From the first moment I spoke to Meg, I knew we were going to be in good hands. We hired M and M Events for their month of coordinating package. From the beginning, Meg was kind, communicative, honest, and knowledgeable. Her forms were so helpful in organizing the important details of the day, she really took the time to get the full vision of our wedding, and she went above and beyond helping us navigate some pre wedding drama. If the wedding day had bumps in the road, I didn't have a clue because Meg kept our day as stress free as possible, handled everything behind the scenes, and executed the day perfectly to our vision. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone!

Mia Bella Weddings was such a great choice for our wedding coordinator. From the very beginning Katie was so communicative and willing to answer all of our questions, help us find vendors, etc. Leading up to the wedding she thought of everything and was so prepared! She also made sure we had everything we needed to be prepared. She is truly a wealth of knowledge when it comes to putting together a wedding. On the day of, everything looked perfect thanks to Katie. I was not very specific about what I wanted but I brought all the decor and Katie made everything look amazing. I did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day because I knew she had it handled. I cannot recommend her enough if you are planning any event!

My husband and I booked Nichelle as our day-of coordinator for our wedding of 120 guests. We booked her in January for our July wedding. I can’t even count the emails Nichelle and I have exchanged – she was so patient to work with me even 6 months out from the wedding! I can honestly say our wedding would not have been the same if it was not for Nichelle and her assistant. During the planning process Nichelle was helpful to me when I had questions and concerns about how to plan my wedding. For example, I had no idea to set up a timeline that would actually work for a real wedding; Nichelle offered me some guidance and expertise regarding a realistic timeline and how I could prioritize. She made herself available to attend a venue walk-through and was always an email, text, or call away. It can be really scary planning an entire wedding almost entirely by yourself – Nichelle was reassuring to me and was almost like a security blanket. When it came to the big day, Nichelle was responsible for essentially everything. She orchestrated set up, put out the décor, made sure vendors were on time and doing what was needed, and she kept a close eye on the timeline and guests during the wedding and even coordinated our wedding ceremony on the fly (we didn’t even have a rehearsal!). We had about 11 vendors, so this was not an easy task. I had specific DIY projects and special décor items that she set-up for me. She is also design conscious to know when something doesn’t look good, and if it needs to be placed somewhere else. One thing I am especially happy about is that when it started raining (I know, in JULY!) Nichelle was quick on her feet and moved the outdoor gift and beverage tables to new locations inside our venue. Looking back, Nichelle was the most important vendor we booked. My husband are so happy we decided to book her! She was the best!

We hired Ashley for her day of coordinator services for our Santa Barbara wedding last October (sorry we took so long, Ashley). Ashley is absolutely wonderful to work with. When she first met with us we thought we had almost everything ready and planned out. She walked through everything we had planned so far and asked us all of the right questions to help us figure out what we still needed to figure out. She gave us wonderful recommendations on the couple larger items we knew we needed help with (we used some of them and they worked out great). She collected all of our vendor information and helped us nail down our schedule perfectly. She met with us at the 30 days out mark, a week before the wedding, for the rehearsal, and of course on the big day. She even helped us with choreographing our first dance (she's a wonderful dancer). On the big day, she handled setup, took care of everything we didn't want to worry about, and kept everything perfectly on schedule. She was wonderful and professional, and just a fantastic person to work with. It took a lot of convincing to get my husband to consider hiring a day of coordinator, but he loved her and thinks she was worth more than every penny. If you choose Ashley, you will not regret it. -Anissa and Randy

Down Emery lane was the first vendor I hired after setting our wedding date. I can say hands down I made the beat decision ever! They were a blessing from day one and made the process so easy! Our wedding day surpassed our wildest expectation. We are vintage lovers and collected vintage items for 9 months to stage our home for a intimate wedding. During this process Jessica would reach out and share things with me that she saw or found. It was so fun to have her be part of our “treasure hunting” From the first time we talked they understood our vision. It was so nice being in professional hands that knew all the ins and outs of turning your home/venue into your dream wedding space! It was such a production. If it wasn’t for down emery lanes expertise our day wouldn’t have been beyond perfect!!! They poured just as much love into our wedding as we did and were for ever grateful for all the love they showered us with during the planning process and on our wedding day!!

Annette and her team are amazing! Not many planners in the area were doing just day-of coordination anymore so we went with the partial planning services. Even before we officially contracted with her, Annette was offering advice as if we were her own kids. You can tell she is so genuine and kind. Annette was with us from the beginning and helped to recommend potential vendors. She also attended all our floral and tasting appointments with us, which was super helpful because she had a great relationship with those vendors already and knew the right questions to ask. She has a great eye for design and really understands your inspiration as well. We were planning our wedding from long distance (NorCal to SoCal) so it was great having Annette along the way to keep us organized and on track too. We would have weekly calls in the month leading up to the wedding. On the day of our wedding, everything went so smoothly and we didn't even worry at all about the logistics because Annette's team was taking care of everything and working hard behind the scenes. We are so grateful to Wheat & Honey and highly recommend!

I truly cannot speak highly enough of Lauren and everything she did for our wedding. I’m a relatively organized person and at the start of our wedding prep, I had a pretty solid idea of how I wanted everything to go. I didn’t think we needed wedding coordination at first, but was talked into it by my mom. We hired Lauren for her partial wedding planning package and was truly the best decision we could have made. Lauren is so incredibly organized and has such a refined attention to detail, she managed to make the entire process flawless and completely stress free. She is so knowledgeable about every little detail in the wedding planning process that we didn’t have to think or worry the entire time. She organized everything from vendor set up, contracts, timeline planning, decoration planning and set up and made everything so incredibly easy. I would have been a nervous and chaotic mess without her! She flawlessly managed to organize the entire ceremony and intricate setup of our reception (which included lighting over 200 individual candles between the ceremony and reception - she is an absolute saint) all while keeping a smooth moving schedule. The whole thing went off without a hitch! Please do yourself the favor and use Lauren for her wedding planning - she truly is incredible!
