Firstly, there is no one I would trust more than Colleen to plan or help you plan your wedding. Colleen was our coordinator for 2+ years as we were a Covid couple that had to cancel our first /and/ second wedding attempts. Throughout it all she was right there answering every question and guiding us through one of the most stressful times to plan a wedding! Colleen is so fun, kind, and professional. She gave us incredible and candid vendor recommendations that made the best vendor team we could have asked for. She gave us a warm hand-off to another amazing coordinator for our wedding day as she needed to take a step back for her maternity leave, but even at 8 months pregnant she still came to coordinate for us for a few hours on the day of!!! She even went to get us batteries for our flameless candles on the day of when we didn’t realize they didn’t come with the batteries. We adore her - My husband and I can’t recommend her enough and would hire her again any time we had an event!!! Outstanding.

Like many brides, I had goals to have a beautiful wedding while staying within a reasonable budget. However, I was planning a wedding in California from out of state, and our venue required us to have a wedding coordinator, so that led me to find Colleen and her team. I am SO THANKFUL it did. Colleen makes you feel so comfortable and at ease - she is kind, funny, and just a joy to be around. Not only that, but she gets. The. Job. Done. Like, the woman handles anything and everything, and she makes you feel like you’re killin’ it the whole time. She was extremely responsive - I’d send her emails with (no lie) 17 questions and she’d respond within a day, answering all of them. She has amazing connections and really fun recommendations, and she always encouraged me to pick the vendor or option I felt most comfortable with. The absolute best part was that on our wedding day, I didn’t have a single worry about anything logistics-related. I just got to enjoy the day with my husband, our friends and our family and that was the best gift ever. If you’re looking for someone to help navigate all of the crazy details to enjoy your big day, you’ve found her. Colleen is a gem.

Colleen and her team are absolutely wonderful. My husband and I interviewed a handful of planners/coordinators for our wedding, and we clicked with Colleen immediately over the phone. She's funny, straight-forward, kind, organized and creative.
Colleen created a custom proposal for us that included both Design and Coordination. Throughout our planning process, she was readily available by email/phone/text. We worked a wedding in Paso Robles that was at least 90+ degrees and she did such an amazing job keeping everyone on time so that each of the events ran smoothly. We had a 75-person barn wedding at the Dana Powers Barn. We wanted a day-of coordinator who would answer a handful of our clueless questions about logistics, planning and vendors, especially since we weren't local, who would be supportive of our vision of our wedding, and who would provide day-of coordination services that would allow us to fully enjoy each moment of our wedding day. Colleen delivered. We had just four months to plan the wedding, and we hired Colleen because we had encountered a couple of coordinators who judged parts of our vision and made us feel more, not less, stressed out. Colleen was just the opposite; she was accommodating, calming, charming, helpful, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental. She emphasized that she would support whatever we wanted our wedding to be. Throughout our engagement, she continued to be helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. She attended our venue walk-through with us. She had us fill our her amazing 24-page month-of wedding packet that made us consider items we otherwise would've forgotten and organized all of our chaotic and cluttered lists and thoughts regarding the wedding. She set up our decor on the day of our wedding. We felt very comfortable having her (with support from our DJ) in charge of running all of the logistics and timing. Our wedding exceeded our wildest expectations; we received this comment several times: "Aside from my own, this is the best wedding I've ever attended."

Colleen was incredible as she helped us with month-of coordination for our July wedding. She was ALWAYS quick to respond and she really knows her stuff when it comes to weddings in SLO. She was extremely helpful when it came to ensuring all our vendors were compliant with insurance, so that we didn't have any surprises on the wedding day. Without her, things really could have turned south. Instead, it was a flawless day. Even when things didn't necessarily fall into her typical set of responsibilities, she stepped up to the plate. She was truly the perfect balance of flexible but organized. The day ran so smoothly and organically and I think that was in huge part to Colleen's skill and experience.
