Kristina Oo was an exceptional Event Coordinator for our wedding, and we cannot express enough how grateful we are for her dedication, professionalism, and care. From the very beginning, Kristina was incredibly responsive, easy to communicate with, and genuinely attentive to our wants and needs. She understood our vision perfectly and went above and beyond to bring it to life.

We hosted a large backyard wedding with 200 guests and chose Stonefire for our reception. Since Stonefire only handles the setup of their food service, all of the reception setup—tables, chairs, chargers, plates, utensils, linens, and décor—became additional responsibilities for Kristina and her team. This level of setup is typically managed by a full-service catering company, yet Kristina stepped in without hesitation and executed everything flawlessly. She and her team transformed our space beautifully and ensured every detail of the reception area matched our vision.

We received countless compliments from our guests about how perfectly timed and organized the entire event was, which was a direct reflection of Kristina’s expertise and her team’s hard work. My husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding day without stress, as Kristina ensured every detail was handled with care and precision. Her coordination allowed us to be present in every moment, confident that everything was running smoothly.

Kristina and Julie were wonderful! They were super helpful in organizing all the information during such a frenzy of wedding planning. They were quick in responding to all the questions I had and also went out of their way to make sure to double/triple check everything. The day-of went by so smoothly and everything was perfect! The second I read about Kristina's experience with her own wedding events, I knew she would be the perfect person for us to work with. I had a lot of ideas on how we could bring elements from both our cultures into it and she really helped us incorporate them in the timeline (not the easiest either planning from another country, but she made it work). She did well communicating with all of our vendors and on the day of responded quickly and calmly when I let her know I had made a table numbering mistake and made sure to pick up everything necessary before and after the event. She even made sure I got something to eat before the event started since I had been running on pure adrenaline. You definitely won't regret it if you pick her as your planner or coordinator, she'll have your back for sure. We honestly can't thank her enough for helping us with our wedding reception party.

Kristina helped us envision our wedding as a wedding coordinator and we worked with her for several months to plan ahead. She was extremely organized and experienced with all of the wedding milestones that went along with the process. My new bride and I were grateful for her help as it really relieved the planning process for us as two working professionals.

I also needed her help getting through the weeds of wedding planning such as the type of table linens, florals, and the detailed layout of tables and guest invitations. She helped us do this with ease!

We took her recommendations for a florist, wedding invitation website and a few others, and they were spot on! The vendor process was easier with her dedicated help.

I would highly recommend Kristina's services for your wedding or event needs. She is professional, detail oriented, and has experience planning for everything especially if things don't always go to plan. She was willing to work with us in our budget, meet with us as necessary, and to help us find vendors with her connections.

Kristina was wonderful! We hired her as our day-of coordinator. In the month leading up to the wedding she was super helpful meeting with us over zoom, going over the details with us, and making sure we had everything together (turns out there were some important details we had missed, like trash cans, so this was super helpful). On the day of she was super attentive to all the details--she set up our plates and napkins for us in a very lovely manner, moved our water station when she noticed where we had put it was difficult for the guests to find, had our string trio move when she noticed that the guests were moving away from where they were playing, set up our cake topper and gifts very nicely in our room, etc. Kristina was also just such a lovely person to work with and we would highly recommend her!!!

Kristina was amazing throughout the wedding planning process and the day of the wedding. We were all impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail. She helped us plan our fairytale, rustic style backyard wedding from scratch which meant doing everything from A-Z. I appreciated all her ideas and suggestions with the selection of the vendors and with helping us turn the backyard into a beautiful venue. She was a great communicator and was well organized. I trusted her insight throughout the planning process. She visited the backyard multiple times to help plan the set up for the reception and provided a lot of great ideas and suggestions. She helped us find all of our vendors for our wedding and coordinated with the vendors. She also made sure that we were staying on track with booking all the vendors and getting all the ducks in a row in time for the wedding. She always made herself available for calls and was responsive. She was super caring and friendly which made the wedding planning process even more enjoyable with her. The day of the wedding, she was calm and professional and made sure everything ran smoothly. She did a fantastic job juggling all the surprises and ensured the wedding ran smoothly. She is a great problem-solver and very intelligent. She helped bring our dream come true with having a beautiful backyard wedding for 200 guests. Our guests told us that it was the most organized and beautiful wedding that they have attended. I highly recommend Kristina for her services!

Kristina was fantastic, beginning to end. She never tried to upsell us on anything nor tack on any extra services that were not a part of what we wanted. She made fantastic recommendations for vendors and services and was always a very helpful go-between. She always responded to questions and inquiries promptly. She took our vision and desire for our special day and made sure what we saw is what we got, and she was with us right up to the end (last person to leave before my wife and I left the reception). Helpful in more ways than can be imagined, she was constantly ready for anything and everything that came up, and DEFINITELY had a can-do mindset. Warm and friendly and very, very sweet and sincere, I know our wedding could not have been what we wanted and what we got without her coordination!!!

Kristina is amazing! From the planning to the day of my wedding Kristina was extremely helpful! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her.
