We are busy professionals and Gretchen helped us plan the most amazing wedding. She helped us locate and coordinate vendors who exceeded our expectations. People described the event as the best wedding they had ever attended, it was beautiful.

Gretchen was wonderful in every way. We couldn't of gotten through the planning, days and hours leading up to the wedding and the ceremony and reception without her "expertise". She handled everything in the most professional and efficient manor, went above and beyond our expectations. I can honestly say she is terrific in every way.

My fiance and I had originally decided not to have a day of coordinator but three months before the date I decided we needed some help. I was referred to Gretchen by a friend and when we met I knew that she would be the perfect coordinator for our day. She was so helpful organizing all the details of vendors, timelines, and logistics that the day-of ran without a hitch. On top of it all she was someone who would listen to our ideas and provide such helpful insight and recommendations that she became my go-to person and I was so thankful to have her help. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a day of coordinator!

Where do I begin?! Let's start with saying that my wedding wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for Gretchen. She was our Day of Coordinator, but I felt she was much more than that! From the very beginning, Gretchen never hesitated to answer any questions, give advice, and take charge! In a nutshell, she's highly organized, very sweet, and fun to be around. She's humble and has a passion for what she does. Her assistant, Jenny, was wonderful too! Those two make a great team. During the wedding, I remember my husband and I were sitting waiting for our slideshow to start, and him saying, "my hands are sticky." Out of nowhere, here comes Gretchen with a wet and dry towel. She's simply amazing, and went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you, Gretchen for helping my dreams come true :)

Gretchen was a pleasure to have throughout my wedding planning process, and was the calm that cooled any storm on the day of. Prior to my wedding there were times when I felt very alone, looking for certain things and having several questions, Gretchen always responded quickly and was very knowledgeable! There was not a day that I did not feel supported as soon as I hired her! On the day of the wedding she really stood out to me as a graceful and calm demeanor that helped keep others calm around her while she had many other responsibilities on her plate. I could not have imagined the day without her help, I felt supported in so many ways because of her!
