We had our wedding at Rincon Beach Club, and Kinsey was an absolute rockstar from start to finish! She was hands-on from the very beginning, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure every detail was perfect. On our wedding day, everything flowed so smoothly thanks to her careful planning and attention to detail. She even had deodorant on hand for me when the dance floor got a little sweaty—a true lifesaver!
Kinsey seamlessly managed all the external vendors we were using, ensuring everything ran without a hitch. She was professional, thorough, and incredibly organized, all while keeping a smile on her face. Her calm and cheerful demeanor made the entire planning process so much easier.
We wholeheartedly recommend Kinsey to anyone looking for a stellar wedding planner. She truly made our day unforgettable!

Kinsey was absolutely AMAZING and truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From start to finish, she made everything feel so much easier and less stressful. She is incredibly organized, thoughtful, responsive and somehow always seemed to be one step ahead of everything.
On our daughter's wedding day, I was actually able to relax, be present and enjoy every minute because I was confident Kinsey had everything handled. She took care of all the little details and the behind-the-scenes chaos so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She was also just so warm, fun, personable, caring and genuinely wonderful to work with.
I honestly can’t recommend Kinsey and Eager Events enough. She made Grace's wedding day even more amazing than I could have imagined, and I'm so grateful for her!! -

If I could give Kinsey and Eager Events more than five stars, I absolutely would! Hiring Kinsey for full-service planning and design was, without a doubt, one of the BEST decisions we made for our entire wedding.
We were planning our Santa Monica wedding from out of state, and going into the process, that was one of my biggest sources of anxiety. From the moment we started working with Kinsey, that anxiety completely disappeared. She made the entire planning process feel easy, organized, exciting, and completely manageable. She handled vendor visits when we couldn't be there, kept us informed every step of the way, thought through details I never would have even considered, and somehow always seemed to be ten steps ahead.
Kinsey is truly one of the most organized people I have ever met. Throughout our entire time working together, I never once wondered what needed to happen next or worried that something was being forgotten. She kept track of EVERYTHING, communicated beautifully with us and our vendors, and made me feel like I could actually enjoy being engaged instead of constantly managing a giant wedding to-do list.
And then there was the design. OH. MY. GOSH. Seeing everything come together on our wedding day was absolutely surreal. Kinsey took all of my ideas, inspiration, and little details and turned them into something even more beautiful than I could have imagined. It felt completely like us, but somehow better than anything I could have envisioned on my own. Walking into our reception and seeing everything for the first time is a moment I will never forget.
Most importantly, Kinsey allowed us to actually ENJOY our wedding. On the day of, I wasn't thinking about timelines, vendors, setup, logistics, or what was supposed to happen next. I got to be a bride. I got to be present with my husband, our families, and our friends because I knew Kinsey had everything handled. Everything felt seamless, effortless, and incredibly well thought out — even though I know an enormous amount of work was happening behind the scenes to make it feel that way.
Beyond being an incredible planner, Kinsey is also just a wonderful person to have in your corner during such an important season of your life. She is calm, thoughtful, patient, professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about her couples. By the time our wedding arrived, it felt like we had someone who truly knew us and cared just as much as we did about making the day special.
I truly cannot recommend Kinsey and Eager Events enough. If you are debating whether full-service planning is "worth it," HIRE KINSEY. It was worth every single penny and then some. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more, and so much of that is because of her. -

Kinsey and her team were nothing short of exemplary. She is so much more than just a wedding coordinator— she made our day go smoothly despite the seemingly endless moving parts. I recommend Eager Events wholeheartedly and without an ounce of reservation. Kinsey is everything you could want in a wedding planner and more - she has the exact personality for this job. She’s incredibly organized, on it, an excellent communicator, truly flawlessly executes everything, and she’s also so warm, funny, and importantly, a very calming presence. No problem is too big for her to handle or too small for her to offer sincere sympathy and solutions. Kinsey is also well known in the SoCal wedding industry, and all of our other vendors commented on how much they love to work with her. She just really nails it. We have recommended Eager Events to all of our friends getting married and multiple have hired Kinsey, and they all say the same things. Kinsey is the best - we feel so lucky to have had her as our wedding coordinator and can’t recommend her strongly enough. -

The vendor you'll never regret booking
Working with Kinsey was one of the biggest highlights of our wedding. Working in the industry myself I knew I wanted to work with Kinsey from the beginning. Her reputation was glowing, and she far surpassed it with her dedication and performance. I'm a big believer that booking big vendors should feel like building friendships, and we were so grateful to find that with Kinsey. After each phone call or meeting my now husband and I couldn't stop saying how happy we were to have booked her. She took charge was professional, and offered advice that steered us in the right direction countless times. We were blessed to have the biggest rainstorm since the 80's plow through our Santa Barbara wedding, and she could not have handled it better. She had a backup rain plan sorted for us in under 48 hours, which included new rentals, designs, and logistics. Most brides would be freaking out, but truthfully I knew I could take a step back and let Kinsey handle it. And boy did she deliver. She made our wedding look gorgeous and maintained the guest experience we were looking for while actively sweeping out pounds of rain from our venue (an image that will never make me not laugh). You never expect for your wedding to head in the direction of a shit show, but hiring Kinsey will make sure it never even gets close. She treated our wedding with the care she would a best friend, and as a bride that's the biggest honor. Even our guests told us countless times how incredible and amazing she was. I without a doubt will be recommending her to all my friends and all of my upcoming brides! This is one of the few vendors that will be worth every single penny. We love you Kinsey!! -

Absolutely incredible! Kinsey is a gem!
First of all I cannot recommend Kinsey and Eager Events enough! Kinsey is prompt, professional, organized and one of the nicest people I’ve met. From the beginning she really listened to what we wanted for our wedding and helped make it reality. Kinsey kept us on track throughout the process, and sent gentle reminders for outstanding questions, but did it in such a way that didn’t feel stressful at all!
There is always chaos leading up to the event and Kinsey took every curve ball we threw at her with grace and a smile! Kinsey was extremely organized, attentive and kept us on schedule without making us feel rushed. We were able to be present and really enjoy the day because Kinsey and her team were on top of every detail! Thank you for making our special day so seamless and incredible!
I would recommend Eager Events to anyone planning a wedding or event! She will make planning fun, arrange everything so the event is just as you imagined, and ensure you have the best time on the day!!

I cannot begin to describe the support Kinsey Eager provided for us on and before our big day. I look back at the whole wedding planning process and working with her is far and away the decision that made the biggest impact on our day being everything we ever dreamed of. Throughout the process, she was so professional, friendly, kind, funny, and detail oriented while still remaining laid-back to match our casual energy. She made sure every decision we made was totally up to us without question - even decisions we weren't sure about she had ideas and suggestions at the ready. She made it feel like the thousands of choices we needed to make weren't overwhelming and that it would all get done and that we were in good and confident hands with her leading us. On the day, she continued to check in with us - making sure we knew that any request didn't feel too big or too small for her to jump on for us. She was all at once cheerleader, best friend, and event planner extraordinaire. Kinsey is not only a wonderful person to hang out with, but she is incredibly talented at connecting with her clients and knowing exactly how to create the most stress-free, gorgeous, and totally fun events. I would highly recommend her services to anyone throwing any event, it'll be the absolute best choice you make. -

From the beginning of our wedding planning journey, Kinsey was incredibly professional and flexible on meeting with us to throw the wedding of our dreams! She has a knack for being creatively trendy and also knows how to balance incorporating beautiful timeless elements if you want a classic wedding. She just "got" our vision and called around to give us different options with great local vendors, even if we ended up not going with those choices!
Day-of, she was a total lifesaver as well - she was there to pep talk walking down the aisle, fluff my dress, hand me appetizers, and bustle my dress. You'll make a friend for life with Kinsey and we highly recommend her! -

Above and beyond our expectations
My wife and I were married at the Santa Barbara Zoo in August of 2023. From the day we booked up until the wedding day, Kinsey made sure everything went exactly as we wanted. She was extremely responsive through the entire process, and made all of our silly questions feel valid and important.
The day of the wedding, we didn’t have a single worry. We’ve been to several wedding and figured that of course there would be one thing that didn’t go as planned, but that wasn’t the case at all. Kinsey made sure the day went exactly as planned and she remained calm and professional throughout the entire afternoon/night. She coordinated with vendors, family members, and friends so seamlessly, with a smile on her face the whole time.
We can’t recommend using Kinsey and Eager Events enough—you won’t be disappointed. -
