    Perfect Wedding!

    Maggie is a godsend! We hired her for our month of wedding coordination and it was such a relief to have such an experienced coordinator manage our vendors and create our wedding day schedule. In the months leading up to the event, we had a few detailed Zoom and phone calls with Maggie to align on all the moving parts which made it easier to hand over the wheel to her and her team as we got closer to the event.

    Day of, Maggie was able to execute our vision even better than we had imagined! Arriving at the venue, I was blown away by how perfectly everything came together. The wedding ran so so smoothly, and if there were any problems at all, I certainly didn't know about them. Maggie really took care of me and my now husband and we are so grateful to have worked with her!

    Highly recommended

    Magarita is the best ! She was always a phone call away when we needed her. She would Awnser right away and when it came to a dilemma she would fix the problem as soon as possible. We are so grateful and much less stressed having magarita there with us to make all the logistics come together in our vision on our big day. She kept track of all the moving pieces and then some.     Best wedding planner out there !!!

    We had such a great experience with Bravo events! The owner Margarita was very hands on. She was very involved since day one with helping us on planning our dream wedding. She is extremely attentive, easy to work with vey professional. She truly had our best interest at heart. She was able to answer all my questions and concerns at any given time. She also showed me multiple venues, till I fell in love with the one. I am not an easy customer to please, from what my husband tells me. But I can’t stop raving about how happy Margarita and her company Bravo Events made me. When I was looking for a specific vender, and couldn’t find the right one. She told me not to worry and in a few hours she had one call me. She has all the connections. I don’t think that our wedding would have come out as nice if she wasn’t involved. Since the Wedding I have received numerous complements on the event. How seamless everything ran and how beautiful it was. Bravo Events comes highly recommended!!!!! She assisted with planning our wedding, coordinated all the venders, managed the day of our event and executed a wedding day time line seamlessly. Really works magic. I am defiantly going to use them for all my future events. You’re missing out if you don’t hire them. Bravo Events has good prices, fun to work with, and professional. What more can you ask for.

    Best Bilingual Planner!

    I’ve got to say I’m lost for words after experiencing such an organized, and magical wedding.
    From the start of planning, Margarita has been there giving me and my wife resources, vendors and advice to help plant the wedding. After 8 months of planning, our wedding couldn’t be more perfect. My wife and I worried too much, but Margarita always told us to trust her because it’s what she does. My wife and I experienced a magical, and smooth wedding from beginning to end. Her communication during the wedding gave us assurance that things were going well. Her and her team during that day made sure the day was OURS.
    I’m so glad we hired Margarita because she’s also bilingual! She had no problem speaking to our families since they were mostly Spanish speakers. Our guests were in awe after that night; the guests told me and my wife that our wedding was the most organized, and beautiful wedding they’ve ever been to.
    I highly recommend Margarita and her team! There’s no doubt she will give you results.

    Strives to Make It All Perfect For The Couple

    My wife and I had our wedding this past weekend. We live in Arizona and had our wedding and reception in Ventura, CA. My wife, Betty, grew up in the area and it was great to be able to have family and friends come in. Betty found Bravo Events among other vendors to pick from, but she said she had a really good feeling about her when they first spoke. Bravo Events (Maggie) worked with my wife on an assortment of logistical support. When we wanted to look for a DJ, she had a few suggestions. When we needed to lock in servers, a linen company, and a stylist she had options. This was a one-stop place for information. She was diligent with keeping our budget in mind and ensuring we kept our priorities; we never had to take away from what we wanted to adjust. Maggie kept us up to date on any unforeseen changes, so that everything was remedied in time. Leading up to the big day she met with us and assisted in the church rehearsal, as well as our review of the reception timeline. Her constant support was key to a successful venue.
    The day finally came, and we felt prepared for all the coordinated steps that had to occur for a great day. With all the moving parts going on simultaneously, Maggie kept it all running smoothly. At the end of the evening, everyone had had a blast and we were beyond satisfied with every last detail of the day. Bravo Events did not fail to meet and exceed all expectations. We highly recommend her services. Any couple would be in great care from this wedding planner.

    Couldn’t have done it without Bravo Events!

    Engaged couples, if you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner. This is your sign to do it! We hired Bravo Events for full service wedding planning and I am truly so thankful we did. Our wedding was based in SoCal while we live in the Bay Area, Maggie was communicative and made our vision happen! As an indigenous and WOC, finding a planner that understood the importance of cultural traditions was so important. Maggie and her team delivered. Our wedding day was everything we could have wanted and more. Thank you Bravo Events from the bottom of our hearts!

    “Very organized” 9-17-2022

    The majority of comments I received from attendees is how organized and fluid the event went. Everyone had great things to say about the event and Margarita did a great job organizing everything and Manny did great ensuring the day ran smooth. If there were any issues, we had no idea because Manny and his team took care of it all. Highly recommend Bravo Events!

    Stress free, beautiful and fun!

    As the Mother of the Bride of a destination wedding for the majority of the guests, including the engaged couple Bravo Events was invaluable. They listened to what Bride and Groom envisioned and Maggie and the wonderful venders made it happen in an amazing way. And within the budget they required. We used full service option and asked them to choose all the Venders to fit style they wanted. Bride and Groom loved it all, as did I. Thanks to them this Mother of Bride and all in wedding had no worries. Their Guests raved about enjoying it very much as well. Thank you again ❤️ Bravo Events.

    Maggie is an amazing wedding planner/ coordinator. Without her team, our wedding wouldn’t have been so well organized and everything we dreamed of!     Santa Paula Wedding

    We are very grateful that we hired Maggie to help plan our wedding. She helped us find many vendors and helped us save some money this way. She has many relationships with a variety of vendors. On the day of the wedding, though there were many hiccups, she kept a cool head and helped manage things. She was very responsive and extremely reasonably priced. We truly wouldn’t have been able to do our wedding without her.

    40th Birthday

    Maggie helped me plan a super fun 40th birthday party for myself and my husband. She was very easy to work with and connected us with great vendors who all impressed us. On the day of the event, she coordinated everything so that all the vendors were set up and ready when the party started. I got to enjoy the entire evening and not worry about a thing! At the end of the night, everything was cleaned up and put away, she thought of every detail. We loved the lighting company, the bartender, the dj and catering vendors that she found for us. She also worked hard to find some live music for the event and that really set a fun, relaxed vibe for the party. Maggie had a lot going on in her personal life at the time, but she still made sure to follow through on her commitment to helping us plan our event. I appreciate her hard work on this event and would definitely hire her again.

    Maggie and her team did an excellent job helping us put together our wedding. She has a lot of connections in the area, great advice and ideas for the planning process. She made sure everything went flawlessly the day of and went above and beyond to make sure WE were taken care of as well as our guests. We would definitely recommend Bravo events for any event!! 💜

    Awesome service, even through COVID shutdowns!

    Margarita and her team were extremely helpful and flexible especially when facing the greater challenges of the COVID pandemic. She provided great advice and helped reorganize our wedding date with all the vendors throughout the shut-downs. They kept to there word and didn't add costs due to COVID. They coordinated the Wedding Day and made it stress-free. Thank you!

    Maggie is my go to event planner. She has organized 2 of my corporate events (each about 80 people) and they both ran seamlessly. Her and her team can handle it all. She is amazing to work with, has a vast array of incredible vendors, and I highly recommend her.

    The Torres Wedding - 2021

    Just like so many weddings, mine and my husbands was postponed during the Pandemic. We were so sad to have to postpone, but Margarita made it so easy to reschedule. She called all of our vendors and did all the hard work for us! Fast forward to the wedding month, Margarita was so wonderful. Her knowledge and suggestions were so top of the line and made our wedding better than imagined. Lastly, the day of was honestly the best day of our lives with help from Bravo Events. We didn’t worry about a thing that day. It was the smoothest day. I’ve heard horror stories from other brides with their wedding planners, and I could honestly say I had the best day. My husband and I had so much fun. She took care of us from beginning to end on that night. Even down to making sure we ate haha! Thank you Bravo Events for a great wedding experience!

    Wedding 6/12/21

    My husband and I got engaged in the Fall of 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic. Hiring a wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made due to fact that we were trying to get married in the middle of a pandemic. Hiring Bravo Events was a no brainer for us since Maggie and her team exemplified what we were looking for, bilingual planners who understood the importance of maintaining cultural traditions. Since the day we met, Maggie was professional and answered all our questions and beyond. Over the entire process, she became more than a planner but also a friend. We know for a fact that without her help, it would have been impossible to book a venue and other services due to COVID. The day of the wedding her and her team ensured that everything ran smoothly and on time. Her assistant Belinda made sure to keep myself and the girls feeling at ease and her husband Manny was a great chauffeur to the venue and surely helped calm my nerves.     Best decision I made

    I was one of those brides that did not really feel like spending the money on a wedding planner. I caved in, as I began to feel very overwhelmed with the planning process and I can honestly now say that spending the money was worth it! From the beginning, Maggie informed me that she would be out of the country on the day of my wedding. She planned on helping plan every step of the way and her team would step in to support me on my day. She could have not chosen a better team. Her assistant Belinda, was awesome and definitely made the entire wedding part feel at ease. I was able to enjoy my day because of them.

    Best Day Ever! 6.25.21

    I never thought of hiring a wedding planner until a friend said "Hey I my girl Maggie can help you!" I met with Maggie. She was very professional and detailed oriented..she was hired! Maggie and her team were great to work with. I knew Maggie would not be in town the day of my wedding. Not once did I worry. She has an amazing team. Maggie made sure she was in touch with me while she was out of the country. Who does that!!?? Bravo Events that's who. Maggie's team ensured our day was perfect! It was a beautiful day. 10/10 I'd recommend Bravo Events.

    Wedding 05/29/21

    My husband and I are very content that we hired Maggie (Bravo Events) for our wedding. When I first met Maggie for a free consultation she was super friendly answered all the questions I had and told me what she focuses on and all about her work. I was very happy with Everything she offered so we hired her. Couple of weeks later we met for a second time where she shared with us all the vendors that she has worked with. I already had some vendors booked before hiring Maggie all I had to do was pass the information to her and she was the one communicating with them if I had any questions. All I had to do was tell Maggie and she would make that call. I am a big procrastinator I am the type that leaves everything to the last minute thanks to Maggie she kept me on my toes. I still remember She spent almost 2 hours with me over the phone trying to finish a timeline that I had to fill in. If Maggie wouldn’t of done that I probably wouldn’t of completed it on time. The day of our wedding her and her husband were on top of things. Maggie introduced herself in the beginning to all our guest and told them if they had any questions to ask her and not us. I remember sitting back enjoying my food and my family going up to Maggie for questions. Maggie’s husband also was very attentive to my husband. Constantly checking on him to see if he needed a drink or if he was okay. Things happen and sometimes we are not prepared. We ran out of ice and Maggie took care of it. I would highly recommend Bravo Events to anyone out there planning big events. Thank you Maggie and Manny for everything you did and for working hard the day of our wedding. We are very lucky to have had you guys that day taking some stress off of our shoulders. Our guest were very pleased at how well coordinated our wedding was and I owe that to Bravo Events and all the vendors we hired that day.

    Margarita you left us speechless his past weekend you were amazing everything we dream for our daughters special day came a reality, the way you handle the situation and moving our venue a night before our event am still in chock thank you.     Quinceañera

    Maggie is the BEST event planner! She assisted us planning our daughter's quinceañera. Maggie assisted in finding the perfect venue, she made the perfect recommendation for the vendors needed.     It’s hard to put into words just how above and beyond Maggie went to create the perfect day for my husband and I. Through countless phone calls, COVID changes, venue changes, Maggie was always there and always ready to help. She is the reason my wedding day even happened, and I can’t recommend her enough. If you need someone who will care for your wedding day as much as you do, you need Maggie in your life.     Less Stress for Bride

    Margarita was very attentive and compassionate during the planning of my friend’s wedding. I could only imagine what the bride would have felt without her. The wedding was postponed a few times and Margarita handled every detail. As a bridesmaid, I received messages from her. On the day of the wedding, she could be spotted all over the venue making sure everything was what it needed to be. This night was the most magical night and perfect. Thank you Margarita.

    Above and beyond💕

    I have to say this has been probably the most challenging thing I’ve had to encounter in my life (My wedding) due to this pandemic, but With margarita and her team on board it finally happened! Idk what we would’ve done with out Margarita and the BRAVO team!

    Initially our wedding was for 3-21-2020 and due to this pandemic 3 days before our actual wedding date we had to postpone and so we did, for sept 19,2020.

    Well it was all fine and dandy till Aug 19th 2020 we got an email that our wedding had to be canceled or postpone For the 2nd time due to still the darn pandemic. At this point I lost all emotion and feeling, I notified Margarita our wedding planner, it took her And I a couple hours to figure out what was next. After initially having two indoor venues planned and both just weren’t going to happen, Next option was an outdoor wedding, she quickly made her phone calls And all I did was make (one) phone call and boom!! We were on the verge of now planning a 3rd now outdoor wedding.
    I have to say if margarita and her team Can handle what this pandemic has brought to us they can handle anything that comes there way. Nothing is impossible for Margarita And her team...Great Effin job guys!!
    From the food, to the rentals, decorations, portal potty (that I hate and well these were actually great) Dj, Photograer and videographer, makeup artist, my dress, desserts, security, Insurace, waiters/servers and more I mean you need it she gots it!!

    With all this said Margarita,
    My wedding was above and beyond, a fairytale more than I expected a total dream wedding.

    Amazingly Amazing

    What’s isn’t there to say.. Just amazing from start to finish the journey began in June of 2019 and through the pandemic and the changes of dates and locations multiple times she was there through ever step.... She didn’t miss a beat, vendors, coordinating, schedule and the little details where outstanding.. My wife and I definitely couldn’t have done it with out her.. The best thing we ever did was hiring Margarita for our special day and the hard work and dedication that her and her team posed was absolutely flawless. Of course we thank the lord above for blessing us with such a great day but she kept us on schedule and we got nothing but positive compliments from start to finish... we appreciate her hard work and even through the trials and tribulations she was there at the end to see it all complete... we re on end her without a doubt.. She ask us to trust her and we did and My wife’s day was evermore complete she was happy and in turn made me happy.. Best day of our lives without a doubt!!!

    Attentive, great, helpful coordination!

    Wonderful great best wedding coordinating team around! A+++ Margarita and her team have got to be the most attentive, knowledgeable and helpful team. I was honored to be one of the maid of honors at my best friend’s wedding in Sept 2020 and Margarita was definitely on top of all aspects of every step of the way. Despite pandemic being a struggle, she kept my best friend calm, answered every question she had and helped her feel more at ease. Post-poning the wedding, Margarita rerouted everything including vendors and still managed to help coordinate the whole wedding to another location and it was magical. Margarita helped her find great venders at great prices that all did an amazing job day of wedding. She gave many options to choose from and gave her professional recommendation throughout all decision making. Even when I had questions, she also helped me and was super on top of everything. Day off she had a great team that kept everyone calm and always lent out a helping hand. Whether it was to hold a purse, answer a question, transport someone, etc. They were always there with a smile on their face. I recommend every upcoming bride to get a coordinator for their wedding planning. Margarita and her team are super helpful all the way to the very end.     Excellent- even through covid weddings

    Maggie was excellent and helped us navigate the stressful challenges of a planning a wedding. From the beginning she helped set a realistic budget for the wedding we wanted to have. She has relationships with numerous vendors and when we suggested vendors she hadn’t worked with before she did her due diligence and provided a fair review. Due Work and life I wasn’t always on top of the wedding decisions but she always gave me a gentle reminder and that really helped keep me on track. Three weeks prior to our original wedding date we had to cancel indefinitely due to COVID. That led to a total of 3 venue changes and 3 date changes. We could have never anticipated how this long this pandemic would last. Our wedding plans drastically changed from a large 300 guest event to an intimate ceremony with our immediate families a couple of friends. Maggie helped us the complications that come with cancellations and postponing and I can say with the utmost confidence she always had our best interest in mind. Ultimately we ended up with a beautiful wedding, it wasn’t what we thought it would be, it was better. The day of our marriage my now husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our day and we know that was largely thanks to Maggie.

    Extremely Helpful!

    We had to change venues 2 months before our wedding (10.10.2020) and Maggie was extremely helpful! She had 3 locations available within the hour and was able to answer all of my questions. Although we did not move forward with the locations she recommended, she was extremely helpful and offered her services immediately. If we ever do plan to have our big celebration, I will 100% reach out to Maggie to help me out!!

    Saved the day

    Maggie saved our wedding, having a covid wedding was challenging enough, but we had to completely change the wedding 4 times! She was so flexible and attentive to what we needed, she thought of everything we did not and was outstanding on the big day. She found us new venues, catering, corralled family and friends, organized the whole rehearsal dinner, visited venues with us, was our MC and DJ too! She found tables and chairs, flowers...honestly everything, we couldn’t be happier with her. If you are considering using her just trust me and DO IT.

    Margarita and her husband, Manny, were an incredible team for our "quarantine wedding". Margarita was instrumental in helping us first plan our large scale wedding. She coordinated with vendors and handled multiple changes with a calm and reassuring demeanor. When we had to pivot to a smaller venue due to COVID-19 she seamlessly helped us create the wedding of our dreams.     Maggie and her team are absolutely amazing from the beginning of the planning until the day off !
    The week of my wedding we had been notified there may be a potential power outage due to some of the fires going on throughout our area , of course being the week of the my wedding I freaked out and I called Maggie right away . After hearing me vent she had let me know she was already one step ahead of me and had contacted the venue to make sure they had a back up generator Incase we had to go that route. This Is just one of example . Her special attention to detail and her professionalisms is what made our planning process so easy and stress free . Maggie was available anytime I needed her and was very prompt to handle any questions or concerns I may have had . I can’t thank her and her team enough for helping my wedding day run so smoothly ! Our families were very impressed with her work. I couldn’t imagine doing this with out them . Thank you guys !

    Month Of Coordinator! Very happy with how the event went!

    I hired Maggie and Manny for the Month of Coordination and was glad I did. Maggie helped us collect all paperwork from the vendors to timeline. The day of Manny and Jovan came to help with the wedding and everything went flawless. Manny really took everything in charge and made sure everything was under control. I didnt even have to worry about a single thing during my whole wedding! The team was very professional and directed all vendors to their designated areas/responsibilities.     Absolutely Streas

    We hired Margarita Bravo as our day-of coordinator for our wedding, and we are so glad that we did! We wanted to plan as much of the wedding ourselves, as we wanted our wedding to be a reflection of who we are as a couple. However, this was the first time either my husband or I had ever planned an event of this size on our own, so we knew we needed help.  Each consultation we had with Margarita leading up to the day was EXTREMELY productive. We went through every little detail, and she even brought up points we hadn't even considered. It was very easy working with her, as she was very responsive throughout the entire process.
    We would definitely recommend her to any couples out there.

    STRESS-FREE and friendly!!!!!!

    My fiancé and I selected the full-service package which was amazing! Not only was the wedding planning stress-free, but we also really enjoyed the free lawn games! Maggie and her team are the best!!! Day-of the wedding was soooooo stress-free thanks to her and her team. and at the end of the night her team was amazing at breaking down and helping us pack up.     Vow renewal

    Bravo event did an amazing job at our vow renewal! Margarita made sure we had everything we need. She was always available when we needed her and very patient with us. No matter how many times we changed our minds she was always there to make sure we got what we wanted. The day of the vow renewal Manny was in charge and he and his crew did an amazing job!     One of the best choices you can make!

    Bravo Events was one of the best investments we could have made during our wedding planning. My fiance and I had already started some of the planning and had hired a few vendors on our own when we found Bravo events. Immediately upon speaking with Margarita for the first time, I got a great feeling about hiring her and her team to help us continue our wedding planning.

    As soon as she was on board she took a look at the contracts of the few vendors we already had and she followed up with each and every one of them personally. She also recommended great makeup, bar tending, decorator/florist, photography and cake vendors. She kept in contact with all of our vendors and helped us create a timeline incorporating our ideas. Margarita was always very responsive to emails, calls and texts. She also kept great communication with us throughout the whole planning, even just to check up on how we were doing and to keep us informed. Needless to say, we were able to better enjoy our wedding day because of her and her team. They were so professional and efficient that we really had very little to even worry about on our wedding day. We felt confident that if any issues were to arise, they would be able to take care of them. Our wedding turned out great in large part because of the great help, advice and service that was provided from start to finish. We highly recommend Margarita Bravo and Bravo Events as an event planning/coordinating business.

    Wedding coordinator

    Getting a wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. When we first started to plan our big day we did not anticipate it to be so overwhelming! And then we found margarita and she was amazing! Margarita really took her time to know us and plan our wedding the way we wanted it. Difficult life changing events happened a long the way but margarita was there as a coordinator and a friend. We also had an incident where the owner of our original venue bailed on us but margarita quickly founds us options and we found a venue that was 100x better and beautiful than the original one. Every vender she send us to where great honest people. The day of the wedding everything was as we had envision margarita went out of her way to make sure our day was special and we had our dream wedding.

    More than just a day of coordinator

    One of the best decisions that I could have made during this stressful wedding process was hiring a day of coordinator. Not only was Maggie my day of coordinator, but she contacted me at least once or twice a month from the time I hired her (6months before my event) until our big day! She viewed my vision and made it a reality. Don't get me wrong, I was an emotional bridezilla throughout our wedding day, as things weren't going as I had planned, but Maggie kept her cool whenever I expressed any form of stress on my behalf and whenever she said that everything would work out, I put my trust in her. The day of my wedding, my mom's friend who was making our cake bailed on her and as soon as she called Maggie for help, Maggie found a cake for us the day of that looked just like the one we had wanted! I didn't even know about this dilemma until after the reception! She is a gem. She had two assistants with her who took great care of us, not only making sure that we were fed, but who when out to get ice for us and decorate our reception tables! I want to throw another big event just to work alongside Maggie and her team again! :)

    Margarita and her team made our day run smoothly.     Wedding planning made easy

    This review is long overdue. Maggie and her team helped make my vision for my wedding turn into reality. I was stuck halfway during the planning process and kept running into dead ends from vendors. With Maggie and her network, I was able to secure amazing and professional people for my invitations, decorations and catering, just to name a few. Yes, the road to planning the wedding is stressful. It can also test your relationship with your partner. When I came across a couple of bumps in the road, Maggie was there for me to support me emotionally and professionally. Please do not hesitate to hire a planner for your wedding! I would definitely recommend Bravo Events for your special day.

    Planning a wedding is never easy...simply knowing where to start. Thanks to Bravo Events our wedding was everything I’ve ever dreamt of and more. Over a year ago I contracted Margarita who from the onset demonstrated professionalism, patience, and knowledge of the “wedding world.” She took her time in getting to know us and our wedding expectations. Her involvement through the process alleviated most of the known wedding stress that brides suffer through. Margarita is also connected to various vendors who also provide exceptional service.     Margarita is hands down the best! We could not be happier with the job she did in helping us create a timeline that we felt good about, and seeing how she turned my dream wedding into a reality! She did everything from finalizing timelines to confirming vendors, run rehearsal, and of course bring it all together the day of the event! She made sure that anything we could have needed that night was taken care of before we even realized we needed something. Our big day could not have been possible without her!     Margarita found me on Facebook when I was looking for a venue. Before I had even agreed to hire her, she was already helping me and volunteering to take us around and show us venues. We obviously ended up hiring her since she had already committed so much to us. She was fantastic and stuck by my side for over a year that we were planning for. She has a lot of great vendors that she teams with. We ended up hiring every vendor she recommended (caterer, cake, printing invitations, DJ, flowers, table settings, seamstress, etc). Everyone was so reasonably priced and great. She stuck to our budget and made it all happen. Her communication and meetings with us were always punctual. Margarita and her team were fantastic on the day of and I didn’t have to worry about anything or any cleanup or packing up at the end. We highly recommend Bravo Events for any occasion!!

    Bravo events was amazing to us and saved us lots and lots of money! Just in decorations it self we were going to pay almost $6,000 and dropped it down to more than half of that!!! Margarita was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I’m so glad we were able to find her because I don’t know what we would’ve done without her and her husband! She made our dream wedding a reality. I recommend her 100%!

    Great Planner!

    Maggie's resources and attached inventory allowed us to customize our big day to our liking. She were understanding of our cultural needs and provided ideas on how to incorporate some of those elements into our wedding. She helped us stay as close within our budget as we could. Overall, our wedding day went very smoothly and we were stress free and able to enjoy the day!

    Friendly service and a wedding to remember!

    Margarita helped me plan my wedding and provided day of coordination for my wedding on September 23rd, 2018. Margarita is very personable and went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day ran as smoothly as possible! She helped me save a generous amount of money by using her prefferred florist, minvera. Throughout the planning process margarita was always available to chat over the phone, text, or meet in person to discuss my wedding in detail. I had a great experience and would recommend Margarita for future brides looking for a day of coordinator or full wedding planning services.

    Great help for out-of-state couple

    Margarita (Maggie) worked with us from September 2021 to our wedding in May 2022. We live over 2,000 miles away from California, but Margarita worked closely with us to get everything arranged in spite of the distance. She gave us lots of vendor suggestions and continually revised quotes with us, drove out to the venues, FaceTimed us, and drew out maps of the venues with her set up ideas. She also has an inventory of various wedding items (signs, card boxes, cake stands) to borrow for no extra cost! Unfortunately, two months before our wedding, our original venue created new rules we weren’t happy with. Margarita worked alongside us to find and book new ceremony and reception venues and altered the rental vendor plans in a short amount of time. Our wedding day was beautiful and we were very happy overall ❤️

    Sweet 16 event

    Margarita was such an awesome addition to our event day! She was very thorough and created an amazing schedule for the day of. She reached out to all of vendors and took care of many small details. She made our event so great because we able to focus on each other and our guests and enjoy the day.     Lovely wedding coordinator with amazing connections!

    Besides having our venues picked out, Maggie helped us get the rest of our vendors (dj, photographer/videographer, transportation, makeup/hair artist, cake, floral and decor). We are from our of town so it was helpful to have her expertise and connections. She helped us put together our wedding vison. The day of our wedding she made sure everything ran smoothly so that we had little to worry about. Thanks Maggie!

    Wonderful job at a stressfu timel

    I wish I would of met Bravo events first. A few details like not putting the engagement album and party favors out at the reception were over looked.
    But the big details like the venue, meals, vendors, and event were perfect.

    Destination Wedding

    I hired Maggie for a day of coordinator, and for some ideas. She was easy to talk with and discuss ideas, issues and vendors. She recommended some wonderful vendors. On the day of wedding Maggie and her husband were incredible. First of all being a wedding planner/coordinator is kinda of like herding cats. She had to deal with a lot of personalities. And she did it well. All of my concerns before the wedding and a few small breakdowns/moments that I have all went away on the day of the wedding. She handled everything and everyone. I am a little of a control freak, and Maggie made sure everything was perfect. Could not have done it with out her!

    Unsatisfied

    We had booked Bravo events only because we needed a rancho big enough for the number of guest we had (480). The month of coordination was just a plus for us. We went over all the vendors we had 3 times to Maggie and even sent her the vendor list with phone numbers and emails and even then she would message me to ask for vendor's info. A month before the wedding, we went to go see the rancho and went over minor details and asked for the 2nd time about a generator and said she had one we can rent. Maggie decided to go on vacation the week leading into my wedding. I started stressing because our DJ kept asking about the generator and when I called her out on it, she said she had already left a voicemail n texted him but she had not reached out at all to him until that day. Then four days before my wedding, she had the audacity to tell me that ALL MY VENDORS WERE HORRIBLE AND THEY HAD BAD REPUTATIONS. I was beyond pissed when she said this to me because 1. you don't say that to a bride to be the week of her wedding and 2 my husband and I got the vendors we wanted and that we could afford since we paid for everything. I told her that I felt disrespected and she should not be saying that. She answered "what i meant is we have to babysit them." And i informed her she should have said that instead. Even after informing Maggie with our vendors info, once again she asked whh I had 2 florists, when I had already informed twice. This is what I replied...."it seems like I am babysitting you now. The whole point of hiring you was to be as stress free as possible, but I have been repeating a lot of things to you that we have gone over already. It seems like you are falling under that category you categorized all of our vendors.
    I think all of this should have been taken care of prior to you going on vacay."
    The day of my wedding, my husband told me that the lead I had in the morning, Belinda, showed him a picture of me in my dress and my daughter before our mass ceremony. And I was also late to church because she did not call us to go when my bridal party was lined up, she waited until everyone was inside. I was veru rushed by the church coordinator ans not able to fix my dress so it was all messed up.
    When i got to my rancho at around 2:30, the man that was supposed to take the ice at 1:30 had not shown up. He kept ignoring the lead, Irene's calls. My sister had to call him and ask where he was at. He said that he was on his way but that he mentione that at one point he reconsidered not showing up because he doesn't like how Maggie works. One of our other vendors also mentioned that they do not like to work with Maggie because she is not the easiest to work with. My wedding was very unorganized, Irene did not have people form a line for our dollar dance, people did not know where to line up, there was no control over it. Our banda also started 15 -20 minutes late. I would have thought, eveything would have been on schedule since there was an itinerary in place. Maggie showed up at the end around 11:40 to see how everything went and mentioned to me that she heard it there was drama and that she knew everything that happened. I don't know what she meant by that, but to me it made it seem like she was judging my wedding. Overall, I would not recommend Bravo events to anyone.
