Paicines Ranch is a historic wedding venue located in San Benito County in Paicines, California. With its panoramic views, sweeping lawns, and historic buildings, Paicines Ranch is the perfect location for weddings and other special events. The on-site team will work with you to ensure that every element of your celebration honors your one-of-a-kind love story.

Facilities and Capacity

Paicines Ranch has two wedding locations on site. We offer week day and weekend weddings with discounted rates.

The main Event Barn - This space is for weddings 75-250. Couples can hold their ceremony upon the spacious Grogan Lawn. This park-like setting is bordered by perennial gardens and is surrounded by panoramic views of the beautiful countryside. For your reception, you can dance the night away in their newly renovated barn. This romantic space can hold up to 250 guests for a sit-down dinner and boasts exposed wood beams, twinkle lights, elegant draping, and a gorgeous chandelier. Their outdoor space out the barn doors is great if you prefer outdoor dance or a sitting area under the stars. Lodging in the event center is reserved for all Event Barn weddings and can be booked seprately. Lodging holds 55 guests in their own private houses, cottages, and yurts. Total lodging at Paicines Ranch will hold up to 80 guests and can also be booked seprately as needed.

Our new Overlook Dining Room - This is perfect for weddings 95 or less. The modern style of this building brings new and old together in a beautiful space that overlooks the Cienega Hills. The covered patio is the best location for a cereomony and then cocktail hour for guests. Inside, you will find the Old Oak Bar stocked with local wines and some wine from our own vinyard. The beatiful tables, made from a hundred year old oak tree, are all included for set up along with the dining chairs. You will work with our wedding team to outline the perfect layout in the Dining Hall. From Pizza, hot from our pizza oven , to a plated dinner, let the chef and team work with you to create a delicous meal your guests will love. We grow all our own meat on this 7,000 acre ranch. Farm to table is what we believe in, sourcing from local organic farmers straight to our kitchen. Lodging for this space is set aside from the main Event Center and will be reserved for you and your guests as needed. The Pinnacle House, Quail Cottages, and Condor Cottages will hold up to 27 guests for your wedding, and can be booked seprately.

Accommodation

Paicines Ranch offers a variety of overnight lodging for you and your guests. Each room or cottage has a microwave, small refrigerator, coffeemaker, and internet access. The Grogan House is a spacious Italianate building that features three bedrooms, two baths, and a kitchen. The Rose Cottage boasts four bedrooms, two baths, a living room, a dining room, and a full kitchen. The Cheese House is an old, farm-style house with high ceilings and a fun color scheme. This secluded house features three bedrooms, one bath, and a living room area. These lodgings are conveniently situated at the gateway to San Benito County’s Wine Trail, so your loved ones can enjoy a wine tasting during your wedding weekend.
