I hired Paige Fox at Paige Events to help plan my daughter’s wedding In Carmel, CA. I live on the East coast and my daughter and fiancé live in Washington State. It was a relatively short engagement with 4/5 months to plan. I really needed someone to help locate and vet vendors and serve as a day of event coordinator. Paige and her team did an amazing job! She is known and respected by quality vendors (ie flowers, transportation, photography, etc.) which made me feel confident with whom we hired. This also made it easy to communicate and resolve any issues in a timely fashion. Paige also helped with the many smaller details from picking up printed materials at FedEx to giving advice on selections at the reception venue. I valued her opinion. She was always easily accessible via phone, text or email. On top of all that, Paige has a wonderful personality and was a pleasure to work with. I would 100% recommend Paige Fox to anyone needing event planning services.

This is from a longer review of our wedding venue on 8/2/25, but honestly that review was mostly about Mia anyway!: Lastly, we in particular want to shoutout Mia our wedding coordinator. From day one, basically a entire year in advance of our wedding date, Mia was smooth, genuine, and so attentive to all of our questions (even when we’d repeatedly forget many of precise details she shared!), and had practical and creative solutions for any snag that came up. Her calm, thoughtful approach made everything feel effortless that weekend, and allowed us to truly relax and soak it all in. Mia was reliably just the sweetest soul to work with, and it felt as though she sincerely cared about it being a special weekend. Her capacity to put this much attention and care into all the weddings she does is beyond impressive!

Cork & Vows is amazing!!! We initially decided to hire a coordinator to help minimize our stress in the weeks leading up/on the day of our wedding, and we are SO glad we hired Jessica! From the beginning, she went above and beyond to ensure we would have our dream wedding. Jess was so professional and experienced in handling all the day-of logistics, and coordinating with vendors and the venue, that we felt completely at ease with her at the helm. We also really appreciated the numerous check-in calls, resources, and advice she provided in the months prior to our wedding - my husband and I are fairly organized and already had a vision of what we wanted, but Jess still brought up questions and details that we hadn't considered, and her ideas and preparation made our wedding run more smoothly. One of the things that impressed us most was Jessica's ability to adapt to our style and vision for the day; we really appreciated that she never tried to change our wedding to fit outside expectations (e.g., about how the ceremony should go, traditions, etc). For example, we wanted our two dogs to be the ring bearers, and even though some people highly discourage having dogs at a wedding (they definitely bring excitement and chaos!), Jessica supported our wishes and made really helpful suggestions for how to coordinate the day so the dogs would be happy and could do their part smoothly, without placing any added stress on us. Jessica also made sure we had little pockets of time to ourselves throughout the day - a breather right after the ceremony, a reveal of the dining room for just the two of us, etc. One of our favorite moments from the day was sitting at the sweetheart table watching our loved ones enjoy themselves, appreciating the view of the dining room all decorated with our bright tropical flowers and greenery, lighting, and table settings, and admiring how everything came together. From whales spouting in the morning to the sunny beach ceremony with tropical flowers to the lovely and intimate dinner and dancing, our day was magical from start to finish - and Jessica was a big part of making it happen with minimal stress on our part!

We cannot say enough good things about Lia Adams Events. From start to finish, Lia made our destination California wedding feel not only possible, but genuinely enjoyable. Kristen was absolutely amazing and we couldn't have done our Monterey wedding without her. After interviewing many planners, we clicked with her immediately on our first call. We knew from the start that we needed help with design, and Kristen made it completely effortless. She patiently walked us through various ideas and styles to understand our vision, then created a beautiful design board that brought everything together perfectly. Her expertise and creativity transformed our vague ideas into something truly special. One of the most valuable aspects of working with Kristen was her established relationships with Monterey vendors. Since Monterey is a relatively small town, she connected us with trusted vendors she'd worked with before, which made an enormous difference on our wedding day. Everything ran incredibly smoothly and exactly as planned. Kristen, our photographer, videographer, and venue team had all collaborated before, so once the day started, they worked together seamlessly. I felt completely at ease knowing everything was in such capable hands. Kristen's attention to detail is also exceptional. During our tasting, she even took the time to bring us to the rentals shop and set up a mock table with us so we could see exactly how our silverware and place settings would look together. She's truly an expert in all things wedding planning and had a calming answer for every anxiety we had along the way. Kristen was an absolute joy to work with, and we couldn't recommend her more highly!

From our very first meeting to the wedding day itself, Jules was so responsive, patient, and steady; she was a true calming force amid the chaos of wedding planning. ❤️ We hired Jules as our day-of coordinator, though she was so much more than that. As soon as we handed off our vendor info, she took charge and coordinated everything flawlessly, keeping us in the loop and making sure everyone was organized and on schedule the entire day. Having Jules on our team was especially reassuring because she knows our venue (Waterfall Lodge & Retreat in Ben Lomond, CA) inside and out. And since we actually booked the venue sight unseen because we live far away and instantly fell in love with it online, knowing we had someone as experienced and trusted as Jules made the whole process feel a lot less intimidating. It’s easy to see why she’s one of the venue’s preferred planners! She was also incredibly helpful leading up to the big day, offering checklists, planning documents, and last-minute vendor suggestions we hadn’t even realized we needed. She helped us craft a timeline that actually made sense for us, which we didn’t know how much we’d appreciate until the day ran so seamlessly! And even though we DIY’d a lot of details (signage, printed materials, guest activities, etc.), we only had to give Jules a general idea of our vision and tell her where things would be stored on the wedding day. She took care of the rest and somehow brought everything to life exactly as we envisioned it - probably even better actually! On the wedding day itself, Jules was everywhere she needed to be without ever feeling intrusive. She seemed totally chill but was clearly dialed in to every detail. She checked in with us at just the right moments, bringing us food, a drink, or a quick reminder to breathe and take it all in. It genuinely felt like having a trusted friend looking out for us all day. ❤️ We can’t recommend Jules enough. If you want someone who’s calm under pressure, deeply organized, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, hire her! She’s the best decision you can make if you want a stress-free wedding. 🥰

It was such a pleasure working with Samantha at a wedding this summer. We did video for our couple and worked alongside Samantha to make it a wedding to remember! Samantha is so organized and friendly. She made our job so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend her and her team!
