Wonderful Coordinator!
We feel so lucky to have found Chantal as our wedding coordinator. She was extremely friendly, organized, and listened to what we wanted. What really stood out to me was her positive demeanor. Her excitement for the day was truly contagious!
On the day of the wedding Chantal was calm and collected as she coordinated with multiple vendors and managed our timeline to ensure everything ran smoothly. It was wonderful to know everything was in good hands so I didn’t have to think about anything except enjoying the moment, and that peace of mind was truly priceless.
We’re so grateful for everything Chantal did to make our celebration stress-free and unforgettable!

Best Decision
Chantal was our day-of coordinator for our wedding in Carmel Valley, and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made. Not only is she an absolute joy to work with, but she’s also incredibly thoughtful, proactive, and skilled at ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Chantal struck the perfect balance between checking in with us when necessary and proactively handling details—even ones we hadn't anticipated—which allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our day.
We especially appreciated her commitment to making the weekend reflect our vision. We had a somewhat unconventional celebration, and she embraced our ideas wholeheartedly. We felt she genuinely understood and cared about what would make us happy, rather than fitting us into a traditional wedding mold.
We loved working with Chantal and highly recommend her!

Chantal is a fantastic planner and even better person! She was on top of everything and steered us through a complicated event with ease. She was patient and pushed us when the time was right. The wedding was perfect and went off without a hitch! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for wedding planner on the Monterey Peninsula!

Chantal was absolutely AMAZING! I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her support and expertise during the wedding planning process and the day of. She was quick to respond, kind, understanding, listened and understood our vision for our big day. She helped me set up an extremely detailed timeline, coordinated with the vendors and made sure everything was running smoothly. And then when the day final came, she made our vision come to life! She assisted with the set up with some of my family members and they could not stop raving about how amazing Chantal was. My husband, myself, and my family are behind grateful to have had Chantal be a part of the wedding planning and day.
10/10 would recommend Chantal as your wedding coordinator! You won’t regret it!

She is wonderful!!!
Chantal was so sweet and helpful from the very beginning of my wedding vision. She met with me at my reception venue multiple times before the big day, asked all of the important questions(some that I would never have thought to consider), and helped carry out the exact vision I had for my reception decor. Who am I kidding, she made it even better than I imagined! When I did arrive for my cocktail hour, I walked around in awe of what she had done with the decor that I purchased. After the wedding, she also followed up to make sure we were happy with her work(of course we are!). Overall, such a smooth, simple, and delightful experience to work with her. I highly recommend!

Best Wedding Space Decorator, Florist, and the Wedding Planner in Monterey
Chantel was my Florist, Decorator, Day of Coordinator all in one! She has over a decade of experience in her expertise, and it was a wonderful experience to work with her. She has an exquisite taste in transforming a venue space into a magical place. My bouquet and the flowers were designed beautifully, and they smelled so nice on my wedding day and afterwards. She also had strong relationships with the staff at the venue, and it was a breeze planning our wedding day. Whether you are looking for a florist, decorating the wedding venue, or looking for a wedding planner, she is the person to work with.

My experience with Chantal was excellent.
My husband and I used Forma Weddings back in November of 2023. I must say everything that I envision for my wedding came to light with the help from Chantal. I definitely recommend contacting this company. My experience was excellent. Very professional and always asked if I had any questions or concerns. It was so less stressful the day of my wedding. Your best go to gal!
My husband and I got married on August 2023 and Forma weddings was listed as a recommended vendor for our venue. I was a DIY bride with a vision and Chantal did not disappoint us. From the first conversation with Chantal I knew that we would be in great hands and she would be the best thing to happen for our wedding. She always responded quickly and made sure to explain everything and give me option or opinions as needed, and trust me I had loooooots of questions and ideas. To be honest I don't think she ever told me no. Her attention to detail is spectacular and she truly is the most sweetest and caring person. Everyone raved about how on it she was and how she kept everything flowing. She truly made the day about us and I will always cherish and appreciate her for that. We owe the best day of our lives to Chantal at Forma Weddings. May you be blessed always.

Perfect for your Wedding!

Chantal is Amazing
We hired Chantal to be our wedding coordinator and florist for wedding in April 2023. She is so creative, engaging, friendly, and talented. We loved working with her and she made our wedding look stunning, and run smoothly. She is an amazing person aside from being a coordinator and a florist; we are so happy and lucky she was available to work with us. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator.
