Christina was amazing to work with. On our wedding day I knew everything would be taken care of. She is calm, direct, and will make sure the job gets done correctly. Our wedding was absolute perfection and Christina played a huge part in that!

Christina was truly incredible! She made the planning fun and easy leading up to the big day. On the day of, she was such a calming presence, and if there were any timing issues she presented easy options immediately in a way that made us feel at ease. We could not have done it without her! There were so many times throughout this process where my fiancée and I looked at each other and said “I’m so glad we have Christina.” It truly was the best money we spent out of the entire wedding budget. Christina makes sure every i is dotted and every t is crossed. She brings to your attention things that you never would have thought of, and then you realize how important they are! She does all of this with the biggest smile and a true passion for making your day the best day of your life.

Some specific things that stand out to me are her enthusiasm and her organization, as well as her connections in the industry. During our meetings she helped identify clear action items that needed to be tacklers before the next meeting, and she helped us tackle those. This kept us so on track and helped us not worry about 30 day count down stuff when we were six months out. She knows exactly what needs to be done and when it needs to be done. Christina also made several vendor recommendations throughout the process that were super helpful and needless to say the vendors were all familiar with her and excited to work with her!

She had excellent preexisting relationships with a lot of our vendors, and she was so professional and warm to the one or two vendors she hadn’t worked with before. Specifically our photographer, I feel like they were in lock step the whole time and I know they will be excited to work together again in the future!

Rehearsal also really stood out to me because, again, Christina thinks of everything. Everyone left that venue knowing exactly what they needed to do on wedding day, but it wasn’t one of those rehearsals where you’re bored and waiting for it to be over! Christina made it fun and brought her awesome sense of humor to the event and everyone had a blast. It really amplified the tone of excitement for the next day!

Everything was set up so beautifully and perfectly, I couldn’t have asked for a better team to bring my vision to life.

I would write about the way Christina handled any day-of problems or crises, but if they happened I literally didn’t hear about them.

Christina was everything we were looking for in a coordinator and more! She helped us stay organized and on top of wedding planning in the months prior to the wedding AND made sure our wedding day ran without any hiccups. I felt at peace knowing she was in charge the day of. I also loved her positive energy and optimism in ensuring that we got to plan our day to our liking.

Christina was amazing in helping us plan and coordinate our wedding! We worked with her for over a year, and she helped us find all of our vendors, book the vendors and organize everyone so that we didn’t have to worry. She was always willing to hop on a call to go over every detail and was always available to us over email and text message as well. Our wedding day went flawlessly and that was thanks to Christina!

Hire Christina ASAP! We hired Christina as our weekend coordinator for a very hands-on DIY wedding. It was on a private estate - NOT a real venue, literally just a house at the top of an incredibly steep and complicated hill. I was so stressed that the logistics of not only getting everyone and everything there, but transforming this house into what needed to feel like a wedding. The key to ALL of this happened was Christina.

Even though Christina was our weekend coordinator, she was available to me from the day I booked her with simple questions, and she became much more involved about 2 months before the wedding, and incredibly hands-on about 2 weeks before the wedding. My point being that although she was our weekend coordinator, she was supportive and present for the entirety of our planning process.

Christina is also very well connected in the Paso Robles area. She knows so many vendors, and she has means to connecting to the ones she doesn't know. She had a solution for connecting with all of our more... difficult vendors.

Christina is full of incredible and creative solutions. She would prompt me with questions that I hadn't considered - she was avoiding chaos and mishaps preemptively.

She is a MASTER at delegation. She is so kind and sweet, yet capable of being assertive to ensure everyone is doing what they need to do to keep the event on track.

The day before the wedding, we needed to unpack, receive all the rentals, physically transform the estate, and rehearse. When I tell you, Christina showed up READY! She had her sneakers on, workout clothes, and a huge bottle of water and got down to business. She literally broke a sweat to help us create the most incredible venue. I NEVER expected this level of commitment!

On the wedding day, she yet again showed up READY! She looked so professional and was equipped with everything she would need for any catastrophe. She was present from the very beginning to the very end - my family and guests knew exactly who she was and that she was running the show. She shielded my groom and I from all unnecessary questions and decisions - she had such a grasp on our vision and wants, she knew exactly what to do without "bugging" us.

Lastly, Christina genuinely went above and BEYOND at the end of this wedding. I never expected her to do as much as she did to tidy and clean at the conclusion of the wedding but she did it ALL. My decor, champagne glasses, table settings, etc etc were cleared and packed - done and dusted. The day after the wedding there was no cleaning or tidying left, she did it all.

Our wedding dream and vision only came true because of Christina. The day was seamless - PERFECT. If there were any issues, my groom and I were never privy to it, because Christina had it all handled.

When we booked her and I began using it, it changed EVERYTHING for our planning progress. I would've paid a LOT of money for this software just because it was so intuitive and helpful, but Christina will give it to you for free! So amazing!
