EVENTS AT WAVE STREET STUDIOS

Wave Street Studios is unique on the peninsula for being able to host the best possible parties and celebrations. We are outside-vendor-welcoming, bring-your-own-alcohol friendly and dance-as-late-as-you-want ready! The studio is soundproof. So, we can offer live music and late-night dancing with our studio sound system and 1000 square foot sprung bamboo floor. We can seat 150 guests (80 inside and 70 on our weather-protected and heated outdoor patio). Because we are also a professional, fully-equipt television and recording studio, celebrations at Wave Street Studios can be recorded and live-streamed to friends and family anywhere on earth.

THE PROPERTY

The property and building were designed and constructed by the studio's founder/operator to create an authenticity-based, healthy-living online channel: www.youtube.com/wavestreetlive. The beauty of the space has since attracted people from across the world for events of all kinds.

Our nature-infused eco-modern venue and indoor/outdoor multi-story design create movement, discovery, and opportunities for communication for our guests. The studio’s rusting steel exteriors, copper-clad doors, and reclaimed brick patio produce a simple and timeless elegance that’s hard to find in this world. Our radiantly-heated outdoor concrete seating and site-sourced granite lined succulent garden, fountain, and pond complete the scene.

The two-story studio comes with our studio, tearoom, garden patio, rooftop, and Wave Street-level outdoor space. Amenities include our sound system, dance floor, specialty lighting, 42" monitor, microphone with a stand, a beautifully illuminated copper bar, two buffets, 80 folding chairs, several tables, and three pyramid patio heaters.

VENUE RENTAL DETAILS

Wave Street Studios has three ceremony backdrops to choose from: inside the studio with the rock wall; outside in the garden with the living fountain; or on our Wave Street Level patio. The venue’s rental fee is determined by the day of the week and the type of use. A $1,500 deposit reserves your date with half the balance due 90 days prior to the event date and the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. We do not charge extra for tax, corkage, gratuity, or percentages on outside rentals and caterers. Contact us to inquire about pricing for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, or other celebrations.

SET-UP SUPPORT

• Set-up and clean up are free for under 100 people, $350 for parties up to 150, and $500 over that.
• You will have an onsite manager, party floor plan design and outside-vendor integration support.
• Set up includes studio lighting and all studio and customer supplied tables, chairs, plants, and linens.
