Of all the decisions we made for our wedding, the absolute best decision we made was switching from our original wedding planner to Kaitlin. After several months of working with our original planner, it wasn’t going well and I kept seeing Kaitlin’s posts on Instagram and wished we were working with her. I reached out to her and she was immediately understanding, compassionate and wonderful. We decided to make the switch and never looked back. I now cannot imagine planning our wedding without Kaitlin. She immediately understood the vision we had for our wedding and constantly reassured us that everything would be beautiful. So many of our guests told us that they have never been to such a well-organized and gorgeous wedding. It was truly spectacular. Every time I turned around, Kaitlin or one of her amazing team members was there to ask if I needed anything or to let me know what was going to happen next. If anything went wrong, I never would have known it because Kaitlin handled everything and it all went so smoothly. Kaitlin and her team did a wonderful job with our families, who played a big role in the wedding. Everyone knew where to be when and Kaitlin managed everyone with empathy. She made sure all the pieces came together and that everything stayed well within budget. Kaitlin also worked incredibly well with our venue and our other vendors.

Kaitlin helped us execute a wedding that was beyond our wildest dreams. I wish I had tons of friends getting married in California because I would tell every one of them that they need to hire Kaitlin! She’s simply the best.

We loved Kaitlin from the very beginning stages of our search to find the wedding planner we wanted to work with. As soon as we hopped on a call with her, we quickly learned that Kaitlin is energetic, full of enthusiasm, knowledgeable, resourceful, and punctual in the work that she does. And we wanted to lock down Kaitlin as our planner asap!

I actually thought that we could do our wedding without much help from a wedding planner, but I was totally wrong. The amount of experience that she brings in for wedding planning and the local knowledge she has of the Carmel area was something I would not have been able to fill myself. She saved us so many hours of searches to find the right vendors. Kaitlin also managed some of the relationships directly with the vendors, so we weren’t swamped with the project management side of the wedding planning because Kaitlin had our backs all of the time.
