  Colleen is organized, professional, and great to work with as a Venue

  I really enjoyed working with Colleen to put together a beautiful wedding at our winery. Working with quality planners helps us as a site so much, planners can make or break an event and she was on top of all the details. I hope more of my clients choose her to help plan their special day!

  Outstanding!!!

  Firstly, there is no one I would trust more than Colleen to plan or help you plan your wedding. Colleen was our coordinator for 2+ years as we were a Covid couple that had to cancel our first /and/ second wedding attempts. Throughout it all she was right there answering every question and guiding us through one of the most stressful times to plan a wedding! Colleen is so fun, kind, and professional. She gave us incredible and candid vendor recommendations that made the best vendor team we could have asked for. She gave us a warm hand-off to another amazing coordinator for our wedding day as she needed to take a step back for her maternity leave, but even at 8 months pregnant she still came to coordinate for us for a few hours on the day of!!! She even went to get us batteries for our flameless candles on the day of when we didn’t realize they didn’t come with the batteries. We adore her - My husband and I can’t recommend her enough and would hire her again any time we had an event!!! Outstanding.

  Dream Wedding in 5 days!!

  Colleen and Eventful Wedding Planning helped us create our dream wedding in 5 days after canceling a large destination celebration due to a hurricane. We are so grateful that we met Colleen and were still able to have our dream celebration. I cannot imagine the work Colleen and her team can accomplish with more notice. Thank you to Colleen for making our celebration our dream wedding!

I have complete confidence in her skills. She will take your ideas and inspirations and make them the reality that is even more than you could have imagined.   If you are deciding whether or not a wedding planner is worth it, the answer is YES! The moment I saw Colleen show up on site the day before, it was as if a weight had been taken off my shoulders. She made the day run so smoothly that I had no clue whether things went wrong during the day of because she took care of it! Super sweet and incredibly professional, I highly recommend Colleen!

  Recently I had the pleasure of attending a 60th birthday party which was entirely arranged by Colleen. The flowers, food, lighting ( party was outside and the strings of lights hanging throughout the yard were beautiful) cake and invitations were extremely well-thought out. The party's theme was ITALIAN and Colleen did a marvelous job of planning a menu that was all very scrumptious Italian fare. She is very organized and talented and I highly recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding or a party of any kind.

  Colleen Was absolutely amazing to work with! She made our wedding day seem as if we had no worries other than getting ourselves prepared. Colleen kept in contact with me quite a bit a month prior to the wedding, and she assured me that everything would be accomplished, and that it was! Before the wedding we prepared quite a bit to make sure all the decor was where my husband and I wanted it placed, and she didn't miss a beat on the day of the wedding, it looked amazing.
  Colleen is not only fun to work with, but also very professional and on top of all the vendors. The day of the wedding I had no concerns about things getting done. We truly had an amazing day at the wedding. Everything was perfect and we had no complaints! Having Colleen there made everything so stress free!

  I'm a wedding photographer (Kelley Williams Photography) and I absolutely loved working with Colleen and her team. We worked a wedding in Paso Robles that was at least 90+ degrees and she did such an amazing job keeping everyone on time so that each of the events ran smoothly. You can't go wrong, you need to book Eventful Wedding Planning immediately!

  We received a recommendation from a trusted source to meet and work with Colleen Gregory for help with wedding coordination. We do not live in the central coast area of California, but rather just over the hills in the San Joaquin valley. Colleen proved to be invaluable with her knowledge of vendors in the central coast that she would recommend to us as we planned the wedding. Her recommendations were always kind and encouraging, leaving us room to check it out without feeling like we had to pick exactly what she recommended. During the planning process, she was very, very helpful. But then on the wedding day...we could not have done it without her. She took all the details that were in motion, and coordinated an efficient "day of" plan.   Seamless Wedding Coordination

  We had a 75-person barn wedding at the Dana Powers Barn. We wanted a day-of coordinator who would answer a handful of our clueless questions about logistics, planning and vendors, especially since we weren't local, who would be supportive of our vision of our wedding, and who would provide day-of coordination services that would allow us to fully enjoy each moment of our wedding day. Colleen delivered. We had just four months to plan the wedding, and we hired Colleen because we had encountered a couple of coordinators who judged parts of our vision and made us feel more, not less, stressed out. Colleen was just the opposite; she was accommodating, calming, charming, helpful, knowledgeable, and nonjudgmental. She emphasized that she would support whatever we wanted our wedding to be. Throughout our engagement, she continued to be helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. She attended our venue walk-through with us. She had us fill our her amazing 24-page month-of wedding packet that made us consider items we otherwise would've forgotten and organized all of our chaotic and cluttered lists and thoughts regarding the wedding. She set up our decor on the day of our wedding. We felt very comfortable having her (with support from our DJ) in charge of running all of the logistics and timing. Our wedding exceeded our wildest expectations; we received this comment several times: "Aside from my own, this is the best wedding I've ever attended."

  Simply the best!!

  Like many brides, I had goals to have a beautiful wedding while staying within a reasonable budget. However, I was planning a wedding in California from out of state, and our venue required us to have a wedding coordinator, so that led me to find Colleen and her team. I am SO THANKFUL it did. Colleen makes you feel so comfortable and at ease - she is kind, funny, and just a joy to be around. Not only that, but she gets. The. Job. Done. Like, the woman handles anything and everything, and she makes you feel like you’re killin’ it the whole time. She was extremely responsive - I’d send her emails with (no lie) 17 questions and she’d respond within a day, answering all of them. She has amazing connections and really fun recommendations, and she always encouraged me to pick the vendor or option I felt most comfortable with. The absolute best part was that on our wedding day, I didn’t have a single worry about anything logistics-related. I just got to enjoy the day with my husband, our friends and our family and that was the best gift ever. If you’re looking for someone to help navigate all of the crazy details to enjoy your big day, you’ve found her. Colleen is a gem.

  Im literally sitting on the couch right now and I just watched our video again and I am crying. Colleen was AMAZING. She made the day and she saved the day so many times. I have heard nothing but amazing things from everyone at the wedding about her being absolutely on top of it! She took care of 'problems' before they were even problems. I heard later from some guests that Colleen saved the day more than once, and i am beyond impressed. She took care of everything the day of the wedding, including all decorating and making sure it was exactly how i wanted it! I am very type A and I was having a hard time believing that I could relinquish control on such an important day. Not a single thing was out of place, not a single thing went 'wrong'. She helped me bring my Pinterest ideas to reality, calmed me down when I was freaking out because it might rain on my wedding day, and on the day of she did everything! She took my pictures and checklists and decorated it exactly how I imagined. She helped me in so many ways I could not of planned or executed my dream wedding without her.   Eventful Wedding Planning did and amazing job coordinating the details for our daughter's wedding in San Luis Obispo at the Madonna Inn. Colleen responded quickly to any of our questions and was always helpful!
  She did a fine job of coordinating with our vendors and providing a detailed, workable, time line for the event. Good onsite coordination on the day-of with family and bridal party; cleanup and follow through afterwards was well done. I highly recommend Eventful Wedding Plannng! 5 stars!

  My wife and I were (and still are) so grateful to have had Colleen as our wedding planner! Our wedding was four hours from where we live (more local to Colleen) and she was a great advocate and advisor to us while we planned and executed our dream wedding in an area we’d not spent much time in. Colleen is very even-keeled and confident, which is something we both really appreciated. My wife didn’t sweat a thing on the day of and there were no hiccups before, during, or after the event. The best endorsement I can make of Colleen is that she made our wedding run smooth as glass without anyone even noticing that she was doing so, which as far as I’m concerned is the best you can ask for from someone in her position.

  Colleen was amazing!! Having a wedding coordinator was a last minute decision for us, so when she came on board we had a lot of details already in place. It was amazing to be able to hand everything over to her in the weeks before our wedding and she pulled our day together beautifully. She responded to email very promptly throughout our brief planning time, and worked tirelessly throughout the wedding day to ensure that everything looked beautiful. Our families loved Colleen's warm personality, and one of the groomsmen told me he assumed we had been friends with her for years! She was also great at adapting our timeline when things started to run behind, so that we were able to get all the important parts of the reception in and still end on time. Overall, we couldn't have done it without her!!

She paid attention to the smallest details, as if it were for her own wedding, She kept everyone in check (vendors, bridal party, guests etc.) so the day ran smoothly and on schedule. She was also so responsive during the entire wedding planning process, and gave us some great ideas/tips, and was willing to go above and beyond her duties.

Colleen contacted all my vendors and arranged a timeline with them. When my parking lot attendants bailed last minute, she supplied attendants for me within a few days of our event. She made us all comfortable at the rehearsal and handled all the details day of the wedding. I do many large events and always have a stressful day before and day of and did NOT want this for my daughter's wedding. Colleen made sure that I didn't have to worry about anything and everything went off without a hitch. Thanks!!
