My husband and I just got married a few weeks ago and were truly BLOWN away by how our florals came together on wedding day! Maritza is incredibly kind, helpful, and SO talented! We had a meetings leading up to the wedding, and I sent over some inspiration photos, but also wanted her to put her own creative spin on everything. We got so many compliments on all of our flowers, especially the arch. She truly brought our vision to life! I also found her pricing to be transparent and more than fair for the quality of her work. If you are looking for a florist for an upcoming wedding or special event in the Ventura/Santa Barbara and LA areas, no need to look further!

We cannot say enough good things about Maritza and Flourish Design & Co.! Maritza was hands on throughout the process, making the planning and floral design so easy and seamless. We worked with her to switch up our design of a couple items throughout the process and she was incredibly accommodating and made it so comfortable and made us feel no shame in wanting to tweak to get exactly our design vision. Aside from the incredibly wonderful time we had planning and working with her, the floral arrangements turned out STUNNING! They were exactly what we imagined and more, everything was so beautiful and exactly the style we wanted. It’s truly amazing how many different floral design styles Maritza can do, it seems like there is literally nothing she can’t do! She was so fast in set up and with repurposing florals (ceremony to reception arrangements) and was so incredibly sweet. Truly a lovely person with an incredible eye for design, immense talent to create beautiful, stunning arrangements, with a professional and efficient attitude. We can’t stress enough to anyone how much we recommend Maritza. AMAZING value for the prices they charge as well. Flourish is much less than average in price and 100000% more than average in skill, personality, floral design. She made the process wonderful and made our wedding beautiful. We love you Maritza!!

Maritza was a life saver for our wedding. My family lives on a farm, so we originally just wanted someone to just help us assemble our flowers. Unfortunately all the winter rain destroyed our flowers and we needed last minute help from Maritza. We were terrified because flowers can be so expensive. Maritza came to the rescue with a beautiful arrangement and worked with us to stay in our budget. Our flowers were perfect and exactly what I dreamed of. She was also so calming. Some vendors add stress. She had me so assured and she did not disappoint!

Maritza did bouquets for me and my bridesmaids and boutonnières/pins for my husband, his groomsmen, and our parents for our wedding on 5/19/24. She was extremely responsive, professional, and was super easy to work with. She was also one of the few florists we found that just did personal florals and didn’t have a large minimum, which was amazing and perfect for our budget (for a minute I had a hard time finding that and was worried I was going to have do to flowers myself!). She also delivered to us at the venue!

Most importantly, she is an ARTIST. I wasn’t too picky about the bouquets and boutonnières, because I didn’t have a specific vision in my head. During our final meeting with Maritza, basically all I did was give her my Pinterest board with inspo pics, and essentially told her to run free haha. She asked some specific questions, like if I had to have any flowers, what color for the ribbon, but overall was happy to just take it and go. What she showed up with at my wedding was absolutely OUTSTANDING. My jaw was on the floor. And the boutonnières were perfect accents to the bouquets!! I am still blown away 2.5 weeks later thinking about it. They really were the perfect cherry on top to the day, and I loved my bouquet so much that we rushed to get them preserved afterwards because I wanted to keep them forever. Maritza is the best, her prices are super fair, and I would rehire her in a heartbeat!

Maritza is YOUR GIRL!!! When first meeting Maritza, I knew I was going to have an exceptionally easy time having her as my florist. She was knowledgeable, professional, and her prices were great! Any question I had, she answered easily. She went through the timeline with me, what to expect and was very thorough on the process. When it came to the design, I wasn’t too set on the type of flowers I wanted but more so the color scheme and look and she created an amazing display. She took exactly what I wanted and created the most stunning arrangements. On the day of the wedding, she had another florist she works with deliver (Taylor) and set up the flowers and she was a delight to meet as well. Taylor set up everything and even transported my ceremony arrangements to my reception. Everything looked perfect day of.
