Wonderful Coordinator!

We feel so lucky to have found Chantal as our wedding coordinator. She was extremely friendly, organized, and listened to what we wanted. What really stood out to me was her positive demeanor. Her excitement for the day was truly contagious!
On the day of the wedding Chantal was calm and collected as she coordinated with multiple vendors and managed our timeline to ensure everything ran smoothly. It was wonderful to know everything was in good hands so I didn’t have to think about anything except enjoying the moment, and that peace of mind was truly priceless.

Best Decision

Chantal was our day-of coordinator for our wedding in Carmel Valley, and hiring her was one of the best decisions we made. Not only is she an absolute joy to work with, but she’s also incredibly thoughtful, proactive, and skilled at ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Chantal struck the perfect balance between checking in with us when necessary and proactively handling details—even ones we hadn't anticipated—which allowed us to relax and truly enjoy our day.

We especially appreciated her commitment to making the weekend reflect our vision. We had a somewhat unconventional celebration, and she embraced our ideas wholeheartedly. We felt she genuinely understood and cared about what would make us happy, rather than fitting us into a traditional wedding mold.

Chantal was absolutely AMAZING! I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her support and expertise during the wedding planning process and the day of. She was quick to respond, kind, understanding, listened and understood our vision for our big day. She helped me set up an extremely detailed timeline, coordinated with the vendors and made sure everything was running smoothly. And then when the day final came, she made our vision come to life! She is wonderful!!!

Chantal was so sweet and helpful from the very beginning of my wedding vision. She met with me at my reception venue multiple times before the big day, asked all of the important questions(some that I would never have thought to consider), and helped carry out the exact vision I had for my reception decor. Who am I kidding, she made it even better than I imagined! When I did arrive for my cocktail hour, I walked around in awe of what she had done with the decor that I purchased. After the wedding, she also followed up to make sure we were happy with her work(of course we are!). Overall, such a smooth, simple, and delightful experience to work with her. I highly recommend!

Your best go to gal!

My husband and I got married on August 2023 and Forma weddings was listed as a recommended vendor for our venue. I was a DIY bride with a vision and Chantal did not disappoint us. From the first conversation with Chantal I knew that we would be in great hands and she would be the best thing to happen for our wedding. She always responded quickly and made sure to explain everything and give me option or opinions as needed, and trust me I had loooooots of questions and ideas. To be honest I don't think she ever told me no. Her attention to detail is spectacular and she truly is the most sweetest and caring person. Everyone raved about how on it she was and how she kept everything flowing. She truly made the day about us and I will always cherish and appreciate her for that. Wonderful Wedding Decor Experience

Forma Weddings was recommended to me by the wedding venue that we booked. While viewing the venue, I noticed beautiful draping hung on the ceilings of the venue that really elevated the space. After seeing this I knew I needed to hire her! Chantal offered a bunch of different rentals, services, florals, and assistance. I ended up booking her for a bunch of things as well as florals! I must say that she truly made my vision come to life! The florals, draping, lighting, and the setup of my own decor was beautiful! Not only that, Chantal was just all around a sweet, friendly, and profession human being! She truly felt like family and even went out of her way to find my moms lost ring. I cannot recommend her enough!

Chantal made such a huge difference on our wedding day. I am lucky she was able to help us as our coordinator because she did an amazing job, from start to finish. She even printed out our wedding guest food cards for dinner which is something I still had yet to even think about weeks before our wedding. Can’t recommend her enough.

Wedding Flowers & centerpieces

I loved all the flowers! I was determined to use the Clase Azul tequila bottles as centerpieces and they turned out better than I could have imagined! Chantal was such a huge help the day off! It ended up raining and we had to change the location of the ceremony… I don’t know how I would have managed without her!

Best coordinator ever!!!!

I can’t recommend Chantal enough!!! She is absolutely incredible! We got married at a friends house, so there were many moving parts since it was not a traditional venue. Chantal did an amazing job the day of making sure everything ran perfectly!

Leading up to our wedding she was helpful and responsive! We would get on calls and bounce ideas off of each other. We even met at the venue a couple times leading up to the wedding to talk through the flow and ideas we had for the space.

I also hired Chantal to do the flowers for my wedding. I am not super particular so I gave her just a basic idea of what I was thinking and let her do the rest. The flowers turned out better then i could have imagined!! She took my basic idea and made it amazing!!

Chantal is so warm and bubbly! She made our whole wedding better! I couldn’t imagine our day without her!!

Our venue recommended working with Chantal Forma of Forma Weddings, and we are so happy to have found her! She set up ceiling drapery, fairy lights, and a backdrop behind our sweetheart table. Literal Superwoman

When I first started planning my wedding it was back in 2020 for a 2021 wedding. We finally had our wedding this past weekend in May 2022 and I finally met Chantal for the first time the Friday before my wedding. Despite never meeting in person before that, I knew I was in good hands from the get-go because Chantal always kept in high communication with me over the course of those two very long years! As for the day of my wedding, I'm pretty confident in saying that without Chantal there, my wedding day would not have been the same. She is incredible from her efficiency/able to solve problems, down to her professionalism. I'm also pretty sure she is the nicest person I've ever met? A few things went wrong that were completely my fault (mostly me and my timeliness due to the busyness of the weekend) and not once did she ever make me feel bad about it or even mention it being an issue at all. I could go on and on but the moral of the story is that thanks to Chantal, our special day was seriously OUR day. Like, we could enjoy it and not stress and we were able to soak in every little moment. It's people like Chantal that make you realize how invaluable it is to have people like that around you on your wedding day. We are just so, so appreciative and happy.

We HIGHLY recommend Forma Weddings. We first met Chantal in October 2020 and she coordinated our wedding in September of 2021. Throughout the entire year leading up to our wedding, Chantal was always happy to meet with us, answer questions, give vendor or wedding detail recommendations, and ultimately helped us pull off our special day this past fall. Working with Chantal was the best!

We had Chantal as our wedding coordinator for our wedding in Aug 2021. I can't say enough about everything she did to support us. Our wedding date was change because of COVID and she helped with the transition of date with our vendors. On the day of she not only helped with all the normal wedding stuff but also, my 1 year old took a shine to her so she was doing it all while holding a toddler! During the actual planning process she was perfect at keeping me and my husband on deadline with all the planning things (stuff we hate doing) without being pushy. I know you only get married once but if we did it again we'd hire Chantal again for sure :)

Look no further for the best wedding planner ever!

Chantal's planning and coordination for our wedding made it the most amazing event EVER! She took her time to get to know us as a couple, and came up with thoughtful suggestions for decor, food, entertainment, etc. She met up with us several times before the event, and even brought her own supplies and "Mary Poppins bag" full of wedding day emergency items like zip ties, nails, scissors, etc. She took care of all the little details and stresses behind the scenes, allowing us to fully enjoy our wedding day without worrying about a single detail. No detail is too small for Chantal - from floral arrangements, placing the perfect arbor draping, to even refilling the paper towels in the bathroom! Beyond all this, Chantal is the kindest and most gracious person! She spent the night laughing and dancing with us, getting to know our vendors and guests, and truly feels like part of the family. Her attitude and amazing energy really helped make our wedding day a success! We LOVE Chantal and will not be considering any other coordinator for future weddings in our family. If I could give Chantal 10 stars, I would. She was amazing! Every little detail was attended to. She helped to make my son and daughter-in-law's wedding so special. I didn't have to worry about a thing because I knew Chantal would take care of everyting. I highly recommend!

Amazing!!!

Chantal was simply amazing! She went above and beyond in order to make our special day flawless. She is an incredibly hard worker, and is kind and welcoming to everyone she meets. We were so lucky to have her as our coordinator, our florist and our decorator. The table settings she did were BEAUTIFUL and elegant. I would highly recommend Chantal for your wedding or any other event you need help with. She’s sweet, professional, proactive and the list go goes on! You won’t regret hiring her :)

Chantal Forma is a dream to work with!

I can not say enough good things about Chantal. We hired her to be our day of coordinator as well as provide all the florals and a lot of the decorations. We originally booked our wedding for Bayonet Blackhorse but due to COVID, had to switch to a new backyard venue at the last minute. Chantal was very flexible and even came to see the new venue on a weekend before the wedding to make sure she could get an idea of the ceremony & reception space as well as how to set up tables, decor, etc. On the day of the wedding, Chantal helped set everything up and made sure both bridal parties had everything we needed throughout the day. The florals and entire set up of both the ceremony and reception space was exactly what I envisioned! I absolutely loved it. Chantal made sure everything was on time and ran smoothly the entire day. Not once did I feel a bit of stress because I knew she had everything covered. I highly recommend Chantal for any wedding! She is truly amazing!

Wonderful to Work With

Chantal is very good. She went above and beyond to make my wedding day perfect. She was very easy to work with and the flower bouquets and boutonnieres were amazing. There was an electrical box that was right next to our ceremony area and she made a bamboo wall last minute to help block the box. It was falling down and she stood and held that up the entire ceremony. You will not be disappointed working with Chantal.

Far, Far Exceeded Expectations!

Chantal is a dream to work with! She went far above-and-beyond our expectations. Two days before our scaled-down-due-to-Covid wedding, the bride and groom saw the sight-unseen venue, Lover's Point Park, Pacific Grove. There was a very prominent power supply structure that might be in photos. We immediately contacted Chantal and she was committed to offering alternative venue suggestions and using her contacts. Not wanting to change our venue another time, we told her we would make the best of it. Unbeknownst to us and of her own initiative, Chantal arrived early and fashioned a bamboo wall in front of the unsightly structure. During the ceremony, she physically kept it in place to combat the winds and even cut her hand in the process and selflessly didn't make a big deal about it. Beyond this wonderful Herculean effort, she designed beautiful bridal and bridesmaids' bouquets and groomsmen boutonnieres in the perfect colors. She was extremely accommodating to our needs and wishes and communicative throughout. You will not be disappointed working with Chantal. She is the BEST!

Magical Wedding

Chantal Forma was wonderful. She created a magical atmosphere for our daughter's wedding, and attended to our every wish. The decor, lighting, table settings, oversight of all parts of the event -- all were done professionally and with great imagination. Beautiful! All the guests were calling it a wonderland! Amazing Wedding Day Coordinator!!!

Chantal Forma is amazing to work with! She was our most essential vendor for making sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted. She was extremely helpful with taking a lot off our plate because she understood how stressful the planning process can be. Her primary focus was making sure our wedding day was beautiful and stress free. It was such a relief to have someone who knew exactly what we envisioned and onsite to make sure it was executed. She was thorough in communicating the details and timeline for both our wedding and reception. She also worked extremely well with the other vendors involved. She's well rounded in her handcrafting and decorating skills and there's literally nothing she can't do. She was a joy to work with and our day was all we dreamed of. A memorable wedding!

With Chantal's coordination and assistance, my husband and I had a great and memorable welcome dinner and wedding day! Chantal was responsive to our emails and phone calls since the beginning. As this was a destination wedding that we were coordinating from across the country, Chantal ensured all aspects were on track and to our satisfaction. Chantal made our wedding day so special! She is so easy to work with and transformed Bayonet Blackhorse Golf course for us. I was not even sure what I wanted for decor and Chantal blew me away with her designs. Everything was absolutely gorgeous. Not only did she totally deliver with the floral, decor and day of coordination she was so easy to work with and was always available if we had any questions. Love Chantal!

I am so glad we hired Chantal as our day-of coordinator for our recent wedding at Bayonet and Black Horse Golf Course in Seaside. I contacted her after checking out her reviews and portfolio and she responded right away. She kept up the same responsiveness throughout the planning process, even getting back to me while she was overseas on vacation. Even though she's just the "day-of" coordinator, she was 100% available throughout the whole process. Our wedding planning process felt like a breeze and a huge part of that is thanks to Chantal. She was extremely easy to communicate with and put our minds at ease the week/day of our wedding. I didn't even think twice about the timeline, details, etc. because I knew she had it handled. Though we brought our own flowers/decor, we purchased draping/lighting from her which I highly recommend - it made the room look so dreamy. We also used her wooden arch (without draping) which gave our ceremony such a classic, beautiful look. She even discreetly whisked away our dog once he walked down the aisle with my husband and watched him for the remainder of the ceremony (as planned) so he wouldn't be a distraction. Chantal has such a sweet, friendly personality and it was a pleasure working with her! Thank you Chantal!!!

Chantal is such a wonderful wedding planner

Chantal is absolutely wonderful! We are truly happy to have her to plan for our wedding. Not only is she extremely helpful, she is also such a joyful person to be around. She definitely understands the stress that comes with preparing a wedding, and takes the burden (of planning) off our shoulders. Chantal also took care of our floral needs, which is great because I am so not a floral person. I love how that I only needed to provide a theme and set of colors and everything just showed up beautifully in harmony.

We had a magical day at the wedding. Our guests have all enjoyed the event too! I can't tell you how many of our friends came to me and ask how we planned it so well. To that question I have to give the honor to Chantal because it is truly her amazing work to make everything happen.

Amazing!!!

Chantal did an amazing job from beginning to end and my daughter’s wedding turned out so beautiful. We reached out to Forma Weddings about four months before our wedding. When we originally contacted this business, we only had a few decorations in mind that we wanted to order from them. Despite our small request, we heard back from the owner, Chantal, in less than 24 hours. From the beginning, she was accommodating in every way possible and worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Over the course of the next four months, we continued to add to our list of items we wanted to rent. In addition to these items we also added Chantal's wedding coordinating services. Each time we added something, she helped us find the right fit for us and advised us based on our vision. Although Chantal advertises day before and day of coordinating services, she helped us coordinate from the moment we made contact with her. Every phone call, email, and meeting we had with her, she was always professional, flexible, caring, kind, and organized, all with a positive attitude. Chantal made everything go smoothly from everything we ordered to the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, my husband and I felt safe with everything in her hands. Our wedding turned out to be more than we ever could have imagined. We ordered multiple kinds of lighting, candy jars, ceiling draping, isle draping, and all of our floral from bouquets to centerpieces. Forma Wedding's decorations are top notch. Everything was beautiful and the flowers were breathtaking. With all of this came complete set-up. Thanks to Forma Weddings, we had the wedding of our dreams. We highly recommend this business because of their professionalism, organization, quality of service and products, and compassion for their clients.

My wife and I met Chantal at Bayonet/Black Horse (BBH) while touring the clubhouse with Jeff for our wedding. At the time we did not think we were going to need her's or anyone else's help with the wedding, but as time went on we realized that we needed more help than expected. During the time leading up to the wedding Chantal kept us on track and was extremely organized, knowledgeable, and most of all patient. We absolutely needed her asking the right questions and coordinating with our vendors. She developed a timeline that everyone was able to follow for not only the day of the wedding, but also for the day before. We didn't even consider that this needed to be done but I can only imagine the disaster the wedding would have been without the organizational guidance. There are so many aspects to a wedding or event that you won't think of. As they say, "The devils in the details." Chantal kept everyone on track and kept those devils away. She also understood the brides vision and wasn't trying to up-sale us on everything. She gave us plenty of options and didn't mind either way if we used them or not.

Chantal easily worked with all of our vendors, family, BBH, and most of all us. Our wedding went so smoothly and everyone had an amazing time. We can't thank her enough for everything she did to make our day special.

Chantal was absolutely amazing to work with! We met her completely on accident when we were visiting Bayonet and Black Horse, where we had already decided to host our wedding reception, and saw her setting up the room for another wedding reception that evening. Throughout the planning process, Chantal was always quick to respond and was incredibly helpful and flexible with all of our different ideas we had. Her pricing was incredibly reasonable as well, allowing us to have gorgeous flowers for both our ceremony and reception. Not only this, Chantal also set up our lighting for our reception, rented and set up beautiful candlesticks and candles on our tables, and coordinated the reception so the night went smoothly. We couldn't have had such a beautiful, amazing wedding without her and would definitely recommend!!! Thank you so much!

I cannot say enough glorifying things about Chantal/Forma Weddings. Not only did she decorate interior and exterior with lighting but was my day of coordinator and literally handled everything. From set up to ranging my HUGE procession/wedding party and ensuring we stuck to our timeline as best as possible. Hiring Chantal was the best decision I made for my wedding, hands down. We got married in Big Sur, and due to a road closure for highway maintenance, there were a few issues that popped up along the way. She handled it like a pro! When we got to the road closure she had already convinced CalTrans to open the road for us to let us through! The delay threw the timeline of the wedding off a bit, and she worked so tirelessly to ensure that every detail was taken care of. She was an absolute delight to work with, and not only helped me enjoy my wedding day but my parents as well. Don't hesitate to hire her-- she will ensure that your wedding day is seamless and is a true joy to work with. I could not recommend her more highly!

Chantal is awesome! Hiring here was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We were on the fence at first but once we made the choice to hire her it was obvious we did the right thing. My husband and I are SO happy we chose to hire Forma Weddings for our wedding coordination and decorations. Chantal was extremely kind and pleasant to work with. She set up and helped carry out a timeline for our big day that allowed things to move along very smoothly. I've been to weddings before in which the guests end up waiting around for long periods of time and even get bored. We definitely avoided that by following Chantal's guidance and timeline. Our guests commented over and over again about how fun the event was and how much more they enjoyed it than other weddings they had been to. Chantal set up the decorations we brought ourselves, along with contributing some of her own. The ceremony set up and arch were stunning and looked great in pictures. Chantal was our day-of-coordinator and she was our absolute favorite person to work with. If it weren't for her, I don't know how we would have pulled the entire weekend off (rehearsals and day of). After my first meeting with her, I knew I was in good hands. She is so organized, detail-oriented and reassuring throughout the whole process. Even though I only hired her for day-of-coordination help, her assistance really started an entire 1-2 months prior to the wedding. She met with me to go over decor, timing, my vision, etc. She was super responsive to all communications and checked in a lot to make sure I was feeling ok about everything leading up to the big day. All in all, Chantal goes above and beyond to provide the best service to her clients. And to top it all off, she is such a sweet and easy going person. I highly recommend her to assist with any of your wedding related needs, she is the best!

Working with Chantal from Forma Weddings was the best choice that was made for my son's wedding in July. The wedding was held at the Bayonet and Blackhorse in Seaside, CA. The wedding couple were living in Colorado so I helped with the local arrangements.

Chantal made every step of the planning so easy. I shared our ideas with Chantal and she used her expertise to steer our ideas to make them work for the venue. We were concerned about costs and she was very respectful and worked with us to keep within our budget. The vision that we had for the wedding and reception was even better in person. Chantal handled the wedding arch, bouquets, aisle decor, the lighting, the table settings as well as floral arrangements. She cared about the wedding as much as we did. It was a joy to have her there for the great day.

Stress-free wedding.

Some people may think the above statement is oxymoronic but, you can have a stress-free wedding - just like I did - by making one simple choice…Forma Weddings. Chantal is the most infectiously positive person I’ve ever had the pleasure to be around. It’s obvious after a short time working with her that weddings are her natural element. It’s not just expert coordination that she offers. She also took care of our flowers & decor (including centerpieces, lighting, the arch, etc.) and, coordinated with all of our other vendors to make sure every detail of our wedding was exactly as it should be.

I honestly didn’t have to think about or worry about anything after hiring her. She took care of everything, including the details of each personal touch we requested. We had a few meetings with her to go over details and she took care of the rest. You can look up a wedding to-do list on the web but, Chantal will make you aware of things that no list can capture. With all of her experience, there is nothing that she can’t plan for. After our first meeting, we really understood everything that we needed to think about. If there were loose ends, she was the one that tied them up in a pretty bow. We had a truly picture perfect wedding without an ounce of drama and it was solely thanks to Chantal’s magnificent work. I really can’t put into words how thankful I am that we chose her to help with our big day.

I should probably mention that our wedding processional included 15 children (from ages 6 months to 13 years). Everything, including the 4 music changes, went off without a hitch. I don’t understand how she does it all, and you won’t even see her break a sweat, although you’ll probably catch a glimpse of her jogging between points to get everything just exactly perfect. She’s a delight to be around and a master of her many crafts. If you’re getting married in the Monterey area, do yourself a favor…hire Forma Weddings they don't come any better!

Chantal was incredible. We had so many phone calls going over the details of the wedding and she helped me to really think through the process and what I might want. She helped me brainstorm, she gave me advice, she comforted me and she was an all around pleasure to work with. I could not have asked for anyone more kind and patient than Chantal! She took the pictures that I showed her and made them look even better with her flower arrangement. She turned the somewhat drab looking banquet area into a beautiful setting. On the day of, our guests kept complimenting us on how incredible and kind she was. Every time anyone needed anything, she was there with a smile, ready to help! Not only that but she made sure my husband and I were happy by bringing us our drinks (yay!) and even serving our guests! She's incredible and I'm so happy she was there on our special day to make it so perfect. :)

I cannot begin to say how wonderful Chantal was for our wedding! She is extremely professional, friendly and truly loves what she does. I immediately felt her commitment to her clients and she always made sure to answer my questions, whether through email or phone call. When my initial plan of decorating the arch for the ceremony fell through, Chantal made my anxiety quickly go away and came through again! Chantal is absolutely amazing. My wife and I were struggling to find a decorator , florist , and coordinator in the Monterey are because we are not from there. However , we booked our wedding at the Bayonet and Black horse golf course and they recommended Chantal. We gave her a call and it was the best thing we could have done. From the very first time meeting her , we had to hire her! By far the best experience. Chantal is truly the sweetest most genuine person we have ever met. The day of the wedding , she made sure everything went smoothly. We did not have to worry about anything , even the last minute decorations that my wife and I forgot , Chantal ensured us not to worry that she would take care of everything and she did. She followed through with everything she said , constantly kept in touch with us and she completely exceeded our expectations. We got so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding was and it was honestly in all thanks to Chantal. Also , our flower arrangements were beyond perfection. We showed Chantal pictures of what ideas we had for our bouquets and the final product was spot on. We could not thank her enough for everything she had done to make our special day , well , special. Prices were absolutely reasonable , super dependable , genuine , listens to every need want , and delivers the absolute best. Hands down would recommend her to everyone and anyone.

Chantal was incredible! Weddings are such stressful times and she managed to help keep us on track with little stress. She did not push her ideas on us at all rather she helped guide us by suggesting things. She genuinely wanted us to be happy with not only her services, but our wedding as well. The day of our wedding we had a small hiccup which was completely our fault and she sprang into action and fixed it before a single guest noticed. She is truly one of our favorite wedding memories.

Chantal was such a HUGE help for us at our wedding in July!. Since we wanted a day-of coordinator, not a full-scale event planner, I figured whoever we hired would basically just come in and make sure all the vendors were doing what they needed to do and help move guests from one place to the next. But Chantal added way more value than that. First of all, she was just really wonderful to work with -- so friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about weddings and events. It was really helpful to talk through what we were thinking about and get her input on how we were planning on structuring the day. And on the day of the wedding, she pitched in however was needed, far beyond just making sure everything on our list was checked. Anytime there was something I felt like I had forgotten, or still needed to do, she calmly jumped in and took care of it. She really made the day so much more enjoyable for me, my husband, and our families. I highly recommend her!

I'm always suspicious when vendors have nothing but 5-star reviews, but I just loved working with Chantal as my day-of coordinator. She was professional and helpful through the whole wedding process: from offering vendor recommendations, to checking in and reminding me what else I needed to do, to taking on a last-minute flower order, to bringing everything together on the big day. I really can't thank or review Chantal highly enough. My wedding would not have gone as perfect as it did without her help, advice, and assistance!! Aside from that, I have worked for different vendors that do weddings, and her prices are unbelievably affordable for the care and attention you receive. We had Chantal as our coordinator as well as had her do the flowers and decor. I am still getting rave reviews from guests about the flowers!! They were beautiful and unique which is exactly what I wanted. Our photographer said it was the most beautiful wedding she has ever photographed. Another thing, Chantal was extremely helpful about working within our budget and making things work that might not have otherwise. We found Chantal through our venue, Bayonet and Blackhorse. She is their preferred vendor for decorations, flowers, and day-of coordination and we can totally see why. Chantal is so awesome and she makes everything so easy, which was a very welcome service in our wedding planning. We ended up making our own flowers out of paper but we had her do lighting and set up our decorations and day-of coordinating. It was all at an extremely reasonable price and everything turned out perfect. She met with us in advance to talk about what we were envisioning and brought up a lot of good ideas and things we needed to consider and continued to check in with us leading up to the day-of. She put together an easy day-of schedule for everyone to follow and even though we ran a half-hour late on the schedule, she adjusted everything and made it no big deal so our wedding could run naturally and we weren't rushed. All of the supplies we dropped off for her to use for decorations were returned in perfect order to us and the decorations she brought and put up complimented everything so well. Highly recommend the white draperies on the rafters with the lights, and the bistro lighting on the patio. Really nice!

For day-of coordinating, Chantal was super easy for all our wedding party and family to get to know and work with. Everything went so smooth even when it didn't go exactly as planned (which it mostly did). Can't say enough great things about Chantal. Having someone who can take care of so many big things for our wedding was such a relief and made everything so convenient and easy.

By coincidence I came across the wedding planning services Chantal Forma offers, and Iam so very thankful I did!!
From the beginning, she made me feel at ease with her humble, bubbly and sweet personality.

She took the time to meet with us months in advance to talk about our wedding theme vision and all the details we wanted to focus on, and the ones she would focus on. She gave us a quick and honest quote for all her services that would be provided. She has no hidden fees and is not pushy with adding or excluding any of the services. It's all about what the bride and groom want. I really appreciated that about her.

We hired Chantal @ Forma Weddings to decorate our venue and to provide the on -day wedding coordination.
She allowed me to provide her with my own decor. She used some of her beautiful decor, and arranged everything just the way i envisioned it, and of course she added some flare to the venue due to all her experience and connections!! Chantal also made my wedding bouquet and arranged all the bridemaids bouquets, boutonniere and additional corsages, and they came out beautifully unforgettable! :)

There is so much to say about her services. Not being from the local area, she made me feel like our wedding was her main focus. A few weeks before the wedding we met in person a few times as needed, we exchanged emails and phone calls all in a timely prompt matter.

The day of the wedding Chantal greeted me with a big hug and handed me my bouquet. Later her presence at the venue was very comforting. She was very attentive and was the one person who bustled up my dress.

For any bride considering Forma Weddings, you will not regret it! You will feel so thankful and blessed you did so.
My wedding venue was gorgeous and I received many compliments on the decor. I will forever be thankful to Chantal Forma, and will recommend all of my future bride friends and family members to her.

I can not say enough about Chantal. I found her when we originally looked at Bayonette & Balckhorse for our wedding venue. We did not end up going with B&B but kinda wish we had.

Anyway, Chantal is the florist for this location and coordinator. I was a fussy indecisive bride and had talked to her about her different services. After a huge disappointment with my venue (Wedgewood Carmel) and their floral services, I called Chantal, about a month before my wedding and asked if she was available.

She flew in like a flower wielding super hero and made GORGEOUS arrangements for our wedding. We got so much more than expected with our reception and our ceremony floral. She really understood our color pallet and the theme we were trying to achieve. When one of our flowers was out of season, she emailed and texted me with additional options. She was responsive, patient and so affordable.

If you do not use Chantal for your event floral, you are seriously making a big mistake. You will be so happy with your results!!

Chantal is SO great! I was determined to plan and decorate everything for the wedding myself. However, when I met with Chantal, I knew that I needed her involved with the decorating and planning! She served as our decorator (using my decorations) and day-of coordinator for our 4/9 wedding at Bayonet and Black Horse. We met a few times before the wedding to go over my ideas and I was so pleased with all of the ideas that Chantal brought to the table.
I provided most of the decorations for the tables and Chantal set them up exactly how I requested. She added the fabric draped on the rafters and behind our cookie bar table, as well as some specialty lighting that we requested.
Chantal kindly and calmly made sure the day was running smoothly, rounded up our rowdy bridal party, and made sure that everything was running as planned. We couldn't have pulled off the day without her. I recommend Chantal 100% to anyone who is looking to hire her for help with wedding coordinating and decor!

My daughter was married November 28th, 2015. With short notice due to her fiancé being in the military and stationed in Texas and only 4 days off leave we had a difficult task ahead of us. A friend of mine recommended the wedding coordinator she used, Chantal with Forma Weddings. Chantal had only 3 short months and on a budget to pull off a miracle. With my daughter and her fiancé living in Texas and I being the go to person Chantal listened to what we wanted and worked with us to make it the most spectacular wedding day ever. Every email and phone call was promptly returned along with her many ideas. She is well organized, very creative, detailed orientated and so so sweet, I love this gal. She handled the flowers all the setup and making sure everyone and everything was in its place. She did a fantastic job in making sure the wedding day went smoothly for my daughter and her fiancé. Chantal of Forma Wedding was from the earliest planning days until days after our BEAUTIFUL wedding absolutely amazing and indispensable! Chantal met with me several times helping me finalize my vision for the wedding; she was our wedding florist, in charge of all decor, and planned the moment to moment flow of our special evening. As an out of town bride, she also emailed with me and helped finalize details sending pictures and lists and confirmations of details throughout the planning phase. Everything was gorgeous from bouquets, table, and aisle floral arrangements to the arch decor, head table back drop, ceiling drapery and lighting! It was so lovely and the most affordable wedding imaginable! (Truly, my girlfriends were in awe of how reasonable everything was AND at such a stunning location). Additionally Chantal was so personable to all my friends and family showing special consideration for my dad who has recently recovered from a brain aneurysm. She went out of her way at the rehearsal to insure his comfort and truly made everyone feel so at ease. I highly recommend Chantal; she's like having a trusted PROFESSIONAL friend by your side looking over every detail of one of the most important events of you life.

Chantal Forma with Forma Weddings was absolutely wonderful. From beginning to end, she was there. We didn't live in the area, but she was so responsive via email and phone through the whole process. There was truly no way that all of our wedding greatness could have happened without her and her help. It was such a special day, and Chantal helped make that possible. Every little detail, and huge detail, was taken care of, and things that we didn't even think about, Chantal grabbed the reins and took care of it. But she wasn't pushy or overbearing, she was extremely attentive and made sure it was what my husband and I wanted. She answered every question, tried to keep my bridal party in line, and made sure everything was perfect for us. And for that, I don't think we could ever thank her enough.

The set up for outdoor ceremony was snacking.

Chantal has a warm & cheerful personality. She did draping/lighting, a beautiful arch with draping and fresh flowers, the schedule of events along with coordinating with my DJ, Photographer, Offifciant and Bakery. I showed her examples of flower arrangements I liked and let her run with it and I got so many comments from guests who said they were some of the most beautiful arrangements they'd seen and my bouquet was stunning! The cost for these services were very fair and reasonable for the end product(s). Make an appointment to meet her and you'll see!

Chantal's arrangements were wonderful. They were exactly the color scheme we wanted, the fullness, and the vase idea. She was right on target. The flowers made my Mom and Marvin's 60's birthday bash extra special.
