were blessed to have the biggest rainstorm since the 80's plow through our Santa Barbara wedding, and she could not have handled it better. She had a backup rain plan sorted for us in under 48 hours, which included new rentals, designs, and logistics. Most brides would be freaking out, but truthfully I knew I could take a step back and let Kinsey handle it. And boy did she deliver. She made our wedding look gorgeous and maintained the guest experience we were looking for while actively sweeping out pounds of rain from our venue (an image that will never make me not laugh). You never expect for your wedding to head in the direction of a shit show, but hiring Kinsey will make sure it never even gets close. She treated our wedding with the care she would a best friend, and as a bride that's the biggest honor. Even our guests told us countless times how incredible and amazing she was. I without a doubt will be recommending her to all my friends and all of my upcoming brides! This is one of the few vendors that will be worth every single penny. We love you Kinsey!!

First of all I cannot recommend Kinsey and Eager Events enough! Kinsey is prompt, professional, organized and one of the nicest people I’ve met. From the beginning she really listened to what we wanted for our wedding and helped make it reality. Kinsey kept us on track throughout the process, and sent gentle reminders for outstanding questions, but did it in such a way that didn’t feel stressful at all!

There is always chaos leading up to the event and Kinsey took every curve ball we threw at her with grace and a smile! Kinsey was extremely organized, attentive and kept us on schedule without making us feel rushed. I cannot begin to describe the support Kinsey Eager provided for us on and before our big day. I look back at the whole wedding planning process and working with her is far and away the decision that made the biggest impact on our day being everything we ever dreamed of. Throughout the process, she was so professional, friendly, kind, funny, and detail oriented while still remaining laid-back to match our casual energy. She made sure every decision we made was totally up to us without question - even decisions we weren't sure about she had ideas and suggestions at the ready. She made it feel like the thousands of choices we needed to make weren't overwhelming and that it would all get done and that we were in good and confident hands with her leading us. On the day, she continued to check in with us - making sure we knew that any request didn't feel too big or too small for her to jump on for us. From the beginning of our wedding planning journey, Kinsey was incredibly professional and flexible on meeting with us to throw the wedding of our dreams! She has a knack for being creatively trendy and also knows how to balance incorporating beautiful timeless elements if you want a classic wedding. She just "got" our vision and called around to give us different options with great local vendors, even if we ended up not going with those choices!

Day-of, she was a total lifesaver as well - she was there to pep talk walking down the aisle, fluff my dress, hand me appetizers, and bustle my dress. You'll make a friend for life with Kinsey and we highly recommend her!

My wife and I were married at the Santa Barbara Zoo in August of 2023. From the day we booked up until the wedding day, Kinsey made sure everything went exactly as we wanted. She was extremely responsive through the entire process, and made all of our silly questions feel valid and important.

The day of the wedding, we didn’t have a single worry. We’ve been to several wedding and figured that of course there would be one thing that didn’t go as planned, but that wasn’t the case at all. Kinsey made sure the day went exactly as planned and she remained calm and professional throughout the entire afternoon/night.
