Stacey ended up being our assigned coordinator, and when we started chatting a month before the wedding date, she had the same energy as Sarah and jumped right into work! Her communication was top-notch and even when things got extra stressful the week leading up to the big day, Stacey remained so cool. The rain forecast was not looking great, but she continued to advocate for me with our venue to stick to our plan of an outdoor ceremony. Even in all the rain and last minute decision making, Stacey never showed an ounce of worry. Sarah was so great to work with!!! We literally could not have done it without her. She was so kind and positive as well and made everything easier. She helped the months prior to the wedding with timeline and came to appointments with us, and was amazing on the day of! Sarah is the best! We were looking for a day of coordinator for our wedding at Roaring Camp, but we ended up hiring Sarah for more than just day of coordinating!
