Words cannot describe how INCREDIBLY GRATEFUL I am for Janet and her team in making our dream wedding come to life. We got married at Cass Winery in Sept 2024 with 170 guests. We started working with Janet a year and a half out from our wedding date, and from the very start, Janet was fully attentive to us. She kept us so organized that we had every vendor booked a year in advance of our wedding date. And her wedding vendor recommendations were AMAZING, and really helped us identify those who fit our vibe, style, and budget.
Planning a wedding can be one of the most stressful processes, but Janet made it completely stress-free. I fully trusted every decision that Janet helped us make and we wouldn’t have been able to do our wedding without her.
I knew that when it finally came to the actual wedding day, I would have nothing to worry about because Janet had everything handled from coordinating with vendors, ceremony procession, food service, photography timeline, seating, helping us get water breaks, you name it.
I was honestly sad after the wedding when I realized we wouldn’t get to chat with Janet anymore since I felt like she had been so engrained in our lives for so long.
And it wasn’t only my husband and I that noticed all of her amazingness on our big day - multiple friends and family came up to us at our wedding complimenting how great her and her team were.

Janet and team did an exceptional job on wedding day! She flawlessly lead and kept well organized a large 22 person wedding party, seamlessly worked with and orchestrated 11 other vendors, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process, always having expert advice and experience to share. We would recommend her with flying colors to anyone! It’s rare to find someone who is not only incredibly experienced but also positive, energetic, and a pure joy to be around. We looked forward to our site visits and planning calls! We were able to thoroughly enjoy our wedding day knowing we were in the hands of Janet and her capable team!

I truly cannot speak highly enough about Janet Tacy and Sandcastle Celebrations. She was awesome to work with throughout the planning process, but most importantly, with her help and oversight, our wedding day could not have run more smoothly. Janet handled vendor communication and coordinated when each vendor would arrive to ensure timely set up and preparation. If there were any bumps in the road or issues, I was not made aware and was not stressed whatsoever about the logistics of the day which was such a blessing. At the same time, she made sure to check details with me (style of napkin fold or floral repurposing) and make sure everything looked as I hoped. Janet and her team even made sure my table number markers (that I printed on flimsy paper the day before the wedding) were able to stand up at each table despite the wind (still don't even know how they accomplished this!). She did all of this so that I could be completely present with my family and friends, preparing for one of the biggest days of my life. I could go on, but in short, I would recommend Janet and Sandcastle Celebrations 100x over.

We were lucky to get Janet as our coordinator for our 225+ person meeting wedding in San Luis Obispo. Janet was very supportive throughout the process and provided all the guidance we needed to organize our big event with positive attitude. Janet is the secret sauce to a successful wedding! She was with us every step of the way as my daughter and I worked to plan a Labor Day wedding. Janet is a very clear and responsive communicator. She offered an excellent vendor list and a thorough timeline. We had regularly scheduled phone calls and a couple of on-site meetings at the venue over the course of the year of planning. Janet is so good at ring-leading the day-of, that it was easy to trust her and her team completely with the set up of all the vendors at the venue. Just before the start of the ceremony, we walked out to the most magical, fairytale-like setting with everyone and every single detail in place. I don't know how she does it, but she does!
