Historic Wedding Venues in Monterey

Wow! Our wedding was at Stonepine Estate and it was an incredible weekend. The venue is so unique for California and it truly feels like you are transported to Italy. Each space is so well thought out, detailed, and beautiful. We loved the charming Italian feel of the Chateau and the Western contrast of the Double H Ranch. We incorporated both into our wedding day and our guests were continuously wow-d as they moved through the spaces. The venue also needs very minimal decorations for a wedding since it is so grand. We stayed on-site in the Chateau which was so amazing. The grounds are beautiful and it was fun to use the pool and enjoy the many available spaces over our three days there (and the incredible breakfasts!). Stonepine has an amazing team. Oceanne and Ari helped us navigate every detail and gave so much care into the planning of our day. Nathan and Julie were excellent hosts in the Chateau and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The wedding truly could not have been a more beautiful or special day.

We held our casual welcome party/sangeet for our wedding at Wave Street Studios, and we highly recommend it as a venue! The Wave Street Studios owners and staff are so kind, accommodating, and helpful. The property itself is beautiful and natural, and was a perfect backdrop for our colorful decor. It was also super easy selecting vendors since Wave Street is totally flexible (a total PLUS when most venues have crazy restrictions). If you are looking for a unique venue in a perfect location in Monterey, look no further than Wave Street Studios.

We absolutely loved Club del Monte as our reception venue! We were in absolute awe during our tour. It’s such a beautiful venue. Our main contact was Melanie and she was truly a pleasure to work with. She was easy to communicate with and was always available for a chat. She worked with us to ensure our day was the best and it definitely was. Even with our million questions, she went above and beyond to talk to us about each one. We could not have asked for a better place to have our wedding reception. Thank you Melanie and team at Club del Monte!
