We were lucky enough to be connected with Cedar and Stone through our wedding venue's preferred vendor list and at our first meeting, we had had an immediate connection with Kristen! Since we were planning a destination wedding, we had to create our vision from afar and do our best to convey our hopes and vision for a day that felt like us. We felt so seen and heard working with Kristen. It's easy to tell that she is working in right field. Not only is she incredibly talented but she takes the time to listen and offers real and supportive feedback. Our day far exceeded our hopes/vision and we were able to really take it in and be present because of how much we trusted her and her staff. We are very laid-back people and were looking for someone we could vibe with and Kristen was so awesome to work with. She is personable, sweet and also someone who really cares. Through the planning process, we quickly learned that we had a lot on our plate and Kristen had the skills to guide us in a way that made us feel completely supported and excited. She has a remarkable attention to detail and is clearly intuitive about how to make a space not only stunning but also have a sense of ease and flow. She really helped us capture our day and was such a joy to work with.

We are beyond grateful to have had Anita as our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning, she showed how much she genuinely cared about us as a couple and wanted our day to be perfect. She was organized, professional, and always on top of every detail, yet also warm, thoughtful, and full of creative ideas that made our wedding even better than we imagined. Anita was always available with helpful feedback and solutions, and when challenges came up (as they inevitably do), she handled them with grace and confidence. She thought on her feet, acted quickly, and ensured that nothing disrupted the flow or joy of our wedding day. Everything ran flawlessly because of her calm presence, precise planning, and caring heart. What really stood out was how much Anita truly cared—not just about the logistics, but about us. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, relaxed, and able to enjoy every moment. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your wedding day as if it were her own, Anita is the one. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

This is from a longer review of our wedding venue on 8/2/25, but honestly that review was mostly about Mia anyway!: Lastly, we in particular want to shoutout Mia our wedding coordinator. From day one, basically a entire year in advance of our wedding date, Mia was smooth, genuine, and so attentive to all of our questions (even when we’d repeatedly forget many of precise details she shared!), and had practical and creative solutions for any snag that came up. Her calm, thoughtful approach made everything feel effortless that weekend, and allowed us to truly relax and soak it all in. Mia was reliably just the sweetest soul to work with, and it felt as though she sincerely cared about it being a special weekend. Her capacity to put this much attention and care into all the weddings she does is beyond impressive!

Cork & Vows is amazing!!! We initially decided to hire a coordinator to help minimize our stress in the weeks leading up/on the day of our wedding, and we are SO glad we hired Jessica! From the beginning, she went above and beyond to ensure we would have our dream wedding. Jess was so professional and experienced in handling all the day-of logistics, and coordinating with vendors and the venue, that we felt completely at ease with her at the helm. We also really appreciated the numerous check-in calls, resources, and advice she provided in the months prior to our wedding - my husband and I are fairly organized and already had a vision of what we wanted, but Jess still brought up questions and details that we hadn't considered, and her ideas and preparation made our wedding run more smoothly. One of the things that impressed us most was Jessica's ability to adapt to our style and vision for the day; we really appreciated that she never tried to change our wedding to fit outside expectations (e.g., about how the ceremony should go, traditions, etc). For example, we wanted our two dogs to be the ring bearers, and even though some people highly discourage having dogs at a wedding (they definitely bring excitement and chaos!), Jessica supported our wishes and made really helpful suggestions for how to coordinate the day so the dogs would be happy and could do their part smoothly, without placing any added stress on us. Jessica also made sure we had little pockets of time to ourselves throughout the day - a breather right after the ceremony, a reveal of the dining room for just the two of us, etc. One of our favorite moments from the day was sitting at the sweetheart table watching our loved ones enjoy themselves, appreciating the view of the dining room all decorated with our bright tropical flowers and greenery, lighting, and table settings, and admiring how everything came together. From whales spouting in the morning to the sunny beach ceremony with tropical flowers to the lovely and intimate dinner and dancing, our day was magical from start to finish - and Jessica was a big part of making it happen with minimal stress on our part!

Hire Lia. I searched high and low for a planner that felt right for our complex, large scale event. The wedding industry is overwhelming, and at times exhausting — working with Lia changes all of that. She’s so incredibly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of every part of a wedding production — she’s an expert in catering, design, logistics, troubleshooting — but most of all, it’s obvious from the moment you meet her that she’s here to be on your team. Lia is a fierce champion for her couples — she went to bat for us when things were tough, found solutions before we even knew there was a problem, and earned our total trust with the most important day of our lives in a heartbeat. She managed a complex event with an incredible team, and not a single leaf was out of place — and she and her team made it all look easy. None of it would have been possible without her.

Working with Sarah was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she understood exactly what we envisioned — a warm, rustic vineyard celebration that captured all the beauty of fall. Her creativity and attention to detail brought everything to life, from the golden leaves and candlelit tables to the cozy, romantic touches that made the day feel so personal and magical. She handled every detail with such grace and professionalism, coordinating vendors, décor, and timing so seamlessly that we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. On the wedding day, everything ran flawlessly — we were able to just soak in the love, laughter, and the stunning vineyard views. Beyond her incredible organization, Sarah was such a joy to work with. She’s kind, thoughtful, and has such a calming presence — exactly what you want during wedding planning! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful and effortless everything felt, and that’s all thanks to her. If you’re wanting that extra support, Sarah is the planner for you. Golden Coast Planning did an incredible job with our wedding! Although we booked them for month-of coordination, Josh made sure we were supported and guided through the entire planning process, and he and Angelina really went above and beyond on the big day. They were always responsive and easy to work with, and are real sticklers for the details! Once they fully took on the planning the month of the wedding, we didn't have to worry about coordinating our vendors or other logistics, and we could focus on all of our personal touches and details. Josh and his team made sure everyone's I's were dotted and T's were crossed, and that they all had the information they needed. Any changes or corrections we wanted to make were quickly resolved! It was great to have Josh leading our ceremony rehearsal, he herded the cats (our family) so everyone knew how to line up and where to go. On the day of our wedding, Josh and Angelina took care of everything so we could truly just enjoy the day. All of the vendors, family, and guests knew where to be and when to be there, and everything came together like magic just as we designed it! They even took the extra time to set up our home-made light-up name cards. We highly recommend booking Golden Coast Planning, you'll be in great hands!

Paige and her team were the most amazing people I could have ever wished to work with! Paige is extremely knowledgeable about the wedding industry, and has so many great connections it made planning feel like a breeze. She answered every email and text I sent her (many) very quickly, and was always able to answer my questions. At our venue walk through, her knowledge was elite and was asking questions/checking details I would have never even thought of. As well, I would send her the most random ideas, or barely any idea to see if it was possible, and she helped me bring my vision to life! Always offering support and guidance. Day of, I couldn’t have asked for a better counterpart, as we didn’t have to worry about anything! Paige had the schedule planned to a T, which let us fully be in the moment and enjoy every minute. She is the best person to have around on the wedding day, with her calm demeanor and bubbly personality. We also loved working with her other counterpart (Paige :)) throughout the day, as she was so organized and fun to be around at every step of the day. I highly recommend Paige Events and wish I could have more reasons to work with them again, best wedding planner in CA!!!!

From our very first meeting to the wedding day itself, Jules was so responsive, patient, and steady; she was a true calming force amid the chaos of wedding planning. ❤️ We hired Jules as our day-of coordinator, though she was so much more than that. As soon as we handed off our vendor info, she took charge and coordinated everything flawlessly, keeping us in the loop and making sure everyone was organized and on schedule the entire day. Having Jules on our team was especially reassuring because she knows our venue (Waterfall Lodge & Retreat in Ben Lomond, CA) inside and out. And since we actually booked the venue sight unseen because we live far away and instantly fell in love with it online, knowing we had someone as experienced and trusted as Jules made the whole process feel a lot less intimidating. It’s easy to see why she’s one of the venue’s preferred planners! She was also incredibly helpful leading up to the big day, offering checklists, planning documents, and last-minute vendor suggestions we hadn’t even realized we needed. She helped us craft a timeline that actually made sense for us, which we didn’t know how much we’d appreciate until the day ran so seamlessly! And even though we DIY’d a lot of details (signage, printed materials, guest activities, etc.), we only had to give Jules a general idea of our vision and tell her where things would be stored on the wedding day. She took care of the rest and somehow brought everything to life exactly as we envisioned it - probably even better actually! On the wedding day itself, Jules was everywhere she needed to be without ever feeling intrusive. She seemed totally chill but was clearly dialed in to every detail. She checked in with us at just the right moments, bringing us food, a drink, or a quick reminder to breathe and take it all in. It genuinely felt like having a trusted friend looking out for us all day. ❤️ We can’t recommend Jules enough. If you want someone who’s calm under pressure, deeply organized, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, hire her! She’s the best decision you can make if you want a stress-free wedding. 🥰

It was such a pleasure working with Samantha at a wedding this summer. We did video for our couple and worked alongside Samantha to make it a wedding to remember! Samantha is so organized and friendly. She made our job so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend her and her team!
