Kristen was absolutely amazing and we couldn't have done our Monterey wedding without her. After interviewing many planners, we clicked with her immediately on our first call. We knew from the start that we needed help with design, and Kristen made it completely effortless. She patiently walked us through various ideas and styles to understand our vision, then created a beautiful design board that brought everything together perfectly. Her expertise and creativity transformed our vague ideas into something truly special. One of the most valuable aspects of working with Kristen was her established relationships with Monterey vendors. Since Monterey is a relatively small town, she connected us with trusted vendors she'd worked with before, which made an enormous difference on our wedding day. Everything ran incredibly smoothly and exactly as planned. Kristen, our photographer, videographer, and venue team had all collaborated before, so once the day started, they worked together seamlessly. I felt completely at ease knowing everything was in such capable hands. Kristen's attention to detail is also exceptional. During our tasting, she even took the time to bring us to the rentals shop and set up a mock table with us so we could see exactly how our silverware and place settings would look together. She's truly an expert in all things wedding planning and had a calming answer for every anxiety we had along the way. Kristen was an absolute joy to work with, and we couldn't recommend her more highly!

Coastside Couture was an extraordinary partner in planning and executing my son and daughter-in-law’s recent wedding in Carmel. From the very beginning, the bride-to-be felt completely supported and in great hands. Their planning window turned out to be shorter than expected after they secured a venue with earlier availability - but thanks to Heidi and her incredible team, the process remained calm, organized, and joyful throughout. Heidi’s deep knowledge of the area, the venue, and her thoughtful planning process made all the difference. Coastside Couture eliminated the usual stress of wedding planning by handling countless details behind the scenes and keeping everything moving forward smoothly and efficiently. Their calm confidence allowed the couple to truly enjoy the lead-up to their day. As someone who has spent my entire career producing high-level corporate events, I can say with certainty that this was a top-notch production. From the rehearsal dinner and welcome party, to the wedding day itself, every element was beautifully curated and flawlessly executed. The team arranged and managed everything - from hair and makeup for the bridal party, to getting-ready spaces for the groomsmen, complete with dress steaming and on-site vendor support. Every moment was covered with care and expertise. The photographer Coastside Couture recommended was one of the best I’ve ever seen - efficient, fun, and somehow everywhere at once, capturing the magic in real time. The ceremony and reception were simply breathtaking, with elegant decor, seamless coordination, and exquisite catering. The entire weekend - from the first toast to the last dance - was deeply memorable, elegantly stylish, and full of heart. It perfectly reflected the couple’s spirit and made every guest feel part of something truly special. Coastside Couture created a celebration that none of us will ever forget.

We feel so lucky to have found Chantal as our wedding coordinator. She was extremely friendly, organized, and listened to what we wanted. What really stood out to me was her positive demeanor. Her excitement for the day was truly contagious! On the day of the wedding Chantal was calm and collected as she coordinated with multiple vendors and managed our timeline to ensure everything ran smoothly. It was wonderful to know everything was in good hands so I didn’t have to think about anything except enjoying the moment, and that peace of mind was truly priceless. We’re so grateful for everything Chantal did to make our celebration stress-free and unforgettable!
