She advocated for us but also treated all of the other vendors with kindness and respect, made immediate friends with all of our guests, and was so calm and collected throughout the entire process. We had a fantastic experience working with Chelsea as our partial wedding planner for our October wedding at Holman Ranch in Carmel Valley! Chelsea helped as our partial planner for our wedding in Big Sur back in September of 2025 and we couldn’t be more grateful for her help.

Being that my husband and I are from Seattle, Chelsea leveraged her amazing contact list to help us book vendors that were local to the area and also fit the vibe we were going for. Her relationships with the vendors also helped us get amazing services for extremely reasonable prices that we never could have secured without her.

As we got closer to the wedding, my worries all melted away because I knew she had everything under control. On the day of the wedding, her and her assistant showed up and absolutely crushed. If anything went wrong (though I doubt it did), I was completely oblivious to it and was able to just fully be present and enjoy the day. They ensured everything went off without a hitch and it truly ended up being the best day of our lives. I even got to hang with them for a little bit of the wedding and look back on that memory of us in the “break room” fondly!!

I’m someone who loves control and even considered DIY planning our wedding… and WOW am I grateful I didn’t. Throughout the planning process, Chelsea gave us amazing vendor insights, incredibly helpful budget guidance, and tailored everything to fit our specific priorities. Tables and chairs were set perfectly, the guestbook was filled with sweet notes, and at the end of the night our cards, gifts, and even dessert magically appeared in our honeymoon suite.

One moment I will never forget is when my wedding dress clasp broke right after the ceremony. The kind of thing that could easily send a bride into a spiral. Chelsea calmly and flawlessly sewed me back into my dress in minutes. It happened again later (!!!) with my second look and she handled it just as smoothly the second time. What could have been a total meltdown moment was barely a blip because of her.

Chelsea is steady, capable, and somehow makes everything look effortless. Katie was wonderful as well and such a supportive presence throughout the day. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish.
