We hired Krystal to be our month of/day of coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! She was so thorough with our timeline and with all the details that I had planned the last year. She made sure everything ran smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing. She is so kind and only wanted to make our day the absolute best and she 1000% succeeded. Krystal was the coordinator for my wedding in Simi Valley, CA in October of 2021. She had multiple phone calls with me leading up to my event. We had an initial consultation, a follow up phone call about 6 months prior to the event, and from there she checked in consistently to make sure I stayed on track with all of my contracts, and to-dos. Any time I was feeling overwhelmed or stressed, she encouraged a phone call and would put me at ease within a few short minutes.

To preface this review, I am a VERY type A person, and was extremely particular about my vision for my wedding. Everyone told me to expect small missteps on my wedding day- "just roll with the punches" "don't let the small stuff get to you", etc. To this day, I have no clue if anything went awry. If there were any missteps, Krystal took care of it, and that to me, is an indicator of a phenomenal coordinator.

I put so much hard work into creating the vision for the wedding of my dreams and Krystal flawlessly executed it. I was able to enjoy my wedding day, and I owe so much of that to Krystal. I couldn't recommend a better coordinator than Krystal and truly am sad to not talk with her as frequently anymore. She treated me like I was more than just a client, I could tell that the outcome of our wedding, and mine and my husband's happiness on our wedding day truly mattered to her. Our son got married in October 2021 at Quail Ranch in Simi Valley. We highly recommend Krystal as a wedding planner. Because of her efficiency and organizational skills the wedding and reception went flawlessly. We did not have a worry in the world and we all were able to fully enjoy the moment. Krystal is a friendly, professional, organized, business-minded woman. She thought of details that we had overlooked. Her greatest gift is to suggest changes without taking over. She helped my daughter make her wedding day better than we had envisioned without taking over and changing things to her own vision. Krystal has wonderful ideas and suggestions but keeps in mind what the bride/family wants.
She and her assistants arrived early and had the outdoor venue and the ceremony area set up by the time we arrived. Everything was BEAUTIFUL!! They worked HARD through the evening and kept everything flowing smoothly. Krystal was the contact for the vendors and the DJ which freed me up to be with my daughter.
I can't even imagine that day without her! I underestimated her contribution until the day of the wedding. She made enjoying my daughter's wedding day possible. Without her I would have been stressed out and running around playing hostess. Instead, I got to fully take in the joyous day and enjoy the festivities!

Krystal did a spectacular job planning our wedding. We could not have asked for a better person to guide us through the planning process. From the moment we started working with her, she was responsive, professional and informative. She patiently and promptly answered all of our questions, even the really silly ones, and was always two steps ahead of where we needed to be. Bonus, she has a great eye for design and I ended up just letting her make executive decisions with my decorations because I knew she would make it look good.
