Bravo Events is owned by expert planner Margarita “Maggie” Bravo. She has years of professional planning experience, and has designed and planned weddings of up to 800 guests. She and her team are bilingual planners who understand the importance of maintaining cultural traditions while giving weddings a modern twist. She is joined by assistant coordinator Amparo Lozano and customer service specialist Valerie Mendez.
Bravo Events offers day-of coordination, partial planning and full-planning services for your rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception. Planning a wedding is never easy...simply knowing where to start. Thanks to Bravo Events our wedding was everything I’ve ever dreamt of and more. Over a year ago I contracted Margarita who from the onset demonstrated professionalism, patience, and knowledge of the “wedding world.” She took her time in getting to know us and our wedding expectations. Wedding planning made easy
This review is long overdue. Maggie and her team helped make my vision for my wedding turn into reality. I was stuck halfway during the planning process and kept running into dead ends from vendors. With Maggie and her network, I was able to secure amazing and professional people for my invitations, decorations and catering, just to name a few. Yes, the road to planning the wedding is stressful. It can also test your relationship with your partner. When I came across a couple of bumps in the road, Maggie was there for me to support me emotionally and professionally. We do more than day of we do month of, if you are the type of person who can get everything together and just need someone there to make sure you are a guest at your own event then this the right package for you. We do a full interview, which goes over every detail needed to make sure the event goes as smooth as possible, we provided you with our preferred vendors information, who offer quality work at a great price. One week before we communicate with all vendors and provide them with final details. Full Day wedding coordination management of ceremony and reception. 1 assistant.

We do a full interview to discuss all aspect of the wedding, from florist, location, decoration, centerpieces and wardrobe attire etc. we help with ceremony and reception planning. Analyze and create a budget plan to help manage expenses, create a timeline, unlimited access phone calls, emails, consultation meetings, review all vendor proposal contracts and assist meeting, help select attire and accessories and wedding gifts. Set up and attend vendor meetings example cake, florist, DJ, Photographer etc. Assist with tracking vendors expenses and deposits payments and due dates. Communicate with all vendors to discuss and verify all final details. Provide Ceremony receptions activities, toast, grand entrance, slide show, first dance, cake cutting. Distribute final payment to vendors. Manage final walk through with clean up management. 2 assistants.
