Facilities and Capacity
The Perry House is a private venue and can accommodate up to 140 guests. There is a stunning VIP room for you and your wedding party to get ready in. Ceremonies are primarily held in the lush gardens surrounded by stone, a peak of the bay, and the historic house in the background. After dinner, some guests will gravitate to the dance floor, and others will enjoy the upstairs Harbor View Lounge, boasting gorgeous views of Monterey Bay and the surrounding City Lights. The property also features two full bars, a cozy fire pit and a pizza oven for delicious homemade pizzas and flatbreads.

Services Offered
This award-winning venue provides an in-house caterer and an in-house bar, so all of your culinary needs are taken care of. They offer a wide variety of event rentals, so no detail is overlooked. There’s an on-site bridal suite where you and your bridal party can start your day, as well as heaters in case the evening is chilly. The Perry House is owned and operated by The Events by Classic Group. This experienced catering company, formerly known as Classic Catering, will work with you to create a wedding meal that’s unlike anything you've had before. They’re skilled in a wide variety of cuisine, including American, Italian, Asian, Mediterranean and more. They also offer tastings so you can decide for yourself how delicious their food is. You can choose between a buffet, stations, family style, a cocktail reception or a plated meal for your affair.
