Mia was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, kind, and genuinely wonderful to work with. She made our entire wedding experience feel effortless! She took care of all of the things I was stressed about and lifted so much off of my shoulders.

She even helped pull off an adoption surprise for my 3 oldest daughters, which ended up being one of the most meaningful moments of our day. Having her help make that moment meant more to us than I can put into words.

I am beyond grateful we had her there and truly couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. I would recommend her a million times over!!

Hiring Mia Jasmine Weddings was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding, and we would give her six stars if we could.

From our very first meeting, Mia took the time to truly listen to me and my now wife, understanding what mattered most to us and making us feel heard every step of our wedding journey.

She embraced every detail of our vision, including some deeply personal touches, including a Chinese Tea ceremony woven into our wedding ceremony, and a grand entrance accompanied by a live performance. Mia made these special experiences happen.

Throughout the entire process, Mia was professional, organized, and genuinely caring. She handled all vendor communication and coordination with ease, and on the day itself, managed a seamless transition from ceremony to reception. Our venue had a strict timeline and pack down requirements, and Mia managed every bit of it so that we could be fully present and enjoy our evening and the whole weekend without a single worry.

Mia did an amazing job at our wedding at Waterfall Lodge, and we are so glad that we went with her! We gravitated right away to her calming fun energy. She is extremely organized and absolutely kept us on track. Her day of coordination package was perfect for us and truly does include a lot! She knew all the details about our venue and was able to answer so many questions and help us be prepared for what to expect. I was impressed by the work that her and her assistant Adrienne did in setting up the decor I brought and making it look exactly how I wanted! I would highly recommend her to any couples who are looking for a coordinator!

We decided to hire a day of coordinator near the end of our planning process, and I am so grateful we reached out to Mia. She was organized, enthusiastic, and had an overall calming energy to her every time we hopped on a call. Her efficiency and attention to detail really helped the planning process feel smooth and mostly stress free. We had a lot of little meaningful details to our day, and Mia was wonderful in keeping the day on time and coordinating with our other vendors. I highly recommend Mia!

Lastly, we in particular want to shoutout Mia our wedding coordinator. From day one, basically a entire year in advance of our wedding date, Mia was smooth, genuine, and so attentive to all of our questions (even when we’d repeatedly forget many of precise details she shared!), and had practical and creative solutions for any snag that came up. Her calm, thoughtful approach made everything feel effortless that weekend, and allowed us to truly relax and soak it all in. Mia was reliably just the sweetest soul to work with, and it felt as though she sincerely cared about it being a special weekend. Her capacity to put this much attention and care into all the weddings she does is beyond impressive!

Mia was a fantastic guide through our wedding planning process and an invaluable part of our wedding day. We weren't sure whether we were looking for a day-of coordinator, month-of coordinator, or some other level of service. Mia met with us to get to know us and our goals, our budget, and our style, as well as the scope of her different services, so that we could make the right choice for our needs. She was responsive and supportive throughout our wedding planning process and especially in the last month. She ensured smooth communication with all our vendors and made sure things went off without a hitch day-of. We planned our wedding from a distance, as we live far from family, and even at a 3000 mile/3-hour time distance remove, it felt like she was right with us all along. I strongly recommend her wedding coordination and planning services!

Mia was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She had amazing attention to detail and was super dialed the whole time without micro managing. Her presence and energy was the perfect mix of chill and go with the flow while also being super professional and on top of it. We really appreciated how much time she spent checking in with us ahead of the event and our wedding went so perfectly with no issues because of her and her assistant Adrienne who was also excellent. Our wedding was also pretty complex across multiple locations throughout the day and she handled it SO well. Highly recommend. We hired her for day of planning and support but she was super helpful far ahead of day of the event.
