We offer full planning & coordination of your event as well as providing wait staff, table & chair setup, table clearing, cleanup, rentals, and more for your big events! We have organized 100s of events and we make it our goal to allow YOU to be a Guest at your own Party!

Services Offered
Central Coast Party Helpers will plan and coordinate your entire event working with vendors, organizing timelines, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

With 3,200+ events under our belt, we understand exactly what it takes to manage an occasion safely and with lightness and fun!

We will provide you with a team of experienced, hardworking wait staff to set up chairs, tables, place settings, and decorations, and ensure food and bar prep is completed to industry safety standards!

During events, we provide friendly and professional service to your guests, and afterward, we do all of rhe clean up so you can relax.

Made my last minute wedding easy!

Brigitte and her team were wonderful to work with and helped me pull my last-minute wedding together smoothly. Brigitte was able to provide some helpful advice in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding. She also was very communicative and always got back to me quickly. On the day of the wedding, her team came and helped us set up, served our food, and covered most of the cleanup. They also adapted quickly and helped us work through some unexpected kinks on the day of the wedding. It would have been so much harder to pull our wedding together without the Central Coast Party Helpers, and I’m so glad they were there to help!

Awesome wait staff & bartender!

Couldn't speak more highly of Brigitte and her whole team in making our wedding in Big Sur a success! It was challenging to find vendors to come out to Big Sur and they were willing to drive 2.5 hours each way and were very reasonable in pricing. They helped set up our reception and were very thorough in cleaning up after. The wait staff was so kind and were very attentive to our guests. Our bartender William won over our guests and was also very helpful from the beginning to the end. Brigitte was very responsive and helpful in guiding us what we would need to think through since we didn't hire a coordinator. Highly recommend for your next event or wedding!

Great service, hardworking and friendly....

I am a wedding coordinator and I have worked with CCPH multiple times. Catering is the backbone of service to all events and Brigitte and her team really shine when it comes to hardworking, attention to detail, friendly attitudes and reliable work. Their packages are flexible to meet your event needs and you won't regret having them. The are an extremely valuable component to your dream team for the big day! Can't wait to work with them again.

Be A Guest At YOUR Party

We had a destination wedding "weekend" filled with back to back events. Brigette and her team helped to coordinate with me on two of the events and helped me SO much. I fully trusted her and my husband and I had as much fun all weekend as our 70 out of town guests!

Knowledgeable & Efficient

As a wedding planner, I was very impressed by Central Coast Party Helpers Bud Tending Service. Mandisa was very knowledgeable of the items and service provided. She was helpful to the guests at the wedding when interested in joining in on the edibles or smoking of cannabis. Thanks for your hard work and efficiency to keep a safe and fun environment during the wedding.

Central Coast Party Helpers did an extraordinary job helping with the 90th birthday party I put on for my parents last month -- so much so that it couldn't have been a better experience. We had about 70 people ranging from kids to 90s, many of whom had driven to Arroyo Grande from Los Angeles or San Francisco. Our bartender and server, Patty and Sophia, were each a remarkable combination of professional and personable. They invented creative solutions to a couple of problems caused by having an outdoor event on a windy day, helped people who needed it with the buffet, ensured vegetarian entrees were reserved for actual vegetarians, were right on top of bringing out the big cake with candles, and were packing up dirty dishes for pickup before I knew it. Owner Brigitte Faulkner was also really helpful in coordinating directly with the caterers and advising me on other things in advance. 6 stars!

WE. COULD. NOT. HAVE. DONE. IT. WITHOUT. THEM.

The help that Central Coast Party Helpers provides is invaluable. They plated and served appetizers, restocked the bar, picked up trash, plated desserts, mixed cocktails, swept floors, put away leftovers, washed dishes, cut cake, provided coffee service, clean up rentals, etc. the list just goes on and on! By hiring them our family and friends did not have to lift a finger during our July 2017 wedding. Every time I saw their crew they were running around making our reception perfect. They went above and beyond and we were told we left the venue cleaner than anyone else the facility had ever seen! Thank you all so much again!

Bridgitte was organized and gave a lot of valuable insight. Her staff was professional and friendly. They made sure my guests were comfortable, had a good time, and had everything they needed. They helped with set up and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up in record time as well. I am very grateful to Central Coast Party Helpers, they ensured set up/take down and service at my wedding wedding went seamlessly.

I would highly recommend hiring them for any event you are having in the Central Coast.
