Choosing The Barns at Cooper Molera was one of the easiest and best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. This venue is not only a stunning canvas for a beautiful event, but it offers a seamless, all-inclusive package that made planning a breeze, covering food, beverage, and equipment rentals in one convenient deal. The team here was incredible. Our sales rep Amanda was awesome - we immediately had good vibes as she was so responsive via email and phone. She met with us multiple times, including a detailed walkthrough onsite before we signed—which helped us feel confident and informed. We really appreciated how transparent they were about pricing, clearly laying out the packages so there were zero surprises. Our event manager, Makenna, was equally helpful and easy to work once we signed and kicked off the planning process. The venue itself is stunning and so flexible. We loved having so many layout options for the ceremony and reception, letting us customize everything. The location itself was unbeatable. It's right in the heart of downtown Monterey, with numerous hotels in walking distance. Despite it being so central, he venue still feels tucked away and private, and there was tons of space for everyone to spread out during the reception. Have to give a HUGE shoutout to the kitchen staff as the food was absolutely insane. We went with the "stations" buffet-style dinner, and our guests are still raving that it was the best wedding food they've ever had (the variety and quality were incredible). The staff was so on top of it. I've never seen a buffet line move so fast. Plus, having multiple bars meant getting a drink was never a hassle. They were also super great about handling all the dietary restrictions, which everyone appreciated. The staff’s attention to detail was spot-on. They were so calm and professional, you barely noticed they were there, but everything ran perfectly. The Barns gave us everything we wanted and more—a stress-free day, beautiful location, and the best food that left a lasting impression. If you're looking for a venue, stop scrolling and book the Barns!!

We had an amazing experience at the Tides! Kelly Frasier was a dream to work with, and just the sweetest ever. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service, the location is beautiful, the food was AMAZING, and everything was perfect. Literally the best day ever!

My husband and I got married at the Monterey Beach Station this past November and it truly was a dream come true wedding venue and team. Our guests raved about the buffet, late night bites, and overall gorgeous venue. As an extra bonus the venue provided us with fire pits on the deck and a s'mores bar which everyone enjoyed. We had the pleasure of working with Charlene as our wedding event manager. She was very responsive to our many planning questions, extremely organized, down to earth, and made our entire wedding seamless. We also really loved this venue as it is very dog-friendly. Every couple always envisions a fairytale wedding that is unforgettable and unique. We could have never imagined that a venue could impact the most important day of our lives in such a manner that guests to this day continue to say “our wedding was the best wedding they have ever attended!” That’s saying a lot because both sides of our families are Filipinos and we have large families that attend many nuptials! The Club at Pasadera was the first venue we visited and we immediately fell in love with it! From the first phone call to schedule a site visit, Carl Cortez was enthusiastic and accommodating. Carl is a wedding whisperer. He is amazing and exceptional. He was instrumental to the success of our wedding! He literally was our 2nd wedding planner and went above and beyond to make our fairytale wedding a reality! Carl took away many of the unexpected stresses that come when planning a big wedding (almost 200 guests). Carl listens and always comes up with solutions to ensure your vision is executed. He constantly provides suggestions that complement and enhance our wedding vibe and theme. When we did our tasting, Carl was so helpful in explaining the menu and helping us pair the different types of food. Carl is very organized and keeps us updated on all the deadlines. He works seamlessly with all the vendors and does everything in his power to make sure the vendors have what they need to make our wedding day perfect. He returns calls, emails and texts immediately. Most importantly, Carl always has cost in mind and made sure we stayed within our budget without compromising our vision. When we told him we wanted a “Lechon” served during cocktail hour as part of our Filipino culture tradition, he said no problem. When we told Carl that we wanted Sunday Mass Service before our “Goodby Brunch”, he said how many people so he could find a room. When our “surprise” Drone show was canceled two days before our wedding, Carl worked his magic and gave us suggestions of companies to call to see if we could rent a big screen and project the drone show on the lawn. Wow, the “surprise” drone show was salvaged and our guests never knew what really happened and the “Drone movie” became the highlight of the evening! The Club at Pasadera is a beautiful venue. From the gated entrance to the gentle rolling hills and greenery to the Spanish inspired Clubhouse and fountain courtyard, your guests will feel as if they were transported to Spain. What makes The Club at Pasadera a perfect venue for weddings is that there are many rooms and courtyards for guests to experience and mingle. The flexibility for guests to be in intimate or large gatherings all under one roof was a big hit, no one got bored or left early. When it got chilly in the evening, the staff lit the propane heaters to make sure our guests were comfortable. In addition to the complimentary golf for the bride and groom and the special golf rates for some of our guests, the biggest perk for having our wedding at The Club at Pasadera was the 5 bedrooms lodge for the bride and bridal party to get ready and sleep over. The convenience of the location was extraordinaire. Lastly and most importantly, everyone was raving about how delicious the food at The Club at Pasadera was, especially the Prime Rib! From the Hors d'oeuvres to the customized late snacks (clam chowder (both Boston and New England), garlic fries and chicken strips), everything was absolutely scrumptious. For dinner, we chose the buffet menu to make sure everyone got to choose what they wanted to eat and to make sure no one left hungry. The presentation and the quality of the food was exceptional. And we can’t forget the bartenders who created our signature drinks, Espresso Martinis and Margaritas! The staff is what makes The Club at Pasadera superior. Our wedding was everything we hoped for and more! The Perry House is beautiful, the food is incredibly delicious, the staff is amazing and most of all, our day-of coordinator, Jennifer D. was fabulous! From the moment I met her, I knew our day was going to be spectacular. All my worries went out the window. She made sure every detail I envisioned came to life. She is sincerely kind and loving. We cannot thank Jennifer enough for the effort she put into our day. Her assistant Alyssa is also a breath of fresh air! She is always smiling and always offering a helping hand. I feel so blessed that they were a part of our experience and I highly recommend the Perry House to anyone looking for an unforgettable, classy and beautiful wedding!

Amber took over in our final 60 days from a previous coordinator and smoothed everything out and made it a flawless experience!! She offered helpful ideas throughout the process, and made us very confident that she would have everything handled, so we didn’t have to worry!! The event couldn’t have possibly gone any better!!

We recently had our wedding here and it was nothing short of amazing. This venue was a dream come true! Everything was just beautiful! This hotel is in such a prime location! The ceremony location, the rehearsal dinner, and the reception was perfect. Caitlin our coordinator helped make everything go smooth and flawless. She is so sweet and knowledgeable! The banquet staff were awesome as well! Even the valet/bell desk folks were SO kind and helpful. All of our guests could not get over how beautiful everything was! We are so grateful and wish we could relive our big day over and over again!!

My husband and I were so happy we chose Tarpy's. On our wedding day, they served an amazing meal that our guests couldn't stop raving about. They have a huge menu and selection of catering options that can meet any dietary need. Their event staff are easy to get ahold of, accommodating, and overall great to work with. Not only did Tarpy's provide our dinner and bar service, but they also managed all of our rentals - from the chairs to the table cloths to the plates. Everything was set up so beautifully, exactly as we imagined, and we were so happy to have Tarpy's as one of our vendors. A no-brainer for any wedding in the Monterey / Carmel area.

This hotel was so beautiful and clean amazing views on the property.

When I was 16 years old, my mom and me stayed at the hotel and watched a wedding happen. I loved it so much that I always talked about how that’s where I wanted to get married. My husband knew about this and actually asked me to marry him on the exact ocean terrace where I wanted to wed. Then I got married here in October after having to postpone twice! The intercontinental was so good at handling the covid nonsense and making my wedding exactly the way I wanted it. I definitely recommend!
