Firstly, there is no one I would trust more than Colleen to plan or help you plan your wedding. Colleen was our coordinator for 2+ years as we were a Covid couple that had to cancel our first /and/ second wedding attempts. Throughout it all she was right there answering every question and guiding us through one of the most stressful times to plan a wedding! Colleen is so fun, kind, and professional. She gave us incredible and candid vendor recommendations that made the best vendor team we could have asked for. She gave us a warm hand-off to another amazing coordinator for our wedding day as she needed to take a step back for her maternity leave, but even at 8 months pregnant she still came to coordinate for us for a few hours on the day of!!! She even went to get us batteries for our flameless candles on the day of when we didn’t realize they didn’t come with the batteries. We adore her - My husband and I can’t recommend her enough and would hire her again any time we had an event!!! Outstanding. -

Colleen and her team are absolutely wonderful. My husband and I interviewed a handful of planners/coordinators for our wedding, and we clicked with Colleen immediately over the phone. She's funny, straight-forward, kind, organized and creative.
Colleen created a custom proposal for us that included both Design and Coordination. Throughout our planning process, she was readily available by email/phone/text. She helped us through all of our questions (there were many!) and was candid in her suggestions. She recommended vendors for us in every category and we couldn't have been happier with the selection! We truly had a rock star team of vendors.
On our wedding day, things went off without a hitch. Colleen and her team had everything under control, including all decorations, and my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing! She and her team had a well developed schedule and literally just told us where to go and when. It was SUCH a relief to not have to make ANY decisions on my wedding day. My husband and I had the most amazing day! I would recommend Colleen and her team 100 times over! Truly amazing! -

I'm a wedding photographer (Kelley Williams Photography) and I absolutely loved working with Colleen and her team. We worked a wedding in Paso Robles that was at least 90+ degrees and she did such an amazing job keeping everyone on time so that each of the events ran smoothly. Colleen and Eventful Wedding Planning helped us create our dream wedding in 5 days after canceling a large destination celebration due to a hurricane. We are so grateful that we met Colleen and were still able to have our dream celebration. I cannot imagine the work Colleen and her team can accomplish with more notice. User2470105 Sent on 12/15/2015Colleen was a godsend. She was our "day-of" coordinator, but she was right there with us from the start, so "day-of" seems inaccurate. When we booked with Eventful, we had literally done NOTHING and, like a champ, Colleen put us right on track. She is a SLO local with a Cal Poly degree in event-planning AND a decade of experience in the Central Coast wedding/event industry, i.e. the perfect wedding planner trifecta. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on; even after I did a ton of my own research, I realized that the caterer and photographer she suggested in the beginning were the perfect fit for my tastes/budget (a testament to her knowledge of the local wedding industry!)
There were times in the planning process when I was inches from having a meltdown and her calm energy and reassurance saved me. For example, a few weeks before the wedding I told her that I was freaking out about the possibility of El Nino rainstorms ruining our outdoor wedding. Instead of saying "Don't worry, it won't rain" (*my hubby's response), she said, "Don't worry, if it looks like it's going to rain, I'll be 100% on top of it" and went on to give full details of how she and her team would save the wedding. As a bride, to hear that someone other than the groom or your parents cares about your wedding that much is a HUGE comfort. I felt like my wedding was in good hands.
On our big day Colleen and her team went above and beyond. Let's just say I bit off more "DIY" than I could chew, so on the morning of, I was at the venue, scrambling to finish up. When Colleen and her team showed up at 11 am, she was like "You need to go! We'll take care of this." So I did, leaving a lot of loose ends, and when I came back, the venue was completely transformed, and looked just the way I had envisioned it. The rest of the day/night went smoothly, and if there were any issues, I had no idea, because Colleen handled them.
I am so grateful to Colleen for helping make our dream wedding a reality :) -

User2434033 Sent on 11/19/2015Being it that Colleen and I went to high school together I knew I wouldn't want to use anyone else to plan our wedding. Since I was originally from the Central Coast and my parents still live there, I wanted to get married on our ranch, but this meant planning a "destination wedding" since my husband and I live in South Dakota now. She was able to put all my worries that things would not get done or that the details wouldn't be right since I only had a few times I could make it to California. She is very professional and put my mind at easy during the whole wedding day! She made my destination wedding back to my home town a day I will never forget! Thank you Colleen! -
User2231564 Sent on 07/18/2015Colleen Was absolutely amazing to work with! She made our wedding day seem as if we had no worries other than getting ourselves prepared. Colleen kept in contact with me quite a bit a month prior to the wedding, and she assured me that everything would be accomplished, and that it was! Before the wedding we prepared quite a bit to make sure all the decor was where my husband and I wanted it placed, and she didn't miss a beat on the day of the wedding, it looked amazing.
Colleen is not only fun to work with, but also very professional and on top of all the vendors. The day of the wedding I had no concerns about things getting done. We truly had an amazing day at the wedding. Everything was perfect and we had no complaints! Having Colleen there made everything so stress free!
Not only do you have an amazing wedding after working with Colleen but you have made a great friend! The day was more than Perfect!
