Amber took over in our final 60 days from a previous coordinator and smoothed everything out and made it a flawless experience!! She offered helpful ideas throughout the process, and made us very confident that she would have everything handled, so we didn’t have to worry!! The event couldn’t have possibly gone any better!!

Our Dream Come True
We had the absolute best experience with Fairview Laguna Seca! From the very beginning, Danielle was the reason we fell in love with the venue, her energy, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel so confident in our decision. When she transitioned out of her role, we were a little anxious, but then Melissa came in and completely blew us away.
Melissa worked with us through the last 6 months of planning and was nothing short of incredible. She listened to every idea, every concern, and somehow made everything happen exactly how we envisioned it. She always made us feel heard, never overwhelmed, and her calm, organized energy was everything we needed. On the day of the wedding, she was a total rockstar. She kept everything running smoothly and still managed to check in with us, make us laugh, and reassure us that everything was under control. We honestly don't know what we would’ve done without her!
Amber joined the team just days before the wedding, but you’d never know it. She was so on top of things and jumped right in like she had been with us the whole time. Matt was also amazing, he made sure the day flowed perfectly and kept everything on schedule without ever making us feel rushed.
The food was delicious and there was so much of it, our guests are still talking about it! The bartending team was fast, friendly, and so easy to work with. Everyone from the Fairview Laguna Seca team went above and beyond to make our day feel special and stress-free.
Our DJ, Ernesto, did an incredible job! He stuck to the vibe we wanted, played every request we had, and kept the dance floor going all night long.
And the FLORALS … wow. DiliLis absolutely nailed it. Every arrangement was stunning, fresh, and picture-perfect. They truly brought our vision to life.

Beautiful setting for our wedding!
My husband and I couldn’t have been more satisfied with Fairview Laguna Seca and their staff. Melissa was professional, kind, and always made sure we were taken care of the entire night. We are so grateful to the Fairview staff for their hospitality and exceptional service, they made our night even more special. This location was everything we pictured and more, the venue itself was beautiful and the property was the perfect backdrop to our day. Thank you again to everyone at Fairview for spending your Halloween with us on our wedding day!

Love stories come to life
I remember beginning the daunting task of planning our wedding. As Filipinos, my wife and I wanted to honor as much of our traditions as we could. As we began our search, we quickly ran into wall after wall of stern No’s from venues regarding our requests. When we met with the team at Fairview we were hesitant as we were becoming jaded and thought we’d likely have to compromise; however, as we began elaborating the significance of paying homage to our culture, we were not told no, sorry we can’t, rules, this and that. They said, we will make it happen. That’s when we fell in love with this place. The professionalism and kindness the team here provide exemplifies the standard of pedigree wedding planners and much more. From top to bottom, not a detail is overlooked. Having a momentous celebration such as a wedding, here, is an amazing experience as the care provided is complimented by genuine regard for the love exuded by every couple that dreams of bringing their vision to life.

Incredible Experience and Flawless Wedding Day
Working with Fairview was great! As an all-inclusive venue, we purchased the top tier plan that included the most items, and we loved it. We were initially planning the wedding from afar, and only moved to Monterey a few months before the wedding. So the fact that the package included their own catering and contracted DJ, Florist, and Cake Baker meant that it was less decisions and managing that we needed to do, and we were very happy with that. The entire process working with them was great, and they meticulously ensured the details were taken care of, and on the day of the wedding, they had everything set up and my family and friends didn't have to set up anything. The staff are so kind and professional, even though there was a change of hands in who was working there as a the event planners from when we booked in April 2023 until our wedding day in June 2024. With the newest planners and staff, we had a great experience. They listened to our needs and wants, and would definitely recommend this venue to anyone in the Monterey area! They changed their florist to D’Lily’s Flowers months before our wedding, and I was okay with that because D’Lily’s was fantastic! I loved that the vendors contracted with Fairview were great and they help to ensure the best experience for their couples.

Gorgeous Day of my life, so much love, so much fun, stress free
We got married June 2023. Fairview was everything I could ever dream of for our magical wedding. The views and the venue was so beautiful. Staff was amazing and helped with every bit of the planning. Any questions I had along the way they were their to answer all my questions and reassure me no to worry, they had my back. The ceremony was beautiful, the bubbles after the "I do" was such a great idea. The reception, food and DJ was amazing. My family talks about the wedding on a daily and could not say enough good things. I am just so sad that day went by so fast. I have so much memories and even shed some tears with our wedding planners. They were the sweetest people ever.

a day to remember
My husband and I got married at Fairview Laguna Seca in April of 2023 and we would recommend it to anyone who is planning to get married! It checked all our boxes including natural beauty for an outdoor ceremony and a whimsical indoor reception area. While looking at other venues, Fairview Laguna Seca had something special no one else had to offer and that is Amber and her vendor team. From the day we called to book a tour we felt accommodated and welcomed and that made us even more excited to take the next step and we are so glad we did. Our friends and family enjoyed themselves, and could not stop mentioning how lovely the venue was and how amazing all of the staff was (shoutout to the bartender). The only downfall we had was that it went by so quick!

Magical Day
Fairview laguna seca was everything we wanted and more. Amber was there with us throughout the process. Her charisma and friendly personality made our experience even more enjoyable. We felt catered to, and truly it was a stress free experience. Our friends and family complemented how beautiful the venue was and how accommodating the staff was. This venue was so intimate and the views were beautiful! My husband and I cannot thank you enough. I plan to come back and renew our vows here some day :)

We recently had our wedding at Laguna Seca Golf Ranch and Balesteri's Restaurant. Since it's a bit more inland, the sun is more likely to shine and the setting in the hills is just gorgeous. Susie Balesteri is the coordinator up there for weddings and is a very caring, organized and friendly person-- basically everything you could ask in a wedding planner. She does the day-of coordinating for your wedding, which is included in the venue cost. The cost, by the way, for the venue itself, and the food, is extremely reasonable for the area. If you choose to have your wedding and reception there, you will be married on the First Tee (5:00 pm was the only time offered for our wedding,) and the reception is in Balesteri's restaurant. One thing to note is that you do have to rent chairs and an arch (if you want) for your ceremony, and possible chair covers for your reception if you have a large group and want all the chairs to match. Even with the rentals, we thought the price was more than reasonable. The food and price of the catering is outstanding and displayed beautifully, and the bar is a great addition. I recommend doing the buffet because they have a great set-up for it. All in all, it was a wonderful place to have our wedding. Evey thing came together beautifully and we got a lot of compliments on our venue choice. Susie and her staff were so accommodating and I would highly recommend checking it out if you're looking to get married in the Monterey area.
