Alison and her team were so helpful throughout the wedding planning process! Our day went so smoothly thanks to all the preparation we did together ahead of time. Really appreciate how professional and organized the Monarch team was. We had a great experience!

Kindra was incredible to work with from start to finish. We used her coordination services and she executed everything we needed her to, and more. The last 2 months of wedding planning were stressful, but Kindra made this experience easy and enjoyable. We felt supported throughout the wedding planning process and she truly has the answers for everything. Could not recommend her enough!

Choosing Cristina from tutt events ( formerly known as cask events) was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From start to finish, they demonstrated an unmatched level of professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail that exceeded our expectations. Cristina and Kaitlyn took the time to truly understand our vision and brought it to life in ways we couldn't have imagined. They were proactive in suggesting ideas that perfectly complemented our style and budget, making the planning process smooth and enjoyable. On the day of our wedding, everything was executed flawlessly. Every detail, from the décor to the timeline, was meticulously planned and executed with precision. Firstly, there is no one I would trust more than Colleen to plan or help you plan your wedding. Colleen was our coordinator for 2+ years as we were a Covid couple that had to cancel our first /and/ second wedding attempts. Throughout it all she was right there answering every question and guiding us through one of the most stressful times to plan a wedding! Colleen is so fun, kind, and professional. She gave us incredible and candid vendor recommendations that made the best vendor team we could have asked for. She gave us a warm hand-off to another amazing coordinator for our wedding day as she needed to take a step back for her maternity leave, but even at 8 months pregnant she still came to coordinate for us for a few hours on the day of!!! She even went to get us batteries for our flameless candles on the day of when we didn’t realize they didn’t come with the batteries. We adore her - My husband and I can’t recommend her enough and would hire her again any time we had an event!!! Outstanding.

I just can't say enough about Taylor! She was an absolute pleasure to work with, sweet, kind, gentle, professional, and hard-working! I know that I would not have enjoyed my daughter's wedding as much if it weren't for Taylor. I highly recommend her and wish her continued success and happiness.

I truly don’t have enough words to describe how incredible Brooke and her team were. Our wedding planning took a really difficult and emotional turn when our original coordinator passed away a few months before our date. Brooke stepped in and immediately blew us away. She truly didn’t have to do that, and it just shows the kind of person she is. She has so much heart and integrity, and it made us feel so taken care of during a stressful time. When it came to the actual logistics, Brooke is an organization queen. I brought a lot of my own decor to The White Barn, and I was a little nervous about how it would all come together. Brooke’s team had everything set up and looking perfect within just a few hours on Friday. Seeing everything ready a day early allowed me to actually breathe and enjoy the Saturday morning of my wedding without a single worry. On the wedding day itself, Brooke and her team were like our guardian angels. They were so attentive, I never had to ask for a drink, and they were always one step ahead of every need. Brooke managed our timeline perfectly but, more importantly, she made sure we actually got to enjoy it. She protected those little special moments for us so the day didn't just fly by in a blur. Our wedding day at The White Barn wouldn’t have been what it was without her. If you want a coordinator who is professional but feels like a friend who genuinely has your back, Brooke is your girl. I cannot recommend her enough!

We hired Buonasera Events for our wedding in the Santa Ynez Valley, and were very happy we did! Monica was incredibly friendly, communicative, and organized. We were impressed by the work she did both leading up to and on the day of our ceremony. She was instrumental in the organization and smooth running of our day. We would highly recommend her to everyone!

I cannot say enough great things about Anthonia. She was an integral part to our wedding planning process and wedding weekend specifically. She provided an important balance of being direct, but also cultivating exactly what we wanted for our special weekend. Her ability to organize and make things happen quickly provided a great anxiolytic! Furthermore, her passion and genuineness was felt throughout the weekend as she did not let anything fall out of place and was attentive to the wedding party’s and guests needs. She literally did not stop working and moving the entire weekend until it was all over, and she did it all on her own which was no easy task. This was noted and recognized by several guests, family members, and friends in the wedding party - which I think speaks to the level of service she provided. She was attentive and worked well with all of our vendors, and we never had to worry about how the day would turn out, because we trusted her fully! That was one thing that she assured us of when we hired her, and I think that is really important to consider when you are hiring a planner or coordinator. Her goal was to ensure that we were taken care of, and she did just that. Our wedding was certainly enhanced by Anthonia and her ability to make the day run as smoothly and perfectly as it did. She went above and beyond on our wedding weekend and we cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Anthonia!

We cannot say enough amazing things about Tracey with Heart Melting Events. From start to finish, she was organized, calm, and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. Even with an injured knee, Tracey was literally running around on the day of the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. Her dedication was incredible, and it showed in every detail. Her twin sister, Lacey, was also fabulous and such a huge help assisting on the day of the wedding. Truly, the entire Heart Melting Events team was fantastic. We even had accidental ceremony crashers, which left us suddenly short on chairs just minutes before the ceremony was about to start. Tracey handled the issue seamlessly, and most guests never even realized there was a problem. That level of quick thinking and problem-solving is priceless. Because of Tracey and her team, we were able to relax and fully enjoy our day knowing everything was in the best hands. If you are considering a wedding coordinator, look no further. Heart Melting Events is truly exceptional, and we are so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding unforgettable.
