Hire Lia. I searched high and low for a planner that felt right for our complex, large scale event. The wedding industry is overwhelming, and at times exhausting — working with Lia changes all of that. She’s so incredibly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of every part of a wedding production — she’s an expert in catering, design, logistics, troubleshooting — but most of all, it’s obvious from the moment you meet her that she’s here to be on your team. Lia is a fierce champion for her couples — she went to bat for us when things were tough, found solutions before we even knew there was a problem, and earned our total trust with the most important day of our lives in a heartbeat. She managed a complex event with an incredible team, and not a single leaf was out of place — and she and her team made it all look easy. None of it would have been possible without her.

Working with Sarah was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, she understood exactly what we envisioned — a warm, rustic vineyard celebration that captured all the beauty of fall. Her creativity and attention to detail brought everything to life, from the golden leaves and candlelit tables to the cozy, romantic touches that made the day feel so personal and magical. One of the nicest, calmest, and most dedicated wedding coordinators you could ever ask for! (seriously, she was in the hospital with a burst appendix and still making calls for us!) I honestly cannot recommend Lindsey enough! She is so sweet, and made the entire lead up to and the day of the wedding honestly so easy and magical. Your best choice right here.

We are busy professionals and Gretchen helped us plan the most amazing wedding. She helped us locate and coordinate vendors who exceeded our expectations. People described the event as the best wedding they had ever attended, it was beautiful.

As the mother of a groom who was deeply involved in planning the wedding, when the wedding day occurs it is critical to have someone in charge who can quickly and calmly take hold of any unforeseen problems and steer your wedding through a potential storm to smooth waters. Brittanie addressed every problem that threatened to derail our day and not just eased my mind, but handled every problem from missing tables to taping down masses of flowers so the wind didn’t carry them away. The wedding was fabulous and she saved us more than once. It is absolutely worth it to place your wedding in her calm, competent hands. I could not recommend her more!

We were searching for a Wedding Coordinator and found so much more than that in Aimée. She was a confidante, a reminder to step outside the stress of wedding planning and savor the joy & fun of building something together. She was an advocate for us in coordination with vendors, and a hype woman for our whole wedding weekend. Our values going into our wedding were warmth & connection, sustainability, and holding onto that quirkyness that makes our relationship us. Aimée was a fantastic match for these qualities. She met with us early & often, which is not typically common for coordinators. If you are going to opt for a coordinator rather than a fulltime planner, I do recommend working with someone who offers both services. Just the fact that Aimée works as a full-time planner as well brings a level of expertise to her coordination. She has a wealth of experience with intentional weddings, helping couples to slow down and truly express themselves through their celebrations. Aimée helped us build a Master Timeline that took us from the beginning of our weekend all the way through to the end, from the big important pieces to the little details like making room for us to take a breath & connect throughout the weekend. On the day of the wedding, Aimée was in full execution mode. Part of what makes Aimée great is that she has built trusting partnerships with so many people, including our vendors and venue coordinator at Whispertree (the incomparable Freida), so she is able to get everyone aligned quickly and deliver. While delivering on every detail, Aimée also took the time to connect with our friends and families, which is part of what makes her so special. Execution does not just mean running through the timeline. It means building connections that make running through the timeline feel seamless. We would recommend Aimée to anyone who wants a Planner or Coordinator who specializes in truly getting to know the people she works with to deliver a wedding that feels intentional, magical & so perfectly unique.

Everything about this planner was amazing - highly recommend for your next event

Margy was able to make our wedding planing painless and the event flawless. Margy insured all the details of the event were planned to our needs and she made it look easy.

Angela was an absolute pleasure to work with from the very first time we spoke all the way through until the last guest left the reception. She was responsive and helpful with all of our many planning questions. Being extremely knowledgeable of our venue, Vintners Inn, she was able to give very sound advice. Angela understood the overall aesthetic that we wanted and gave us ideas to help pull everything together. She was amazing the day of and we had complete confidence in her which allowed us to relax and enjoy our special day with all of our guests. We even had a couple of special/unique requests which Angela was happy to assist with. We would absolutely recommend her!

Choosing Katie and Chelsea at Atlas Design was the best decision we made, and easily the most impactful on our wedding. We needed someone who could quarterback the wedding process for us, and Katie went above and beyond that. Throughout planning Katie was so easy to work and personable. Her organization and clear communication kept us on track for important deadlines. Katie made the process actually fun. While we had some initial ideas, Katie really helped shape our vision for the wedding. From selecting the venue, choosing vendors, picking rentals…Katie had everything organized, on a timeline, and within our budget. Despite us living on the opposite coast and only being able to make it to the venue a few times, we felt 10000% at ease knowing that Katie was there and making sure our day would be perfect. All of our other vendors, loved and raved about working with Katie. And we completely understand why. And even when small things didn’t go to plan, Katie had our back and made sure to push the vendors to make things right. Our wedding day was totally seamless and allowed us to really be present, have fun with our guests, and make memories for a lifetime. Katie worked her magic in the background to make sure everything would come out as planned. We couldn’t recommend working with Atlas Design enough. If you have the opportunity, book Katie & Atlas Design without a second thought.
