Anita is an event specialist with more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry establishing her business while traveling around the world from 1986 until returning to California in 2004. In 2011 she moved back to the Salinas Valley to grow her event planning business and fifteen years later is proud to show that A Starr Events has become one of the premier event planning companies in Monterey County.

Aside from being a wedding planning company, A Starr Events is also experienced when it comes to flower arrangements, offering locally grown California flowers. The company works as a one-stop shop with connections to the local community which offers specialty services couples may need such as rentals, media, stylists, catering, lighting, officiates, pastry chefs and more.
