Cork & Vows is amazing!!! We initially decided to hire a coordinator to help minimize our stress in the weeks leading up/on the day of our wedding, and we are SO glad we hired Jessica! From the beginning, she went above and beyond to ensure we would have our dream wedding. Jess was so professional and experienced in handling all the day-of logistics, and coordinating with vendors and the venue, that we felt completely at ease with her at the helm. We also really appreciated the numerous check-in calls, resources, and advice she provided in the months prior to our wedding - my husband and I are fairly organized and already had a vision of what we wanted, but Jess still brought up questions and details that we hadn't considered, and her ideas and preparation made our wedding run more smoothly. One of the things that impressed us most was Jessica's ability to adapt to our style and vision for the day; we really appreciated that she never tried to change our wedding to fit outside expectations (e.g., about how the ceremony should go, traditions, etc). For example, we wanted our two dogs to be the ring bearers, and even though some people highly discourage having dogs at a wedding (they definitely bring excitement and chaos!), Jessica supported our wishes and made really helpful suggestions for how to coordinate the day so the dogs would be happy and could do their part smoothly, without placing any added stress on us. Jessica also made sure we had little pockets of time to ourselves throughout the day - a breather right after the ceremony, a reveal of the dining room for just the two of us, etc. One of our favorite moments from the day was sitting at the sweetheart table watching our loved ones enjoy themselves, appreciating the view of the dining room all decorated with our bright tropical flowers and greenery, lighting, and table settings, and admiring how everything came together. From whales spouting in the morning to the sunny beach ceremony with tropical flowers to the lovely and intimate dinner and dancing, our day was magical from start to finish - and Jessica was a big part of making it happen with minimal stress on our part!

I have simultaneously too many and not nearly enough words to describe the sunshine and joy that is Jessica. We knew from the moment we met her a year before our wedding she would make it the most incredible day of our lives, and she exceeded every single one of our expectations.

Jess is a true professional, and somehow manages to be on top of every element without a single misstep. She is confident, clear and concise with her communication, and her organization skills are unmatched. We had the pleasure of working with Jess for an entire year, and while she was impressive enough in that time alone, she truly shone on the day of our wedding!
Jess took care of everything- steaming the dresses, making sure every vendor arrived on time and placed with everything they needed, keeping us true to our timeline, getting us to every photography spot, setting up all of our decor, taking behind the scene pics, brushing my hair so it looked perfect in every picture?!? Name it and she was on top of it with a smile on her face. If anything went wrong, I genuinely have no idea because she took care of every detail. I still think back to the grand reveal of our tablescapes with tears in my eyes from how overwhelming it was to see how beautifully Jess had brought our vision to life.

It is so rare to reflect back on your wedding day with nothing but positive memories, but I am lucky enough for that to have been my experience and that is largely due to the talent and expertise of Jess. She works tirelessly to curate a beautiful event for not only her couple, but every guest/vendor/employee involved.

I promise you will not find a better wedding planner elsewhere. Not only is Jess incredible at what she does, she is unbelievably kind and unfailing caring.

She anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had, and her calm presence kept everyone relaxed and joyful.

What stood out most was her ability to blend professionalism with genuine care. She executed the plan flawlessly while ensuring that every moment felt authentic to us. Thanks to her, we were able to stay present, soak in the love around us, and know that everything was being handled beautifully.

We’re endlessly grateful for her dedication, artistry, and heart. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of, and it simply wouldn’t have been possible without her. If you’re debating whether you need a planner... a) you do, and b) you should ABSOLUTELY hire Jess. As a type A bride with 50 spreadsheets and the (naive) belief that I could plan everything myself, I am so, so eternally thankful that we hired Jess. She went above and beyond, far earlier in the process than she needed to, helping us with details and decisions that didn’t even cross my mind. And then came the big day, and this is where Jess really, truly shines (not that she’s not fantastic the rest of the time, too, obviously!). She keeps everything light and fun, but she’s insanely prepared and organized. I swear she was in five different places at once, coordinating vendors and DIY efforts alike, making sure everything went to plan. We cannot recommend Jessica enough! We hired her for month-of wedding planning, and she went above and beyond. A month before our wedding, our venue had a complete change of staff, and suddenly we were left without any communication. Jessica immediately stepped in, personally drove down to the venue, met with the events team, and made sure everything was sorted out—while keeping us updated every step of the way. When our original DJ/emcee had to cancel and a substitute stepped in, Jessica wasted no time—she got on the phone with him right away and made sure he had everything he needed. She also created detailed timelines and layouts for all parts of the wedding, which made the day flow seamlessly. Her meticulous attention to detail gave us so much peace of mind.

For the wedding day itself, Jessica made sure our day-of coordinator, Emily, knew exactly what to do to ensure everything was executed smoothly—from coordinating with vendors as they arrived, to guiding us (the couple) to where we needed to be.

Together, they made our special day feel effortless and stress-free. We’re so grateful for Jessica’s (and Emily’s!) professionalism, dedication, and care and can’t recommend Cork & Vows enough.

Even though they were hired as a “day-of” coordinator for our wedding in Carmel, CA. It was clear they were invested well before the big day. They were SUPER reliable. She checked in with us beyond the anticipated regular check in calls and always gave us extra attention, advice, time, or direction when we needed it. She never made us feel like we were asking too much of her. Beyond being able to rely on her, I just felt so comfortable with her.

People love her, listen to her, and respect her. Especially other vendors. This makes her stand out amongst other coordinators. My wedding party, friends and family also loved her. She can be stern when needed, which is really appreciated amongst the complexity of a wedding day.

She can work independently, especially on the day off. I didn’t have to micromanage her. She understood our vision and just executed. Because of Jessica, we were able to be fully present, savor every moment, and not worry about logistics for even a second. I’ve had multiple guests tell me how flawless & smooth everything felt, and I know that’s thanks to Jessica’s work happening quietly and expertly behind the scenes.
