I truly cannot speak highly enough of Lauren and everything she did for our wedding. I’m a relatively organized person and at the start of our wedding prep, I had a pretty solid idea of how I wanted everything to go. I didn’t think we needed wedding coordination at first, but was talked into it by my mom. We hired Lauren for her partial wedding planning package and was truly the best decision we could have made. Lauren is so incredibly organized and has such a refined attention to detail, she managed to make the entire process flawless and completely stress free. She is so knowledgeable about every little detail in the wedding planning process that we didn’t have to think or worry the entire time. She organized everything from vendor set up, contracts, timeline planning, decoration planning and set up and made everything so incredibly easy. I would have been a nervous and chaotic mess without her! She flawlessly managed to organize the entire ceremony and intricate setup of our reception (which included lighting over 200 individual candles between the ceremony and reception - she is an absolute saint) all while keeping a smooth moving schedule. The whole thing went off without a hitch! Please do yourself the favor and use Lauren for her wedding planning - she truly is incredible!

Lauren at FancyFern Events is such a wonderful and kind person and we were so lucky to be able to work with her as our wedding day coordinator. She is extremely detail oriented, patient, creative, and organized. Thanks to her impressive organizing and coordination she ensured our wedding day ran smoothly and perfectly! I can’t thank Lauren enough for everything she did to make our wedding so perfect! There were so many obstacles we had to go through because of COVID but Lauren was right there with us trying to make it work. We had to change locations a month before our wedding and Lauren was so patient with all the back and forth. She went above and beyond on our wedding day and there aren’t enough thank yous! I 100% recommend her for any planning needed. Her attentiveness, professionalism, great communication and overall just always there to answer questions was beyond appreciated. On top of that she did an amazing job setting up our wedding reception and making sure everything went smoothly!

Originally, my wife and I thought we could make our big day work without a coordinator since we had already done most of the work for the wedding anyway. However, we were talked into it and ended up choosing Lauren to help us with our big day. After the wedding, we were beyond grateful that we ended up having Lauren because, without her, our wedding wouldn't have been anywhere near perfect! She nailed every single detail down to the tee. She is very friendly, easy to work with, and always responded quickly. All in all, we were extremely thankful to have had Lauren make our wedding day even more perfect than we had envisioned. Lauren was a dream to work with from the very beginning!!! I feel like I could write a novel on how incredible she is but I'll try my best to summarize it with this one review!

I knew from our first phone call that she was the perfect fit for us. We wanted to DIY a lot but we also knew we needed a day of coordinator to make sure the day ran smoothly. Lauren knocked it out of the the park. It was the perfect day!!! She went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us from the get-go! Whether it was just a text to check in on our planning or a detailed day of list, she had it covered. She's professional, knowledgeable, talented and honestly just a darn treat to be around. She's the calm, level headed energy you want on your big day AND during all the days leading up to your wedding. We even had a snafu with our reception space on the WEEK OF THE WEDDING YA'LL! They changed ownership and the tables/decor that were supposed to be provided were possibly unavailable. Without Lauren I probably would have wept a million tears and had a complete breakdown. But of COURSE she took care of everything and the space was PERFECT, it was absolutely perfect! She also recommended the best vendors and made sure every little detail was taken care of, including helping us set up the reception space (we did DIY) AND made sure we ate, drank & enjoyed our party. A huge thank you to Lauren and Fancy Fern Events, it was seriously a perfect, magical day. We felt so lucky!

Lauren was wonderful from start to finish. She was there helping with literally everything. Besides the usual day of duties, she was also there to take care of my wife and I. She brought us each a plate of food during the reception knowing that we were so consumed with wedding guests and family. That simple gesture really made me feel like Lauren was just looking out for us in every single way. There are a million other examples of how fantastic she was on our wedding day. We couldn't have asked for a more caring, intelligent, experienced, and professional person to make our day so perfect. Wow!! I just could not be any happier with the overall experience while working with Lauren. Out of all my vendors, she was the most responsive and detail orientated. She never missed any questions in my emails, had many suggestions when I asked for them and was always there when I needed her. Even when my venue lacked communication so we could all get on the same page, she took initiative to set up meetings ahead of time with the venue to make sure everything ran smoothly the day of. When I asked for something or a change to the plans, she made those changes promptly and finished the task in a more than timely manner. During the the day of, honestly everything worked as planned and all decor was in the right spot. I am so glad I chose her for my big day and would choose her again!!

Lauren is on top of it!! We were so pleased working with her as our wedding coordinator. She is extremely attentive to detail and did an amazing job of staying ahead of everything. That brought such peace of mind to us, because whatever planning hurdle or curveball came our way was no issue since I knew Lauren would have a solution. Our wedding went off perfectly thanks to her. My fiancé and I — and both our families — were so impressed by Lauren’s kindness, professionalism and attention to detail. we virtually worked with Lauren for 8 months while planning our ‘destination’ weekend wedding in Santa Barbara — half guests from Europe, half sprinkled around CA. She was not phased by so many moving parts! Lauren helped us plan our bi-cultural wedding with ease, thoughtfulness and high organization. She is flexibile, knowledgeable and was always there for us, every step of the way.
